The Dallas Ritz-Carlton stands out for its top tier location and professional staff that treat you like a king. I was upgraded to a corner suite and it was grand with windows in two sides. Needed help with printing some documents and the staff helped me without any hesitation. I would stay here again when I return to Dallas.

Murad was AMAZING!!!!! He took care of us from the moment we walked in the door! Very welcoming with a pleasant disposition and very warm smile. The respect was outstanding and without discrimination. We will definitely be back. Very pleased!

My third time here, and likely my last. They did however give me a great room assignment based off of the preference call that I made prior to arrival. I am noise sensitive and they assigned me an end-room on the top floor; the entire four day stay was peaceful. And head Concierge Mary is the gem of the hotel; so personable and caring. The front, outside services team is leaps and bounds better than my stay a couple of years ago. Steve was wonderful as were the rest- all very proactive, friendly and welcoming. Again, a big difference from a couple years ago. And they still offer the Lexus driving program which is a great perk of staying at the Mansion, Dallas There was a horrific smell throughout the top floor guest hallway, especially towards the end where my room was. I went down two floors to check if all hallways smelled like this now, and that wasn’t the case. I can’t believe the staff did not notice this nor do anything about it for days. Additionally, the hallway by the gym has old worn carpet, which is a couple years past its replacement requirement, and I just don’t know how they think this is OK. Also smells bad when you enter the locker rooms by the gym. And then for the gym; it is no where near adequate enough for a hotel of the stature that the Mansion once had. A couple aloof, gentlemen that work at the desks in the lobby. This is not necessary, nor appreciated. My first night there I ordered room service and after almost an hour, waiting- at nearly 10 PM, I called and they said it was minutes away. The next morning I called and asked them to please escalate and maybe do something about the charges and they never did, because at check-out they were still there, and I had to request them to be reviewed and possible adjusted. The hotel is in such a wonderful, quiet location right outside the city center in beautiful Turtle Creek and it’s a shame that it’s not quite what it could be.
The room is very big and feels like home. There is a room ter every afternoon. I couldn't help but ask for a few more soufflé cookies. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday nights, the service is very good and there is a very nice lady who has worked here for 33 years. I like this hotel very much, except the side is very deserted.

Looking at Ctrip's online reviews, I booked a room for two nights. The first impression when I came to the hotel was very good. The waiter at the door was divided into two parts. The service was very professional and enthusiastic. The waiter entered the room and put it in the room. The facilities of the hotel are introduced carefully. It is very warm. The hotel has seven restaurants. We had an American dinner at the hotel that night. The quality of the service and dishes was perfect. The Japanese food at noon the next day was also very exquisite. There are also many surrounding attractions. It is also very convenient. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Dallas. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Central location, close to the Kennedy Memorial Plaza and the Convention Center. There are many restaurants in the hotel, and the steakhouse on the first floor is especially good.

This is way more than just a hotel. We were here for a girl's weekend and made the most of all the available amenities, which I highly recommend doing. We started with lunch at Leonies (Daniel the manager was exceptional). We had great service and the food was incredible. We then went to our breathtaking corner rooms where they have thought of every detail. We headed to the rooftop pool. There were 4 of us, but we just saved one lounger since we stayed in the pool the whole time. This was a Saturday afternoon and I really loved that is was all adults there and a great vibe. We headed to the room to freshen up and take full advantage of the unbelievable bathroom. First, we had drinks in the lobby and then dinner at Stillwells. This restaurant is a MUST try. We all ordered different things so we could try more and every bite was incredible. We finished the night at Babous (Liz the manager was so much fun). This is a perfect place for a nightcap and I love we never had to leave the hotel to be able to have a variety of experiences. After a great nights sleep (the turndown service really was the icing on the cake) we hit the sauna and took a cold plunge to start the day before brunch back at Leonies and headed home. I CAN'T WAIT to come back again!!! Thank you The Swexan Hotel for the best time!!!
This was more than a hotel, this was an experience. From the moment you enter the doors; it is perfection. I have stayed in many luxurious hotels, but this one stands out. The decor, the amenities, the staff. We were in town celebrating a birthday and this was the perfect all in one place to celebrate all weekend The pool was great. The bar Leonies, restaurant Stillwells, and Babous the club was the perfect setting for a fun gill e night! And the sauna the next morning was just what we needed! Julian, the hotel manager, made every effort to make sure we felt special. Daniel, at Leonies, was personable. And Liz, at Babous, was amazing! We will return again to this hotel. It’s a splurge, but worth it!

I thoroughly enjoy my stay when at the Marriott downtown. I would wish the valet parking service could be swifter as I had to wait about 20 minutes for my car to arrive even after calling for it to be pulled before checking out of the hotel. Other than this, my stay was as good as it has been in the past

Pretty sad to write this review. This room was filthy. Feet turned black. Curtains falling down. Toilet broken. I stay in hotels 15 nights per month and have a high tolerance for dirt, but this room was pathetic. Manager Louis said he would see curtains were repaired. Never repaired. He said they were short staffed. My thought is close off the rooms you can’t manage then. Had to request twice toilet be repaired. Returned that evening to find a note on toilet that said not repairable. Learned parts not available for toilet due to a art vender not being available according to front desk (run over to Home Depot!) Was offered another room but that was not an option for us due to small children and late. They didn’t bother to pick up phone and give us an earlier notice. We would have just gone home. Discussed with Louis, several days later) as no manager with any authority works weekends and he told me I shouldn’t have called the diamond desk to complain as he couldn’t do anything now but give some points. That was false, he refunded one of two nights. I’m preparing my letter to parent company, Texas Western, as they probably don’t see these reviews. This hotel has no business being part of the Hilton brand.

