I have stayed at this property multiple times before, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I expected a higher level of service, but unfortunately, that was far from what I received. Upon arrival, I requested an upgrade to a suite, which was available according to the HHonors app. However, the front desk staff ignored my request, offering no explanation or alternative. It felt as though they were deliberately trying to avoid helping me. Breakfast was another major issue. The breakfast spread was nearly empty, with no idlis or vadas available. The live egg counter chef took my order and then disappeared, leaving me waiting for an extended period. Eventually, a lady came by asking if I needed anything, informing me that they were closing for the day. It was well before the scheduled closing time, and it felt as though they were just trying to rush us out. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in service. I have always enjoyed staying here, but this visit was nothing short of a letdown. It seems that something has changed in their leadership or management, due to which the staff are not happy serving and it is impacting their overall guest experience. What was once a 5-star experience has now dropped to negative stars. As a loyal Diamond member, I expected better, and I am truly upset by the way I was treated.
A great new hotel in the ITPL area of Bangalore , we went for a quick staycation - they upgraded us to a suite which was so nice of them - staff is great - Gloria , Leiyah , Shikhar and Debashish (housekeeping) all were stand out's in their service- they have access to streaming apps on their TV's - a market just 500 meters away for any other needs. The pool is not heated but is on the roof top and a nice quaint place. Will definetly be a return guest
