The Hotel is located opposite a Metro station and it also offers parking space in their backyard (at a charge of 30€/day). It's in walking distance of the Colosseum and the main attractions of Rome. The room was bigger than expected and extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable and there was a big choice of pillows. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of quality choices Very fast wifi All these, combined with the price, make this hotel a top-notch choice in Rome.

Even though a relatively bigger hotel it feels intimate. The service is perfect. The jewel is the garden in central Rome. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there at different times. Mario the breakfast waiter is the best in the city. We want to adopt him. The food was uniformly great. Service at lunch and dinner was good if sometimes a little on Italian time. We had a corner jr suite on 3rd floor (306) with an amazing view of the square. Gym was workable. We had a wonderful 3 days there.

I came to Rome and tried the newly opened Bulgari. The waiters were super enthusiastic, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast options need to be improved. It's a pity that I didn't have time to try the skills of the hotel's Michelin chef. I will choose again next time I come to Rome

The location is very good. Just opposite the Colosseum is an old house, but the room has a modern design. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The top Michelin restaurant can see the Colosseum. The staff is very good. Stayed for two nights. Satisfied.

Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again.

When our family trip through Italy brought us to Rome we did extensive research on where to stay. We picked a highly rated hotel by all the top travel sites. Upon check-in the rooms we had selected were nowhere close to what was depicted on the website or described to us on the phone. Frustrated we reached out to Hotel Eden where they went above and beyond to take us in. First - the rooms not only match what you see online but are actually even more beautiful in person. The staff is incredible and goes out their way to make you feel at home. The roof top restaurant was the best food we had in Italy after traveling through Venice, Florence and throughout Tuscany. The location is perfect - just far enough from the crowds but still easy to get where you want to go. You will not be disappointed staying here!

The breakfast is good. It has been the third time I stayed at this hotel in Rome. Breakfasts at hotels in Rome are almost the same. I like the style of this hotel. The swimming pool is large and the room has a good atmosphere.

This is a really very good hotel. I enjoyed the quality of the staff,the room ,the location and general quality of the Hotel. It would have got 5 stars but for 2 things.. and both relate to Cielo bar..a superb place for a visitor to Rome staying in the hotel to enjoy the great views of Rome particularly at sunset and a drink. Firstly,we arrived at the rooftop bar to find it full of people not staying in the hotel and there was no priority whatsoever for guests of the hotel. Here the bar and the views were filled with locals paying 16 euros for a drink and the guests paying hundreds of euros each night could not get a seat..and the Restaurant above not open till 7.30. Secondly,the appalling loud music at the bar was totally disruptive to a sophisticated enjoyment of the view trumpeted in the hotels advertising.. It detracted from the general quality of the hotel.. The Hausler next door has a total priority policy for guests next to the De La Ville on their rooftop and indeed our existing hotel in Portifino the same,. Pity it detracted from our stay.
