The only thing I'm not very satisfied with is that the room I booked on Ctrip is the style I like. After I paid the fee, I was notified that the air conditioner in the room was being repaired. Why did I book it online since the air conditioner was broken? I saw the second room I made a reservation online. Is this a model room?

Excellent location. The room was very clean, tidy and wth a great view of the Canton Tower, Chu-Kiang and sunset. The service was superb with very helpful and friendly staff. I still remembered a lady named Elena at the reception who proactively showed me the best way to go to Baiyun Mountain Cableway which saved me all the troubles. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality and I shall definitely come back again.

Taking advantage of the recent good weather, I went on a trip with my friends. The villa was newly renovated and the facilities and equipment were very complete. I particularly praised the hotel’s hot springs, which were so comfortable! ! The service at the front desk is very friendly and provides guidance in all aspects. Great hotel with excellent location. Staff was also very friendly. Only one minor set back was the little smell from washroom, probably due to facility aging reason. Overall a very pleasant stay. There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻
