Four Points by Sheraton Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

It’s probably one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Very good location as it’s connected to the Admiralty station and also walking distance to Central area, Hong Kong Park, Peak tram etc. Good for short trip and business people. The whole experience was just as fantastic however if you ever stay there, better turn the wine fridge off during night time. There was a fridge (wine fridge) in the room and it was making crazy noise for whole night and I couldn’t sleep a wink unfortunately 😞 I could have turned it off but too bad I didn’t 🥲🥲🥲

Nice hotel, luxury, comes with lounge, snacks, breakfast and simple meals provided, for suite room check in at 43th floor, meet and greet girl at lobby kinda...., cause she said opps sorry I just can speak English, why they assign a person greeting at lobby with just English speaking, try to learn from Emirates, it's weird, when in elevator ,you ask something to her in Cantonese, she look at you and answer sorry I don't understand, then you speak in Chinese, and she say sorry just English @@.

Rating: 10/10 We booked two rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, and my parents were extremely satisfied with their stay. They stayed in a room with two large double beds, and everything was perfect. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the room size was spacious and very comfortable. All aspects—service, facilities, location, and cleanliness—were absolutely top-notch, deserving a full 10/10. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay, especially for families!

Living up the legend and an iconic Historical Luxury that could endure International Standards, from the hardware maintenance to the overall ambiance and interactions with the staff to all little details. Amenities from all Narumi to silver wear to International TV channels etc. The hotel staff was well-trained in the Hong Kong style of hospitality, being efficient and eager to resolve any guest issues promptly with clear communication. I have always wanted to experience the Peninsula’s hospitality, and I am glad I finally had the opportunity. For seasoned travelers, this is definitely the Choice! This isn’t for the casual traveler who measures their adventures by price tags rather than the rich tapestry of experiences that come from authentic details.and the cost of this level of hospitality. Pre arrivale: Even though I booked through Ctrip, I would prefer if the room setup included more English options instead of being entirely in Chinese. I hope this can be addressed for future stays. The check in was very fast and swift. Cindy was very helpful on K11 watsapp. Location and view was awesome. It was fantastic holiday at k11 and very convenient shopping and food mall just down to B2. I will definitely come back and stay at K11 Artus again.

I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is old and the price for much more modern and luxurious accommodations are similar if not cheaper elsewhere. Great view from the room though even though it was only on the 5th floor.

We have stayed at St Regis for our wedding. The hotel is beautiful. The stuff was extremely helpful to help to provide us a lot of different things before the wedding day. A special thanks for the bottle of champagne in our room after the wedding day. We would come back again with a big pleasure. Great hotel. 10/10

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong was exceptional! The highlight was the warm welcome from Ms. Bobo YIP at Reception and another wonderful lady staff member on the 9th floor. Their proactive engagement with my child made our experience even more special. Thank you for going above and beyond! Highly recommended!

We booked premium harbourview room but when checking in at the hotel we decided upgrade to studio suite harbourview  by costing $660 for the bigger room. The room is all good but one thing is there is no door in the shower and bath tub area. Suitable for couple only.

We requested an upgrade for one of the rooms to a sea view, as we hold Gold Membership. The receptionist initially indicated that he would do his best to accommodate this request. We do understand that it is common not to be upgrade. However, after the lengthy check-in process of 40-50 minutes, when we asked if the room had been upgraded to a sea view, he told us it had not. When we inquired about what type of upgrade had been made, he informed us that the room was only slightly larger. To our dismay, upon comparing this room with the other two, we found that it appeared even smaller. The other two rooms included a sofa, whereas this room could only accommodate a chair. Additionally, this room had a very unpleasant smell, as if it had not been used for a long time. I am extremely disappointed to have to write this feedback at midnight during my holiday. It has affected my ability to sleep, and I felt compelled to express my concerns. I want to emphasize that our disappointment stems from the attitude displayed when he attempted to resolve our issue when his junior colleague doesn’t do his job well. It felt as though I owed him something. While he did not use any inappropriate language, his demeanor conveyed a lack of concern for our situation, as if he was unwilling to help rectify the problems we faced, despite the fact that the fault lay with the hotel. So we decided to ask him what we can do to feedback our experience to your management, the hotel staff give us his name card and saying that we can write to his email address. That is so funny and he is thinking that we are *****. Then we ask him we want official email to feedback then he just say app can feedback.
