This hotel is great! Except for the expensive breakfast, everything else is fine! We are a family of three, and the mother brought the children to book a two-bedroom villa. When we entered the room, we were shocked. This is not a two-bedroom villa, but a double villa! The room is very big, the garden is very big, and the toilet is very big! There is also an independent hot spring pool in each garden, which is very comfortable 24 hours a day. You can call a car to drive us in and out of the hotel. The hotel is close to the lake and the scenery is very good! The room also gave a hot spring ticket, and you can go to the hotel's own hot spring venue to soak in the hot spring. The scenery is pleasant. There are many hot springs and few people in them. Children can play to their heart's content. When they are tired, there are free snacks, tea and fruits to eat, and the children will not be hungry. The hotel environment and sanitation are very good, and the bedding is very comfortable. The children want to ask the hotel to add two beds, one for 600, which is quite expensive, but it includes hot spring tickets and breakfast. Anyway, this hotel is fine except that it is expensive!

I checked into this hotel as soon as I arrived in Kunming. The hot springs are very attractive, with 36 private hot spring pools and 72 public hot spring pools, providing a wide variety of hot spring options; the hotel is located in a large area, with lush flowers and leaves, flying butterflies and singing birds everywhere, and sightseeing here is like strolling in a mountain garden; the restaurant is at the highest point of the hotel, with a great view, and an outdoor platform from which you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Dianchi Lake, and the service is also very good; the room is a single-family villa with a large space, complete facilities, and a back garden with a small pool specifically for hot spring bathing, as well as a swing, and good privacy; soaking in the hot springs is really comfortable, and there is also a steam steam room indoors, which is an excellent experience and is suitable for men, women, and children of all ages.

I chose this hotel for Valentine's Day. It has a nice Chinese-style environment. I mainly liked the fact that it has its own hot spring pool. There is a large pool on the first floor, which is very comfortable. There is also a bathtub on the second floor, where you can take a nice bath. It is very convenient. You can order food in the room, grill, and make tea around the stove. The housekeeper has relatively good service among all the hotels I have stayed in. You don't have to get the takeout yourself, it comes whenever you call. I am very satisfied!

The hotel's public area facilities are good, free upgrade upon check-in, there is a wetland park outside the hotel, you can go there for a walk in the morning and evening; when leaving, because the high-speed train departs after 4 o'clock, the hotel agreed to delay check-out; the dining environment on the second floor of the hotel is comfortable and the flavors are excellent; there are problems with the room's hygiene details and electric curtains, and the hotel lobby manager reported them and handled them promptly. In general, it is recommended to stay. The concierge Liu Xiang is particularly enthusiastic

We were originally going to the zoo, but it rained at noon, so we checked in early. The light rain and the hotel environment were really interesting. We didn't get bitten by mosquitoes when we took our baby there. It can be seen that the management details are in place. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel also upgraded the guest room for free. We stayed in the Dezi room. Although it was on the first floor, it was very quiet. The private bath was in the room, which was very suitable for couples. The baby liked the tabby cat in the yard very much. I don't know if there was a switch, but as soon as we got to the room, the garden would spray water mist, and the fairy air was floating~ There was a tea table at the door of the Dezi room, where you can drink tea, enjoy the scenery and take care of your baby. The tea was also very delicious~ It can be seen that they were attentive. If you take your baby to eat nearby, you can go to Zhuoyuan. Chinese food is better for solving the problem of baby eating. The Thai and Spanish food next to it are not suitable for children.

My definition of luxury, this brand new hotel strikes the perfect balance of elegance and simplicity as art deco style. Bath Rooms are tastefully decorated with all the high quality amenities. You'd come to expect from a 5+ star hotel including automatic black out curtains and one touch lighting control. The restaurant/breakfast area was outstanding. The breakfast was one of the best I experienced with a selection not found in any other 5 star hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. From the moment we booked the room we were greeted with the most friendly staff. Emily and Wan (in the Front desk/Concierge ) gave us a smooth check in, and provided us with a great dining guide that we wanted to explore. They are exceptional! I would highly recommend and will definitely go back for these stellar services and amenities.

Needless to say about hygiene, it is very, very clean. The scenery at night is even more beautiful. It has complete facilities. Forget about bringing a headband, the hotel provides them. There are also buses to pick you up at the entrance of the park. Walking in is too taxing on your legs, so the service is really unnecessary. Said, it’s super good. There is also free pick-up from the airport. Friends who need to make a reservation can contact the hotel and they can pick up and drop off. Checking in at the hotel is a beauty. The hotel seems to also provide Hanfu and the like, which can be rented, but there is no experience. Yes, it was a happy trip.

I really was impressed by the scenery of this hotel. As far as I live in this small courtyard of ”Yunyuan”, just take a picture of a landscape. Too suitable for vacation or family travel. We are taking our children on vacation this time. Kunming's February is very warm, which makes me a northerner feel warm. His family has a landscape lake with a lot of koi. Fish food is a dollar and a pack. You can feed the fish. Don't be too cost-effective. My children are very happy. The enthusiastic front desk housekeeper Gao Yuan sister also introduced many free benefits of the hotel. We will not experience the fitness ones and bring the children. But our family went to the Crystal Palace to soak in the hot springs during their business hours, which was too comfortable.

The location is excellent. The service is first-rate, and the staff are very friendly and thoughtful. The room is very comfortable, taking into account the needs of children. The hotel's swimming pool and gym are also very good, and the breakfast is rich. Disadvantages include an old TV, a loud impact sound when the cabinet door is closed without buffering, and the bathtub is worried about slipping. But overall, the disadvantages are not enough to outweigh the advantages, and I am willing to stay again next time.
