“We had a great stay at the hotel. The front desk manager upgraded us to a very spacious room, which is really really comfortable. The hotel is in the city center location, and it was so convenient to go all the major sightseeing attractions. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back ! The Shelbourne hotel is the historic landmark in Dublin. The hotel has displayed the precious photographs and documents about the historical events happened there. We feel really special to stay there.”
We have spent a few days with our family and we have returned to Spain very, very happy. Starting with the hotel and its facilities, they are spectacular! Something very important and that has pleasantly surprised us, is without a doubt the staff and the good atmosphere they have among them. Worthy of admiration, and on top of that, with our language there was always a Spaniard who helped us at all times. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM OF THE HOTEL!!! Without a doubt, we will return.

My wife and I spent our last days in Ireland here. The hotel is magnificent and chariming. The location is easy walking from the quay as well as the grand canal. The staff was professional and friendly as well as helpful for any need. Housekeeping while being invisible was absolutely the best. Our room was well taken care of and very comfortable (superior kind room - garden wing). The restaurant they use for dinners and breakfast was friendly, the food excellent, the view nice and the staff wonderful. You knew you were in a 5 star hotel where everything is so well taken care of. We did have a problem in the restaurant but it was immediately taken care of and resolved. The way things should be. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. We did not take the free tour but we did roam around to check out the extroidinary art and history. If I ever find myself with an opportunity to stay here again I will not hesitate. Thank you for being a very pleasant end to our 42 day stay in Ireland.
The Merrion is truly a five star hotel. Indeed one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. It is understated elegance, from the common areas to the rooms, all wonderful. Staff were uniformly fabulous. Personable, and always helpful. The breakfast area, with views onto the interior garden area, is great, as are the gardens themselves. Location is excellent, with many sights easily walkable. The only recommendation I would make for the hotel is to beef up their cold breakfast offerings. A five star hotel really should have a larger cheese/meat/fish selection than we experienced. Limited selections of all of those; we stayed at other four stars on this trip that had larger selections of the above. Would also like real croissants and scones. That said, the fruit/juice selections were excellent, as were the hot offerings.

The hotel is good, to the customer, but I don't know why, the hotel will buckle my credit card for two euros, which is equivalent to four or five thousand yuan! Ctrip said that he couldn't find it, and he couldn't find it if he contacted the hotel! So it has not been solved until now! Ctrip service attitude is good, but it can't solve the problem! And Ctrip gave me the reason to create all kinds of illusory, I still have screenshots! Really can't just see the court!

The Westbury is a beautiful hotel conveniently located. It is an oasis in the middle of shops, restaurants and pubs. The room was lovely and the staff extremely friendly and welcoming. From The Westbury, we were able to walk to multiple historic sites and parks, including St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Trinity College and Dublin Castle.

This hotel is perfect, location is amazing (hidden gem), and the staff...unbeilable fantastic! I want to start the review by thanking, Lidia, Abby, Alon, Dana and Lidia. I stayed at this hotel: 2 nights on my first trip (mid February) and then 3 nights with my family (early March). From the moment you arrive, you know this is not your typical hotel. It is more like an exclusive apartment with guest services. Do not expect the traditional hotel feel. I felt like I had my own apartment in the middle of Dublin and I had a friend at the front desk to guide me, provide me with recommendations and assist me with any question or service that I needed. Amazing! It made my stay in Dublin feel like I was at home. They knew me by name and knew what I needed. There is no elevator, which made it even better as I was able to do a bit of work-out getting to my room and along the way, I met a few of the other guests. This is not a party place, a loud and obnoxious place, you will not find rude people. Just guests who are interested in feeling like they are home. Since I stayed here in two different occasions, I was able to experience two different rooms both in the upper floor, one facing west and the other east. No street noise at night and its was quiet. The rooms have their own AC units which allows you to control the temperature in them. The housekeeping ladies (Dana and Lidia) will make sure your room is tidy every time you come back from your daily outing. Lidia will make sure that your are welcomed and Abby and Alon will make sure that you are taken care in the weekend and evenings. Can't say enough about this place! Perfect gem and a great place to be at.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! The proprietor, who is an absolute darling, kindly upgraded my room. The room itself is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Gorgeous attention to detail, stunning interior design, lovely scent, everything seems new and not in the least worn out. When I entered the room, soothing music was playing and everything was absolutely perfect. The room even features a Nespresso machine and amenities from Rituals (Happy Buddha). I could not be more pleased and will definitely chose this hotel for my next stay in Dublin. Highly recommend!!

Not sure if it is a hotel renovated from a historical building🏨The room is relatively small and has a poor view outside the window. The shower water volume is not big enough. The location is good and the service is basically up to standard. Breakfast is not good for a five-star hotel. Facilities: General

As this is my first trip to Ireland ergo Dublin, I had enjoyed the convenience of having able to walk almost everywhere I wished for shopping, sightseeing and most importantly dining. Location and rooms were their winning points and my stay was indeed almost perfect.

My husband, best friends and I had the pleasure of staying at the Dylan for 4 nights in August. From the amazing service to the luxurious rooms to the fabulous restaurant, we felt lucky to get to stay at the Dylan. The rooms were spacious and simply lovely. The bathrooms had heated floors and towel warmers and a decadent rainfall shower. Each morning, we dined on the patio, and every afternoon (and post evening activities) enjoyed delicious cocktails in their bar. One night we even were able to get late night snacks delivered to our room. The most impressive thing was the level or service. Every morning, exit and entrance for the day and meander through the lobby, we were greeted with smiles and sincere acknowledgement. It was a treat and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I will say, the Dylan is out of the craziness of ”downtown” Dublin. We took 15-minute Uber's to Grafton street/Jameson/Guiness (the more touristy locales), just for efficiency, but walking wasn't out of the question. We did walk most of the time. We loved the location because it was so quiet and peaceful and the walk into town was absolutely lovely. There are great bars and restaurants nearby - that we frequented often.
We brought my mum for Brunch yesterday. The staff, the food, so impressive, so friendly. Love this hotel! We also had our dog with us that they made feel so welcome. We have been going to the Dylan for years and honestly can’t ever remember being anything less than impressed.

