Needless to say, W Hotel is a modern hotel popular among young people. The service is good and thoughtful, and the pattern and atmosphere of high-end atmosphere are exuded everywhere. The facilities in the room are very modern, and the restaurant is even more high-end. It’s not like a buffet where a group of people eat in a dark place. Instead, it feels like a high-end restaurant. I thought I went wrong, so I went to the front desk to ask again to confirm that it’s really here. for breakfast

Extremely modern hotel that has everything! Best amenities of great quality. Actually the hotel IS quality. Most comfortable bed! Fab pillows! We were lucky and had a lovely balcony which was so nice to sit. Not at winter obviously. Close to lovely restaurants but the hotel has quite a few as well. A rooftop bar, and a lovely place for cocktails as well. The staff are amazing! The lady cleaning my room was so lovely and polite. Totally recommend this chic hotel.

When staying at the hotel, the front desk informed that all non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are free because they have been prepaid. After that, bring some desserts. Someone knocked on the door at night, asking if a turndown service was needed. Before leaving, I was told that there are additional charges: facility charge $12, Neighbourhood Mktg $4.89. This is required upon check-in.

Hotel room, bathroom is very large, the surrounding bars, shopping malls are all available, the hotel service staff are very friendly, and we also carry luggage, in general, we are very satisfied with this hotel!

We had a great stay at the Omni King Edward! Our room was huge, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful, and afternoon tea was yummy. The location can’t be beat. It’s close to many restaurants and a short walking distance to attractions like St. Lawrence Market, the Hockey Hall of Fame, Scotiabank Arena, Eaton Centre, etc. We didn’t need to use our car during our stay.
- Guest User
Fortunately living in the city center, you can visit many nearby attractions in the morning. It is a pity that the restaurant does not open, and other luxurious conference halls are not open. More than 100 years of history, people seem to have returned to the era of Edward VII.

Possibly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. However, I can’t give full 5 stars to Hotel St. Regis Toronto for reasons that I’ll explain later. On the subject of location, the Hotel St. Regis in Toronto is in a very fantastic location in downtown Toronto with many of the city’s main sights and attractions (CN Tower, St. Lawrence’s Market and Yonge-Dundas square) all within short walking distance from this hotel. Readily accessible through RideShare apps too. Regarding staff, they were super friendly and helpful, in our experience. We initially had some debit card issues at check-in and admittedly, we should have been better-prepared for the credit card culture in North America. Thankfully, St. Regis were very flexible and our debit card issues were eventually resolved. I’m truly impressed by how accommodating St. Regis are for those of us who are from places that very rarely use credit cards. The offer of complimentary water at check-in was also appreciated. The housekeeping team, especially the Filipinos, were very thorough, kept our suite spotless and respected guest privacy. And on check-out experience, this is where St. Regis Toronto loses points for me. The check-out process took way longer than what is typically expected especially for a 5-star location (should be <10 min but took about 30 min for us). Unfortunately, a bit of the little time we have left in Toronto was wasted. What’s also disappointing was this time, there was no offer of complimentary drinks (even tap water, which is free and generally safe to drink in Toronto) while we wait. Admittedly, the staff seemed overwhelmed and visibly stressed during the time we were trying to check-out but I hope the situation improves for the St. Regis Toronto team in the future. On the atmosphere, it was magnificent and luxurious. These two words came to mind when we first entered the lobby. The grandiose look of Hotel St. Regis in Toronto permeated the whole building, from the hallways to our suite. In terms of our room, we booked the Grand Suite which was on the 28th floor and the views from up there, especially at night, were phenomenal. Our suite was very spacious and generally had plenty of storage room. St. Regis Toronto also loses some points here when it comes to storage since we found that there was insufficient storage space for cold items and there was no freezer either. The heated floors and the walk-in shower were also fantastic. The accent wall, mood lighting, clever use of marble for the room design and chandeliers were wonderful touches too, contributing to the luxurious atmosphere of this hotel. The living area of the Grand Suite was our favourite area, especially at night. I’m going to mention the views from the Grand Suite again as they were truly spectacular. On the online engagement. at the time of writing, I found the low level of engagement by St. Regis Toronto with online reviewers here at Google disappointing. I think the hotel should make more of an eff

