My stay at TownePlace Suites Louisville North was exceptional, especially during the busy Bourbon and Beyond festival weekend. Despite the high demand, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel was impeccably clean, the rooms were spacious and fresh, and everything worked perfectly. Chloe and Linda were especially helpful, managing our numerous packages with a smile and storing them safely for several days. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our trip memorable. I am forever grateful for their assistance and the wonderful service we received. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Louisville!
This was our second time staying at this property and we will definitely choose it again when we return to Jeffersonville. It's easily accessible off the highway and conveniently located near, and within walking distance to, numerous restaurants, shops, etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (and the sweet gentleman working at the breakfast buffet gave us a brief lesson about the 1937 flood). The suites are nice with comfortable beds and pillows. My only ”complaint” is the A/C system fan does not have the option of the fan being on constantly (high or low only). I like the white noise to drown out distractions.

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location on 4th Street. Multiple restaurants and bars to eat but be sure to set reservations. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were very stiff and there was no thick comforter. Parking can be a little confusing, more signage needs to be visible because of valet and everything else the parking garages are hard to see. We had a larger vehicle and had to use a different parking garage, and due to all the valet in the front part you couldn't see where that parking garage was therefore we ended up parking in public parking garage down the road. Hotel staff was good about this and refunded us for the hotel parking so we was not double charged. One thing that I noticed that would be a big help to visitors is more signage within the hotel and parking garage. The hotel is very large and all the floors look the same so you can get quite turned around with which Tower you're going to or where the restaurants are located. For example, it would be good to have some signage inside the elevators so that you know which floors have access to which restaurants/skywalk. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

I love the bars upstairs 2nd and 3rd floor. The bartenders were so awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I really enjoyed my time being there with my love bug. Last but not least the front desk was at ease of answering all my questions. The best customer service I have seen in a long time. Thanks to all and you all keep up the great work.

I travel to Jeffersonville fairly often for work and been staying here many times since they opened. The hotel is in a great location with all kinds of food options, gas, car wash, ect all within walking distance. The hotel is usually clean and the staff is friendly but they built the place right next to the Indiana Railroad main line. Through the night you will here multiple trains going by and blasting their horns as loud as they can. I have began to think they do it on purpose. There should be some sort of ordinance that trains are restricted to blow horns from 10PM until 7AM like in my home town. So why do I keep staying here? I stay here because the breakfast gal Miss Joyce takes very good care of us in the morning for breakfast and the coffee is extremely good. Also you cant beat the location. However I am looking for other places to stay and not sure I can return. When I am on the road for work sleep is important to me and the last time there were so many trains during the night I woke up like a zombie in the morning and could hardly function the whole day.

I have found Holiday Inn Expresses are safe and good places to stay. This one was no different. Rooms are nice. Beds are great. Customer service excellent. My first room smelled like someone had smoked in it (though no smoking is allowed in the hotel) and the front desk person put me in another room, no hassle. She also told me about a great place to grab a drink and food (Drake, I think). But there are plenty of places to eat around there. Enjoy.

Clean and spacious room. Kind and pleasant staff with whom I interacted. Very good location with much to take in nearby and many good restaurants. Despite the large sign at the front desk that states only service animals allowed, I was annoyed by the constant barking of a dog across the hall. Also, I asked for housekeeping at the midpoint of my 5 night stay as I was out of soap, paper and plastic cups, & coffee, plus the 2 small waste cans were overfilled. I was told they would tidy up the next day, but no one did. Front desk said that she didn’t know what happened and that she was sorry. It’s a nice place, but seems to be a bit haphazardly run with little attention given to detail.
Very good location. Breakfast was okay. Staff (both front desk and breakfast attendants) were very kind and helpful. Not a lot of road noise and the room was clean. I appreciated that they offer ev charging. Would stay again.