The food was fantastic but everything is about 6 times the price. The service was great also but in comparison to other 5 star hotels it could of done with some work for example the it was my first time in the spa area and I didn't really get very good directions as to where everything was such as in the Marker hotel I was greeted, given a tour and treated as a king which is what you should expect from first class service.

We have been welcomed by Gary, he's kind, efficient and gave us a lot of precious information. The room was perfect, the common areas too. Elegant setting, comfortable beds. We are a family of 4 and the hotel is close to a Dart station, so easy to reach Dublin centre in a few minutes.

Amazing service at first arrival the doors were opened and I was greeted with very friendly staff who treated me with the utmost respect. The food was delicious as far as fine dining goes. The steak order was mixed up however we were given a new steak and complimentary drinks which was a nice gesture for a small mistake. We had massages and they were the best massages I have ever had in my life. We were given a tour of all the facilities and I really enjoyed my experience overall.

Stayed there when passing through Dublin one night. Hotel is really nice -location superb along the river Liffey -walking distance to most tourist spots. Staff on check in and out excellent -could not have ben friendlier, Hotel decor really cool. Room absolutely lovely -plus very quiet-decor superb, great tv channels, great lighting etc. Only issues were with Wifi ( hard to connect -then in the morning no wifi) -Aircon very noisy -its Ireland so not necessary anyhow-switched off and opened window. I did not eat in the Hotel as had travelled from Asia and on a different time zone food wise--but food menu looked superb and reasonably priced. I will stay there again

Trinity City Hotel is excellently located in the heart of Dublin, so for that I give it 5 stars. It has a fancy, almost glitzy lobby, and the staff are nice. But there was a problem that was difficult to overcome. The duvet (the bed cover) was oversized and bulky and made it too hot to sleep. And the pillows were fat as pigs. I tried (had to call front desk four different times within a six hour period) to get a lightweight cover of some sort and a flatter pillow, without any success. I tried to cool down the room by opening the window but it was ”fixed” so that I could only open it about three inches (to prevent people jumping out, I suppose). In the end I just stripped off the duvet cover (essentially the thickness of two bedsheets) and used that to cover me. For such a nice hotel, you'd think they'd be able to accommodate people who don't want to roast in the duvet or sleep at a 45 degree angle with the fat pillows. I hope someone in the hotel management sees this and they buy some lightweight blankets and some normal sized pillows.

We had previously stayed in this hotel with our son when we were in Blanchardstown for a rugby event. This time my wife and I spent a night in the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. I had told Graham who was the reception manager about our anniversary and he arranged for chocolates and cake to be delivered to our room. Graham also arranged for us to have a Premium room, which was beautifully decorated. We spent a lovely day in Blanchardstown and enjoyed having breakfast in the room, which was first class and piping hot. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough and have already done so to my friends, we will definitely return!

The junior staff were amazing, senior staff were up themselves, location was great hotel was clean. The dining area was too small and for a 4 star hotel I would've expected my breakfast served, not help yourself style you would find at a travel lodge. In short over priced rooms no lesuire facilities and for 4 mojitos cost €50 I've had better value for money elsewhere. First and last time I will stay here!!!

I stayed for four nights with my teenage daughter on a mother-daughter trip. Got a great rate booking a few months in advance, and I am so impressed with the value received for the price. We were given a room with two beds on the top floor facing the courtyard- it was quiet and comfortable. I brought earplugs after reading some reviews about noise, but we didn’t need them. The bathroom was updated and the shower was great- hot and nice pressure. The beds were a little “creaky” but comfortable, and the linens were cozy. The hotel staff were helpful, the restaurant was good for breakfast (although we chose to eat elsewhere most mornings) and Darkey Kelly’s pub on the first floor had great food and music. The location is fantastic- we were able to walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. I really can’t find a single fault with this hotel for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Our group of 25 is on a Grand Tour of Ireland from the US. So glad that Cassidy’s was our first hotel stop. Beautifully renovated, it is a cozy, elegantly appointed hotel in the heart of Dublin. We had a delicious dinner and huge breakfast served in a private room. We walked through the fine dining restaurant, Six, to get to our meals. Six is seriously one of the most romantic restaurants I’ve seen. Many couples were enjoying the muted chandelier lighting, marble fireplace, fresh flower bouquets and fine cuisine (Note the 5 pieces of silverware on both sides of a plate.) My solo room on the ground floor was cool and inviting. It’s worth noting that, once inside the room you must insert your room key card into a 3x5 white electrical box that enables you to turn on the lights in the room. This was new to me and I walked back to the front desk to ask if the power was out. Simple instructions on the wall or given with your card might have saved a few folks from trekking back to the front desk. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent exercise room. Wether In a group of 25 or just two, you will enjoy the level of service given at Cassidy’s Hotel.

When we arrived in Dublin, we had booked a room for one night at the start of our trip. It was a small room, reasonably priced, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The room was facing Fleet Street on the 3rd floor and we had no problem with noise. We needed a room for our return to Dublin, later in the week. Since we enjoyed our stay, we cancelled the other hotel we had booked and returned to The Temple Bar Inn. This time we upgraded to a double room (corner suite) on the 4th floor. The room was huge and very nice. We really liked this place. The location was perfect, the staff was courteous and friendly, and it was clean. It definitely was not loud as others have said. We didn't try their restaurant so I can't comment on it. I highly recommend this hotel.
