Overall, we a had a great time. Staff were very nice at the front desk, and seemed to be as accommodating as they could. The hotel is about a mile off of the 35 freeway, so it is convenient. If you need handicap parking, don't expect to get it or to park close. There is extremely limited handicap parking, and the overflow parking lat was closed for an event. Expect to have to walk far when you park. Although the gambling floor is now smoke free, they have a smoking lounge and smoking rooms. First impressions are the most important, and when you walk into the hotel lobby, you are overtaken with the stale, undesirable smell of cigarette smoke. Not good!
There are 3 open restaurants and a three bars which we noticed. They buffet is closed, and when asked, there is no plan to reopen it yet. They do have people walking around and offering bar drinks, but they are few and far, so I wouldn't rely on that means for drinks. You are better off going to get your own. Stories restaurant has good food and service. The Hostess could have been more welcoming, but we are all entitled to off days.
Our hotel room was pretty wore out. Furniture was outdated and beat up. Carpet squares in rooms are fraying. TV's are old and remotes don't reliably work. They have had a lot of use, thus intermittently work. Linen is all white and smells freshly washed. Our room had chewed gum on the floor next to the bed and under one of the beds. You can tell they don't deep clean or remove furniture to vacuum, because there is a layer of white dust behind the bed, nite stand and desk which hasn't been cleaned in a while. If you are Zombie Virus concerned, I would bring your own disinfectant wipes to clean remotes, phones, knobs, fridge, and anything else other people touch in the room to ensure it is disinfected. There is no sign that they do it. Rooms are loud. You can hear water running in other rooms, the people talking in the connected room next to you, and people yelling, running and kids screaming in the halls. There is a big crack under the door, so we stuffed a towel under the door to help deaden the hallway sound.
We were told the hot tub was not working, but it was when we checked it out. The pool and area is nice and clean with a lot of big windows and natural light. We didn't swim, so I am not sure if there were pool towels available for use.
Overall, I would stay again. I would not pay the close to 140.00 a night again though. If it the hotel was updated, this facility may be worth that price. There is a game room near the front desk for kids, the pool, hot tub, bars, and good food. I would give this hotel and ****** a C+ grade with room to learn from the patrons whom keep it in operation.

I've seen all the bad reviews and it wasn't my case. We took our mother for a mother's day casino/spa experience. We thought our booking was in the ****** hotel but we were booked at the ****** Inn. No problem..just across the parking lot and shuttle offered. True the hotel is having remodeling done and not many food options. Seemed a little desolate. But our room was clean, the machines weren't too tight (I for one left with more than I came with) and my mother had the most wonderful spa experience. Hats off to the spa employees. A 10++. Looked for seating which couldn't be found until I walked down by the ballrooms and found a couple of lovely chairs. Seemed the smoking part of the ****** had more payouts.