Check-in was quick and courteous. When we got to the room, it was still being cleaned, which was kind of awkward, but she finished up quickly. We stayed in a corner suite with city views. Our room had a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. It also had a second half-bathroom connected to the living room. There is a mini-bar and upcharged snacks provided. The furniture in the living room area was comfortable enough that you'd want to sit on it, and it was nice having an actual table to sit and eat at. Overall, it was a great stay, and we'd stay again. Pro's ~ Great customer service from all staff members ~Location, you can walk to basically anywhere you'd like to go and a short Uber away from places like the museums ~Housekeeping did great ~Bed was comfortable, firm but soft enough to relax ~Feather pillows can be traded out for firm ~Great water pressure and temperature. ~ Smart Light controls near the bed to control drapes/lights ~ Great quality tea and coffee in the rooms; amenities like shampoo and conditioner are great. Con's ~The room is very warm; we were not able to sleep the first night. After asking the front desk to check to see if they could override the temperature, it was still pretty warm. We asked for a fan, and they brought one to the room. This fixed the issue. ~ We were momentarily stuck in the elevator with it saying there were technical difficulties, but it eventually moved again. ~ For long stays, there's really nowhere to put your leftovers or warm them up. We would've saved more money if we had been able to store and heat our leftovers.

Stayed 2 nights to catch a baseball game! Cons - view was a empty parking garage, a bit noisy from hallway, just could hear doors closing loudly but our floor was still nice and quiet, and the make-up mirror was broken (so these were the only real cons) Pros - We loved it, Location is Fantastic, so close to Union Station 5 minute walk, close to Rogers Stadium, CN Tower, Aquarium & Harbourfront, we went for breakfast at the St Lawrence Market, a 20 second walk and then we also had a lovely 15 minute walk to the Distillery District. Staff were sooo friendly and accommodating! We only had one meal in the Cafe/Bistro, but it was great (Breakfast) and staff were sooo nice! Beds were comfy!!! Hotel and rooms were super clean! It really was a great place to stay, we will def stay there again!

My daughter and I were in town one night for a concert, and our experience here was wonderful. We arrived by train to Union Station, and the walk from there was a short ten minutes. We arrived an hour early for our check-in time, and they allowed us to check in with no issues. The room was extremely clean and very spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also very convenient to several restaurants and the venue of our concert. I would definitely love to stay here again if I'm in the area.

We arrived as part of a USA & Canada trip from Ireland. My second visit to Canada and my partners first visit. This hotel was fantastic. We had started our trip in San Francisco in a holiday inn express so we hoped this hotel would mirror the experience we had there and it did! We were greeted as we entered by a gentleman on the desk. This was Easter time and the hotel had chocolate treats at the desk for guests. Thoughtful little gesture. The guy was very friendly and welcoming. He made sure that we would have a nice room and also that we would have a room up high to enjoy a nice view. Breakfast was included and we were again very impressed with the service and the selection that was on offer for breakfast just like San Francisco hotel. We arrived in our room which was great. The room had all the essentials and was very clean and Modern. The view was amazing overlooking the park across from the hotel and a view of all the sky scrapers in downtown Toronto. The hotel was very close to a metro supermarket for food and snacks for the room. We checked out a lovely restaurant called HOTHOUSE which we enjoyed the food and the service. Please check out a few coffee shops nearby including the black canary, Fahrenheit, b espresso bar and third wave coffee. Just a few mentioned. The hotel is near St Lawrence market for all the foodies. This market has so much to offer. Lots of local produce and fresh food market stalls for everyone. What a great city and what a fantastic hotel.

Stayed a weekend at the Holiday Inn Express on Lombard for a girlfriend getaway. Excellent location for a walk to the Jays games, or the Scotia bank, Eatons center for shopping, etc. Front desk staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Beds and pillows super comfy. Rooms are excellent and very tidy. On site underground parking fantastic. Can’t say enuf about this hotel. We all ahead a great stay and look forward to coming back.

Hotel location is very good, directly opposite the Wal-Mart unmanned supermarket, Starbucks on the corner, close to Chinatown, Queen Street, overall good, the hotel paid for mineral water, microwave and coffee machine, but the coffee machine did not find the container. On the first day of the stay, it was the annual sleepless night of art in Toronto. Because of the good location, you can hear the sound of music faintly. People who came back at two o'clock in the middle of the night were louder in the corridor (like black people). Finally, the deposit credit card pre-authorization of 75 knives, consumption of two bottles of water, deducted 5, the front desk said will return back, has not received.

