Super five-star hotel, take a free ferry from Central Station 10 minutes to the North Shore, enter the NDSM Art District, 10 minutes to the hotel, a total of only three rooms, are independent, very refined and comfortable, super vision. From the top to the top of the night, you can take photos on the tower crane, which is very exciting, the only crane hotel in the world.

The hotel is located in an absolutely noble area of Amsterdam, the National Museum, the Van Gogh Museum, the City Museum...all within easy reach; the big-fashioned pchoft famous street is turning at the hotel...AH supermarket, century-old bakery, net red restaurant seafood Bar, near the city can enjoy the prosperity of the city, but also away from the noisy tourists. The building itself is a masterpiece. The old Royal Postal Bank and the Gloomy Academy have been renewed on the basis of the original. The collision of different building materials forms an interesting contrast. Nature, people and cities are here. I contacted the hotel before the store. I prepared the room at noon. The housekeeping performance was soso, but the front desk was very good. The questions about the city can be received, including the reservation of the restaurant. The size of the room is absolutely wide in the size of the inch, and the size of the bathroom is extravagant. Back at the hotel in the evening, the street is not disturbed by tourists, only the cool windy night wind, and warm yellow lights, like

Waldorf Amsterdam. The location has nothing to say, just by the Gentleman's Canal, an old European house.1.2-1.5 kilometers from several major museums, within 20 minutes walk (the three-story canal and each few steps have a cute bridge and a small house like chocolate on the shore make the journey shorter). First-class service, breakfast is very good, smoked salmon and ham are made by themselves, the taste is very good, but the room meal is difficult to say 😭; Room hygiene is also an absolute standard. The floor of the light white bathroom, bathtub, shower, countertop, and anywhere can not find a trace of uncleanness. The cleaning waiter is still so haunted (like the high-end hotels in Hong Kong and Tokyo); The bath is a full set of large bottles of Aesop, put it directly; basically, except for the expensive, there is nothing wrong with ~ I will consider living in Amsterdam next time.
- Hypnose
The room is clean and tidy, with good soundproofing and quietness. The ceiling is high and the space is large. The front desk and the porter service are good. Breakfast is made to order and there are not many varieties. I couldn't eat it on the third day.

The location of the hotel is absolutely in the city center. The room is spacious and beautiful. It is a pleasure to sit on the balcony and watch the canal. The service is superb. The old doorman is a gentleman, and the receptionist is very polite. The bathroom is large, and the bedding in the room is superb, very comfortable. It gets dark at half past ten in the summer here, and the beautiful bells echo in the night sky. Special reminder: This hotel can check out at 4 pm.

We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children. The price was not cheap, but the 5-night stay was very good. The service staff were very friendly and polite. They offered to help the children. The room was well equipped and the location was very good. The Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and Queen's Square are all within walking distance. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam's Dam Square, to Chinatown, just a 10-minute walk from the red light district. The hotel is opposite the Queen's department store, the most exclusive department store in Amsterdam with many designer shops, and the shopping street is the second road on the left side of the hotel. On the pedestrian street, about two or thirty minutes is the flower market. On the right side is the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. On the first floor is the famous watch shop. Walk to Haicheng Restaurant for five minutes. The hotel has only 16 rooms in a boutique hotel. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport. It can be reached by walk from Amsterdam Central Railway Station for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to take a taxi for large luggage, because the road along the road is uneven and difficult to tow. Between 20-30 euros, because you have to detour. The hotel ci is located on the third floor, the service is warm and thoughtful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, stylish and sophisticated, the smart panel control system is convenient to use, provide late bed service, welcome chocolate and use French Langfan toiletries in Amsterdam hotel Should be among the best. The hotel offers a restaurant on the third floor, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only products are available, and the price is not high. Because there are too many restaurants around the hotel, the competition is strong. The bar is also on the third floor, and the evening is fragrant. This hotel is worth checking in, but it needs to be booked 15 to 30 days in advance, otherwise the price will rise.

We are staying at the Intercontinental hotels as our main hotel and have been most impressed. Our stay at the Amstel was so pleasant! The staff was absolutely amazing, every person we encounter was so helpful and kind. It is impossible to single out anyone as each team member was great. We ate at the hotel all of our meals except one and the food and service were perfect. We were so grateful that although the afternoon tea was full they were able to accommodate us in another beautiful location where our view was spectacular. We are in hotels 150 nights a year and our experience at the Amstel was one of the very best. The staff members were such nice quality people. They thanked us for allowing them to provide assistance to us. We were so humbled by the generosity of the hotel staff. While dining everyone pitches in and help one another and whatever we could want was provided immediately. Thank you very much with complete sincerity and gratitude. The management should be commended for encouraging such terrific service. We look forward to our next visit to Amsterdam and staying at the Amstel.

