The service attitude of the hotel is really very poor. After sitting down, wait for the waiter to order for 40 minutes, wait for 40 minutes to serve, and pay for the waiter everywhere. The waiter in charge of our table really couldn't find it during the meal, and let other waiters help people. It takes an hour to get a juice from the room. I ordered the hotel reception desk to send it up, call to politely ask if I can go on my own, I have to say that I have to wait for a long time to be back and say that it has not waited so long. When I was walking, I sat in the lobby sofa and took a break. I was also roused by the staff to wake up. ? Is it fun? I want to ask? Isn't it a hurry to see others waking up at rest? ? Really the first hotel that never wants to go back.

Everything you'd expect from Four Seasons and more. Super friendly and professional staff. Spacious, clean, and well equipped rooms. Higher floors have great view, with balcony too. I liked their aluminum canned water. Excellent Italian restaurant Culina. Manager David even emailed me assuring that they'd save my room preference profile for future stays, very impressive, thanks! Four Season is often the answer when I struggle to find hotels that don't compromise on having both location/neighbourhood and views, this is another example.

We’ve loved this hotel for years — we live in LA and this is our perfect staycation destination (it may be in LA but feels a million miles away). Just got home from a bday staycation there and, as always, it did not disappoint. Everything was perfect and the staff are just so kind and friendly. Bravo! The interior decoration of the hotel is very beautiful, the photos are beautiful, the room is very spacious, the facilities are relatively complete, the big bed is very comfortable, and the various restaurants are also delicious. It is recommended to stay in the hotel.

Those who are looking for a hotel that goes above and beyond, The Peninsula Beverly Hills is the perfect choice. From the minute we walked into the door, the hotel was 5-star in every single aspect. The rooms are beautiful and handy, from the digital tablet that controls all the settings for your room, the printer under the desk, the radio and television, to the continually replenished plate of fresh tangerines on the table, the floral curtain design, and the unique monogrammed pillows that you get to keep. They are spacious and light, thanks to their floor to ceiling windows. The location is convenient, walking distance to Rodeo Dr and other main streets and shops in Beverly Hills. Not to mention that the hotel offers free drop-offs within Beverly Hills, in either their iconic Rolls-Royce Phantom, Cadillacs or BMW limousines, a fantastic way of getting around! The rooftop area is ideal, and you mustn’t miss out on visiting it during your stay. Due to the size of the hotel, it being smaller than the others in Beverly Hills, The Peninsula feels more exclusive, is less busy and it enables the staff to pay more attention to individual guests. The pool, rooftop, gym and spa are all top-notch facilities. The staff are excellent, the building is beautiful, clean and well maintained, the food at breakfast is all one can ask for and the garden and lobby are full of divine, fragrant flowers. Of all the places to stay in central Beverly Hills, nothing comes close to The Peninsula standard, the epitome of luxury. Great service, and clean, great amenities. Private and spacious. Nice cottage style bedroom. Very beautiful and relaxing hotel. Had access to the private beach. Awesome, will come back again!

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained and clean. The toiletries are Diptyque, and the toilet paper is tied with a small ribbon~ The service is very good. When I arrived at the airport, I found that I forgot my passport at the hotel. They helped me find it very efficiently and I didn't miss the flight. They also specifically said that I didn't need to tip, which is what they should do. Disadvantages: The balcony is so small that I can't stretch my legs when sitting on the chair.

The Ritz-Carlton Los Angles is one of our most favorite hotels but on our recent trip it was a whole new level for two reasons 1) super sweet upgrade (thanks Bonvoy Ambassador team)and 2) club level access. The Room The Executive Suite is a stunning room. The hotel offers several configurations. Some have a half bath, some offer a connecting room and some are accessible. Regardless of configurations all offer a spacious living/dining room, spectate bedroom, stunning bathroom and killer views. The executive suite is great for couples looking for a bit of extra space (more than a thousand square feet) to spread out, families or those travel on business and need space for work. Club Lounge If you’ve never had the opportunity to experience the Ritz-Carlton Club Level it is an experience to be had. Unfortunately Ritz-Carlton does not offer elite access to the club level so you’ll have to pay for it - Burd it’s worth it. The offerings vary by hotel but this club offers a full hot breakfast, lite lunch mid day, snacks, evening appetizers and desserts, beer and wine all day and evening cocktail service. This is all included in the room rate along with an incredible concierge team. The Hotel The hotel is tranquil, private and offers discrete luxury. Even though the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton share a building the experiences can not be anything farther from each other. From the private lobby, to beautiful rooms, to the well equipped fitness center to the tranquil rooftop pool The Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles does not disappoint.

The hotel was as good as the expensive room rate. The waiting time for check-in looked quite long (may be due to high season) Expensive valet ($ 45) Expensive resort fee ($ 42) The resort was crowded with white people and it was not as quiet as it was.