Hello, my name is Kimberly Grable and I am a Travel Advisor. I was in Louisville, Kentucky for a baseball tournament that was at Spalding University. I travel at least three weekends a month for either business or family events. With me on this trip was my daughter who is 12 yrs old. We stayed in a non-smoking two queen bed room. Upon checking in we walked in to see the front desk lady leaned over the counter on her personal cellphone. The lobby area was just a few tables and chairs used for breakfast and then a few chairs by the TV. It wasn't very inviting as everything was crowded and in one area. Nothing like the website shows. I processed to check in and was told a completely different amount than my email from when I reserved the room. That lady didn't say a word just walked away and another lady came to take care of it. After showing my emails, which she said was a receipt from something else (even thought it showed the name of the hotel and dates) I got charged the current rate not the rate on my email. I asked about my discounts and was told that you couldn't use discounts since I was a reward member. I asked about my travel agent information and she said yes it was reserved by Magical Vacation but that doesn't matter!!! Very unprofessional and rude from both Front Desk ladies, and when I asked for the business card of the manager she stated here I'll give you mine and the managers, I'm the front desk manager!!!! Both names on the card was Shannon. We received our room keys and room number 423 and got on the elevator to go to the room. Entering the room it had a musky smell and you could tell it wasn't recently cleaned. The room was plain and no decorations but two pictures. The bathroom was ok, no blow dryer like stated on website and the cleanness of the tub was half done ( you could see the ring mark and there was hair on the shower curtain. The room had a small TV, microwave, and refrigerator. We could not use the thermostat due to it being broken, and the main unit made loud noises when turned on. The one bed had hair on it and sheets didn't look or smell clean. Both beds was very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in them. You could hear every little noise from the hallway and outside, not a quite hotel. The breakfast was nothing like stated on the website!!! There was just a few choices and no fruit besides apples. An older lady was working the breakfast area and made rude comments to many guests like if you aren't going to eat it don't take it, or that's not how you do it!!! Very unprofessional and uncalled for. I noticed at least 6 guests walk away with no breakfast and complaining about it. There was a younger lady named Izzy who did show respect and asked how our stay was and thanks for coming but that was it. I have to say that this stay was one of the worse Hampton Inn's that I've been at. I definitely will not be staying here again. Yes it is by Interstate 65 but hard to get to and leave from. I hope this review

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. We loved the waffles and we liked that breakfast was different from day to day. The seasonal flavors (Pumpkin spice) waffles were a real treat.

When I booked a suite with the two rooms for 4 adults online I had no problems, but when I went to check in I was told the room was only for 3 adults. I didn’t say anything because one of the adults ended up having to work and couldn’t join us. To me that is wrong it should not have allowed me to book online if the room was for only for 3 adults. If the other adult would have came, would I of had to get two rooms? With having the two rooms and the air conditioner being in the couch area, it was extremely cold in the couch area, but because there was just a tiny vent to get air in the back bedroom it would be warm back there. No way to regulate the temperature to where everyone could be comfortable. So the person who slept on the pullout couch froze so the people in the bedroom wouldn’t sweat. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The Ice/snack area was not temperature controlled, so it was extremely hot in there!! Like take your breath away hot when you walk in. Things we liked about the room was the size and the spacious kitchen area with a big refrigerator and the big table, although the chairs were stained and could use a cleaning. Bedroom area very spacious with a little vanity area and nice size closet. It was quiet, we didn’t hear other guest. All in all it looked clean other than the stains on the chairs. Although we loved the size of the room I would not stay at a Candlewood again, just because of the uncomfortable beds and not being able to regulate temperature in the bedroom area.

Family and I stayed here for 3 nights recently. Had a biz trade show at the LVille Expo grounds. Overall this Candlewood was perfectly adequate. Location is convenient to driving to LVille, right off I65 over the border a couple miles into Indiana. Friendly service at check in, IHG status was recognized on a marker board at the desk as well as verbally. Was given a two queen studio right around the corner from the front desk...was nervous about noise but didn't really bother us. Room was a bit worn and had a couple fruit flies , otherwise it was clean enough. Room cooling worked well. Liked the small kitchenette. Our kids thought the pool was a decent size but a tad chilly. We also utilized the Candlewood cupboard which was stocked pretty well with food and other essentials. All in all good stay but nothing especially notable.

The Sheraton Louisville Riverside (and particularly Eric) went out of their way to accommodate 160 band kids, plus directors, staff and chaperones on one of the highest demand weekends in Louisville! They made sure their prices were competitive, breakfast was provided and we had everything we needed for a fabulous competition weekend. When Eric set it all up, he even offered to come see our students compete! Sadly, the competition was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene but Sheraton Louisville Riverside took excellent care of us on this important but chaotic weekend! If in Louisville again, this is definitely where I’ll stay!
This will not be the most pristine or luxurious hotel you could choose, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and professional. The location could not be better to all the downtown attractions and within an easy walk there are two really good restaurants. NO, its not a place to honeymoon, but great place to rest while visiting downtown Louisville. BTW, room was quiet and beds great.

We were traveling with another couple and needed a quick stop, booked this hotel as it was off the highway. It is not in Louisville but in IN., and not the greatest location. Very confusing on how to get in to the lobby, the hotel in the background is not used for regular guest, the motel part was a tunnel of doorways, nicotine smoke filled many of the hallways, carpets are filthy, no air conditioning in the common spaces. Then we got to our room, no access as the door handle was broken (lit up green but would not open), up to the lobby to the second room where there was no air condition, smell of food, and an odd cell phone propped up in the window camera facing the bed. We had to leave as the accommodations were not acceptable, guaranteed a refund, then the hotel denied the refund the next day, told our credit card company we never showed up. Tried to reach management, they refused to contact us back.

Very clean facility in a well lit area right off the highway. It's located around lots of food places and is about 10 to 15 min away from downtown Louisville. Rooms are nicely put together everything looks new and smells nice. My only gripe was the parking because there was none
