Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.

The room is very big, spacious and bright. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very large. The scenery outside the window is very good. The sunset is infinitely beautiful, but it is almost dusk. The breakfast is very rich. I will stay there again next time I go to Minsk

The environment is nice, the breakfast is particularly rich, and the restaurant has a great feel. The afternoon tea ordered for the client meeting is very affordable, only 7 Belarusian rubles. The service is worthy of a five-star hotel in Minsk

Stopped for 8 nights in this hotel (room luxuriant), writing a review on the course of the case. Clear shortcomings: - the air conditioning system does not work in the room, open windows at night. It is not critical in the fall and winter, but in the summer it would be very dusty. At the same time in the morning in the restaurant, the air conditioners blow so that on the lusters the suspension is called. - September 28 in the restaurant of the hotel could not prepare us dinner. Or did not want. For an infinite period of time we waited for the ordered dishes, tried to find out when they were ready, 35 minutes later the husband brought a boiling soup, 15 minutes later my salad. We left, didn't start eating and wait for the main dishes. I would like to think that this is not a attitude to the guests from Russia, but we came to this sad conclusion. - Horrible blankets, heavy as stone tiles, hot. On two in the room-3 pillows. Other blankets or pads in the hotel are not present. Either you get cold under one bed, or worryingly sleep, squeezed with a blanket, and look in the dream of the nightmare about the collapse of the house and the fallen on you stove. - On Friday night the pool is crowded, it is impossible to swim. - The room is very dark, there is no upper light, it is impossible to read. What is good: - Good room layout, big bathroom, lots of towels, good cleaning, 4 bottles of water daily. - Beautiful breakfasts to 11.00 daily. ”Good location, very close to K. Marks Street with a lot of restaurants and cafes as well as museums. I was struck to objectively describe our impressions. Decide yourself!

Very good hotel. Before that, we stayed in Minsk in other 5 star hotels, this is the most optimal location. Classic style, lots of trees, large rooms. We had a room with a balcony and view to the city hall. Everything necessary in the room is available. Parking was paid underground, 39 B.R. per day, but you can put a car and opposite the hotel entrance behind the chain, but there are not many places there. Breakfasts didn't take, we love to walk in the cafe. The spa is small on the -1 floor, is included in the cost of accommodation, a couple of times went, the people didn't. The staff of the hotel, from the Swiss to the maids, were very pleased - all friendly, friendly and attentive. Thank you very much for their work!!! It is necessary to return!!!

Excellent location and this boutique hotel had everything I need. Good breakfast at the dining area, room was spacious and modern with large bathroom. Staff was 5 stars all the way. Located within walking distance to Minsk old square and the new business center. Would definitely stay again.

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

Stop at the Bouth Hotel in June 2023. The impressions of accommodation remained only positive. Very welcoming staff, needed to extend the room until the evening, went to the meeting extended, one local truth, but we were very satisfied. We lived in a family room, clean cozy, everything worked. Cleaned well. Water, tea, coffee all report every day. The bathroom has all the necessary toothbrushes, shaving machines, hairdressers, helms, champagne, air conditioner, lavatory. The hotel is good noise insulation. The location of the hotel is just a chic practically center. We didn't wish to choose this hotel.

Every once in a while, you find a place that resets the bar. That’s Zalkind Hotel in Minsk for us. Even with high standards, we gave this boutique hotel a perfect 10/10. The design? Simply amazing. Modern flair meets rich history, creating a mesmerizing setting that had us hooked from the get-go. Food lovers, take note! Their in-house restaurant is a must-try, serving dishes that explode with flavor. The service was top-notch too, making every meal a fantastic dining adventure. Getting to meet the owner added a personal touch to our stay. Their passion was inspiring and made the hotel feel even more special. Despite forgetting an item in our room, we’re confident we’ll get it back quickly. To sum up, Zalkind Hotel isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an essential part of the Minsk experience.
