I loved this hotel! I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised with my room. It was really clean, super spacious and comfortable. I unfortunately had a delay in pickup and was at the hotel for several extra hours and the concierge allowed me to stay in my room until the evening, which was really kind. The food in the executive lounge was great. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. I booked a view room with an invincible city view. The restaurant is very comfortable, the service is warm and caring, and it is a pleasure to have breakfast outside. The room attendant made us an elephant out of towels specially.

The Hotel was easy to find, located in a very safe area. A walking distance from the Kigali Carfree Zone this adds to the attraction of the place. The service we received from Teddy, Donna and Melissa was a credit to the establishment. The food was also amazing, from the mouth watering chicken, the tasty burger to the delicious pizza.

The best decision for this trip to Kigali was to book this hotel. It has high cost-effectiveness, good service, cleanliness, rich and delicious breakfast, and the Chinese Embassy is next door. In short, it is highly recommended!

I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. Our room was equipped with an outdoor balcony. Although the friend's room did not have a balcony with a living room, it was much more comfortable than the ordinary standard room. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and helped us make an appointment for the driver to the national park. When we went, the service of booking the pick-up by email was also very good. The breakfast buffet was very rich, I ordered roast pork chops for dinner, which was quite delicious and the tip was included in the meal. The fly in the ointment is that the driver asked us for 60 knives after the return reservation from the hotel to the airport, and the front desk told us before that it would cost 35 knives.From$125

I hosted a small conference at the Onomo Hotel in June, and it was perfect. Our conference room was just the right size, beautifully set up each morning in white cloth, the AV worked perfectly, and the WiFi allowed a speaker from Washington DC to join us remotely. We ate our meals at the beautiful lunch buffet, enjoyed delicious snacks, and had lovely outdoor space for smaller discussions on a terrace alongside the conference room overlooking the valley. Great thanks to Derrick Mugabi, the wonderful Sales Manager, for arranging each detail with me by email and teleconference. He was supported by a tremendous team, including the Manager, Front Desk and Conference Teams, Chef and Restaurant Staff. This hotel is a gem and our stay could not have been better!From$117