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel is within walking distance of the Eaton Centre and Town Hall Square. Breakfast is a fixed number of Western breakfast, no problem to eat. It is not too far from the 1st line site and is within walking distance.

The hotel is fantastic, located in a quiet corner of the city center. Easy access to attractions and the main area. It is a bit tricky to find the location at the beginning, but the facility inside is very nice!

I booked two twin rooms for two nights and was informed by email that I could check in at 4pm. We drove all day and arrived at 7:30 in the evening, but we were told that there was no room. We waited at the front desk for more than half an hour. At my request, I was given a temporary room in the annex to rest. The room was ready in an hour. I have paid the full room rate on Ctrip. When I checked out, I was informed that I had been given a discount for one room due to the wait at check-in. I was only charged for one night and the money was deducted from my credit card. I told him that I had already paid and asked him to check. Only then did he realize that he was wrong and offered me a refund. The reduced one-night room fee will be refunded to Ctrip. Haven't received it yet.

The hotel has only 17 floors, and the others are apartments, which are generally good - swimming pool 🏊🏻 sauna - gym is great👍👍👍 But the use of lockers in the locker room is inside the cabinet door, so pay attention to it! The free amount of breakfast is 112 dollars, and if you exceed it, you may pay the difference yourself. The hotel lobby is far from Shangri-La in China! Maybe the national conditions are different.

Great service! Had to change my flight to an earlier one and got in at 9am. I asked the front desk(Mary) if I can leave my bags and do work while I wait for check in at 3pm. She got my bags checked for me offered coffee and water and the wifi password for me. She took the initiative to tell me without me asking that she’ll try to get me a room earlier. That right there stood out as she could have easily just left me in the lobby til 3p. The staff is approachable and eager to help which is great! If I come back to Toronto for sure coming back here!

Check in and check out were fast and easy and the staff were very pleasant. I found the lobby pretty quirky, but there was a lot of seating available. There is also an in-hotel restaurant with really good food and an excellent breakfast buffet. You can also pick up coffee, simple sandwiches and pastries in a Starbucks location just off the lobby. I had a single room that faced downtown Toronto, so the view was quite something, especially at night. The room was clean and the bed was nice and firm. I don't recall hearing much in the way of overflights, but I did see a number of jets taking off (I may also have been too tired to notice). There is no bathtub, but the shower enclosure was fine and the water heated quickly. There isn't much around the hotel, but there are frequent shuttles to Pearson, where you can catch the UP Express to downtown Toronto. That was very useful. All in all, I would certainly consider staying here again.

Overall the hotel is great. The M Club Lounge is outstanding. Hotel bar/restaurant is very solid. Fitness center is adequate to all my needs. Staff across the board are top notch. The main issue 'for me' is that I am a light sleeper and if you have aircraft taking off on runway 06 L (especially the larger jets) you can actually feel a minor rumbling in the room (hotel is really close to end of runway). Besides this and other than the rooms/bathroom need updating, this hotel would be a 5 star review all day long.

Was okay. Not great, not terrible, could be better. Pros Location. Close to restaurants, CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium. Starbucks in building Comfy bed Housekeeping comes daily Quiet Cons Not all rooms have couch/sofa bed Bathroom door doesn’t have a lock, it’s a sliding door No blackout shades so room gets bright as som comes up $50 to valet and 35 to park at a lot around the corner Our bathroom didn’t feel clean, had a smell Hotel seems more for business not for couples or family Pool area is in lower level, doesn’t look like pictures, no window Dirty dishes from room service from another room was in the hall for 3 days and no one picked it up I had requested a higher floor room, asked for a room with a sofa bed…and extra towels. I got none of the requested. Was offered a cot. Sometimes you get back from excursions you want to kick off your shoes and relax on couch with your other half not get in the bed all sweaty and dirty…we got a room with a single chair. The cot was so uncomfortable with a huge dip in the middle. Room on 2nd floor had a view of valet. No extra towels provided. Only gave you new water bottles on first day. I felt like the room was overpriced. Bathroom had a smell to it. Mildew maybe? Couldn’t pinpoint the smell.

We stayed four nights at the hotel. The check in was quick and easy. The housekeeping services each day were very good. The restaurant onsite was not open but there are several coffee shops in the immediate area so that wasn't a problem. The public transit was close by and it easy to access. The reason we won't give the hotel five stars is because the WiFi was terrible. The routers were old and not secure, the service was very slow and we were not impressed.