Riverside dinning - fresh air, caring service and all dishes to your entire satisfaction. I like their fish soup going with seafood on toast, tasty oysters and their sashimi like yellow tail ; side by side the beautiful scenery by the river making it an impeccable total dinning experience. The best one I had in Amsterdam.

The Dylan is a quaint luxury hotel with spacious rooms and wonderful amenities. The staff was accommodating and tried their very best to make our stay as convenient as possible. It is located in a wonderful area of Amsterdam, not too crowded but still nearby all the top spots. Wonderful simple but tasty breakfast buffet and lots of good spaces to hang around.
Beautiful hotel, probably in the best neighborhood in Amsterdam for tourists — quieter than city center, close to great shopping and restaurants. Restaurant was quite good. Staff/concierge could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Some rooms may not be the best for older visitors (stairs, attic beams). But absolutely recommend and hope to come back.

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The room and hotel in general is stunning and really interestingly designed. Having private access to the Spa room included is a lovely touch. I’m pretty sure they put a scent in all the air vents because it smells like a relaxing spa throughout the hotel constantly but it’s not overpowering. It is in an old building so no elevator, but if you’re able to climb stairs then I would 100% recommend. (They will take your bags up for you)!
Lovely hotel, really central and very quirky. Had breakfast in the conservatory on the first day, but actually much nicer to have in the bedroom. We had the Michel de Reyes room which overlooks trees so it doesn't feel like you're in the centre of town. Loved Amsterdam - great vibrancy, and hotel close to restaurants. Great place to stay!

Absolutely let down, really ruined the few days we had there. I'm a wheelchair user, it took me a while to find a hotel due to my condition. When I found the Van de valk Hotel and messaged them to confirm our arrival and request a bath, due to my condition, they couldn't guarantee anything but would try. The photos of the Spa and pool definitely has no fault, except for the write up of recommendations and falsely stating that the hotel is accessible. On arrival right outside the hotel it has a wheelchair accessible ramp to Enter the spinning fancy door and even has a button to slow down for wheelchair users. Even up on entry as I wheeled up to the High Reception Desk!! being checked into our room on the 16th floor, No questions were asked about my abilities at all. So I felt rest assured, but hotel of this caliber could be trusted. Our toilet has NO Grab Rails or incontinence bin!! I hit my hip trying to step and turn to sit and use the toilet multiple times. Also to top it off upon entering the spa area, it's really nice, clean and beautiful. As I am a keen and confident swimmer, I was really looking forward to getting into the pool, enjoying the bubbles and getting the circulation in my legs going through the water. Except we was met by a set of stairs leading up to the pool and no access at all, we went back to the lift to discuss this with the manager on duty and he even scratched his head to think and replied saying he didn't realize it was either? As we approached the reception desk. We went on to discuss with him that our room didn't have any grab hold rails in the toilet where I had hit my hip. He went on to apologize, for it was himself that had checked us in and admitted that he should have asked and checked what type of room we were being checked into, also that he was sorry if anywhere it had been written, any misleading information stating that the hotel was totally accessible.
Absolutely wonderful experience! The view was breathtaking, and the room service exceeded expectations. The staff was professional and went above and beyond. The beds were amazing too. The breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend this hotel!

Set right next to the best part of the city, Leidseplein which is very well connected to all the notable landmarks including walkable distance to both the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum as well as the famous Voldelpark. The hotel has very modern interiors and all the facilities to make ones stay comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious unlike the other European hotels. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. There are 100's of restaurants serving all types of food and all are within walking distance from the hotel. Getting to Dam Square which is the shopping hub and Amsterdam Central station is just a single tram ride. Overall, the hotel is very clean and comfortable and nothing can beat the convenient location of this hotel.

Given the reviews, I was not keen to stay here, but thanks to Ajax v Napoli there were no others available. To sum up, this isn't a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It is a 3 star hotel. Positives: - Location is superb - Architecturally stunning building - Large room (in my case, at least) - WiFi speeds are good. I was able to do video meetings from my room - Staff were pleasant and friendly Negatives: - Inside, the hotel is dark and in a state of disrepair - The kitchen closes early, and room service appears to not be possible. I was told that I should download Uber Eats if I wanted food after 10pm. - The room is tidy, but basic areas like around the sinks, bath, windows and TV were dirty - There is a smell of sewage that comes from the shower drain - The majority of channels on the TV are unavailable - There is no air conditioning. I had 2 tower fans in my room, and I had to use them both just to stay cool - No help with luggage, not that I couldn't manage myself - You get a bottle of water on the table when you check in. I had some the first night because it was so hot in the room. The second night when I was working late, I turned to open my fresh bottle. Nope! Same half empty bottle, had just been moved back to the table again. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel! Stay somewhere else. A few weeks earlier, I stayed in the Sofitel Legend. THAT is a 5 star hotel.

From the moment we stepped out of our transport we were given the best of attention. The concierge was on hand to take our bags and show us to reception where we were offered a drink whilst we booked in. First impressions were of a beautiful and well kept hotel. We had paid extra for a room with a Canal view, and it lived up to its expectations. The room was very well laid out with all the usual amenities, two comfy chairs so we didn't have to sit on the bed all of the time. Coffee making machine, AND and kettle (you don't get kettles in many hotels nowadays) which was good for us as we are tea drinkers. Room was clean, the bed soooo comfy (firm mattress) and the pillows plush. The towels were amazing, I wanted to bring them home and the shower was brilliant, loads of room, I loved the button on the wall to turn it off and on. We were advised to keep the windows closed at night as we were canal side (because of potential noise) but we would anyway in case of mosquito's which love me. The room was very quiet, we heard no noise from inside or outside of the hotel during our stay. Breakfast was good - a continental platter was put on the table as standard, but you could also order from the menu (we ordered Eggs Benedict) or you could help yourself to the a more English style breakfast. Service was quick and very efficient. We found the Concierge and Reception desk to be very helpful during our stay, directing us where necessary, advising us when needed, and even printing off our return boarding passes for us. The Concierge was on hand to open the door whenever we left or arrived back at the hotel. The cleaning service was excellent, if we were short of anything we just had to mention it to the concierge and in no time at all housekeeping would be knocking on our door with replacements. We stayed 6 nights - all in all a lovely experience, I highly recommend this hotel. It is worth booking in advance to get a better price.

Excellent location, could walk to every “tourist” place. . Plenty of restaurants and bars right outside the doors! The breakfast at the hotel was great with lots of options and the staff very accommodating! Pastry chef is outstanding..deserves a raise!! Croissants the lightest fluffiest ever! Everything tastes as good as it looks! Front desk staff very nice, Sarah went out of her way to “fix” a minor problem and continued ask if everything was ok each time she saw us. Rooms clean and roomy, beds comfortable would stay again if ever in Amsterdam and recommend this hotel to anyone who asks! Transportation from airport is a little pricey (taxi for 4 ..70-100 euros depending on traffic ) but once you are there no need to use again.

Great stay in Novotel Amsterdam City. This is more like a business hotel - high speed and stable wifi, generally clean, spacious, with in-room Nespresso coffee machine and shower amenities (using Ritual products!). Would be great if room slippers are included. Hotel is near to the convention centre, 15 minutes drive from airport and walking distance to the tram and metro. On the first or second day of our stay, realised the housekeeping was ”half done” - the tablecloth on our desk, bed not done and bathroom not cleaned. Was quite worrying at first - we took it as a one-off mistake and didn't pursue. After which we are heartened by the prompt and efficient housekeeping :)

Just disappointed that I should have spent more days in Amsterdam and stay at this hotel. Thank you to all the staff, especially Sarah. We had booked a Cosy room and that’s what we got, not very big but big enough for our needs. The room was also very clean and beautifully decorated. We were able to check in to our room early and we had a room on the second floor facing the Rijksmuseum. This meant we were also facing the construction site. This was a worry at first but realistically they didn’t start work until after 10am and we were awake by this point anyway. The hotel is in the Museum district so is close to many great museums, it is also a short walk from Vondelpark which is beautiful and a great place to ride a rental bike. It is on the top edge of Central Amsterdam and everything is within walking distance including many cafes and restaurants.. The hotel staff were all friendly and a nice cleaner helped us to work the aircon. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I find myself back in the beautiful city of Amsterdam. Also, for anyone that is curious the tap water is lovely. We filled out bottles every day before venturing out.

Hotel was great for the price you pay. The rooms are tiny (barely enough room to open a suitcase) and although situated conveniently next to a metro station is in the middle of nowhere but again, you get what you pay for and the lobby, gym and communal areas are well designed and well kept. If you don’t mind a 15/20min Metro travel to Amsterdam Centraal you wouldn’t mind it here I give the hotel 2 stars because I accidentally left my Apple Airpod headphones in the lobby area the day I checked out to visit another hotel in Amsterdam, although when I called Hotel Leonardo that same night to ask them if they’d been handed in I was told they hadn’t. I travelled down to the hotel the next morning to be told the same thing, that there were no headphones that had been handed in but they asked for my name and previous room number so they could contact me should they turn up. Luckily I was able to make my lost AirPods make a sound (findmyiphone feature you can activate when you lose a device) and I could hear them beeping behind the front desk so I told the receptionist that I knew they were behind the desk and she eventually handed them over. I firmly believe the hotel staff were trying to keep my misplaced AirPods headphones and if I had not been able to make the sound from the Airpods they would have pocketed them