It is sad that this type of review seems to be common for this hotel. We had a fire in our microwave and my husband had to put it out to protect myself, our 2 month old, & our dog! The room filled with black smoke that reeked if burning chemicals and both our baby and dog were terrified! The manager, Louis was barely helpful and only comped us one night. We were offered another room and upon inspection noticed that the microwave had a huge burn mark inside of it! I was very disappointed that this is a Hilton hotel as they are usually first rate! I will be contacting the parent company as well as, Texas hospitality to complain about the manager and our overall experience. The positives are location as you can walk to great restaurants & the valet team. Jonathan the valet was so helpful to us and was top notch. Maybe he should be the manager as he showed more class, intelligence, & understanding!

Save your money, this is really poor value for the price. Stood in line for nearly 15 minutes to check in— it appears there’s only one person handling all concierge, check in and guest relations duties. Rooms do not have coffeemakers or coffee. I was told they were taken out during the pandemic. But there aren’t any other complimentary alternatives and honestly I’m not really buying the hygiene explanation given that there aren’t any mask or distancing rules or other visible Covid safety measure being taken otherwise that I can see. Wi-Fi is also not complimentary which was not stated upfront so I was left scrambling trying to figure out how to get online right before a work video conference. The in-room phone was not functional; regardless of which button I pressed, I got a busy signal. So ended up having to look up the number on my phone— nothing else in the room provided contact info for the front desk— and being placed on a lengthy hold. When I expressed surprise about the charge for Wi-Fi the response was that this is common among luxury properties which felt dismissive and also not borne out by experience— I travel extensively at this class of hotel and at the very least they let you know in advance what the Wi-Fi situation is. Really disappointed with this experience.

Booked a king room. When we arrived they said they were overbooked on king rooms and put us in a queen. I called down and let the front office know that I paid more to guarantee a king and they found us one and the room felt newer and nicer. Overall great experience.

Fabulous stay and the staff really goes above and beyond to make it that way. Found the hotel through Amex Fine Hotels and loved the perks and room upgrades. Everyone was lovely, looking to help and making the stay comfortable. The rooftop pool is great and lots of lounges/shade. Did room service salad, salmon with quinoa and dessert which was delicious and a treat. Gym has a lot of options including squat rack. Downstairs coffee shop and I was able to use the complimentary black car service. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Dallas.

We’re “Lifetime Platinum” after 25 + years of loyalty - and never have my wife and I created with such welcoming warmth and hospitality. Our reservation manager, Thank, was very accommodating to our requests and her helper, Mr Pedro, went above and beyond to help ensure our bags got to our room AND provided a secondary refrigeration for delegate items we needed to be stored in our room. We visited the Westin Downtown Dallas for a conference at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. It was a very short walk and surrounded by cute restaurants and bars. We even had a colleague forget her phone in Arlington and the valet (Melvin) went all the way there to get it for her! The hotel is clean and beautiful but I would stay here ten times over the staff and the hospitality.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. I am a big fan of most Residence Inns. However, The service here was horrible. Upon check-in, no thank you for being a Titanium member, no points, no anything. even worse, the parking situation is dangerous. The south parking is closed, requiring use of the valet. Aside from being overcharged by the valet, they could not drive a manual transmission, and I repeatedly had to wait for extensive periods until the manager who knew how to drive a stick would bless us with his presence. Again, I wanted to do the self park, but this was not available for a reason that they could not explain. Insured, I had to leave my car on the street for extended periods of time and spent more time waiting for my car then I have at any hotel. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I highly recommend against staying here.

I've stayed at quite a few Hilton properties and was expecting great things from this stay but I have to say I was left extremely disappointed with my stay at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre. For the amount of money I spent for 5 nights I definitely expected a lot better and should've went with my gut in picking another hotel. From it's location you can definitely tell it is more geared towards corporate travelers and convention groups. It's about 20mins away from DFW airport. I stayed in room 1524 and one of the most confusing things was trying to figure out why the bathroom was configured the way it was. The toilet is very low and faces the door and if you want to get into the shower, you have to close the bathroom door Also for the desk the chair doesn't even go with the desk, so it doesn't roll under the desk and is just in the way due to how big the desk is. Also, the outlets in the room were extremely loose, every time I plugged something in, the plug would fall out. Only in the bathroom did the appliances I plugged in stay in the outlet. My biggest complaint was the housekeeping service. I inquired if I had to request daily housekeeping and the front desk told me yes I had to. After instructing the front desk of the hotel that I wanted daily housekeeping, my room was only cleaned twice for a 5 night stay. This was after going down to the front desk three times to inquire about why my room had not been cleaned. I left at 12p on Friday and came back a lil after midnight and my room hadn't been cleaned. They said as long as I didn't have the privacy badge on the door it would be cleaned and I always removed it once I left the room, so I was very confused as to why my room never got cleaned and I had to continuously follow up. Very unacceptable. For a Hilton and the price I paid for this stay, I was left extremely disappointed and would choose another hotel for my next stay in Dallas.

This hotel was really cute, had such a great vibe. The front desk guy Jacob was so friendly and really made me feel welcomed, he had a big smile on his face explained parking and how the key works, even told me if I wanted to hold my luggage there with him in the morning that they would be happy to do it so the kids could swim, he also explained to me that the kitchen was open until 10:00 p.m. and we could either order downstairs or even on the rooftop. The rooftop was chill, nice music very laid back, we ended up ordering our food downstairs the bartender was great answered all my questions and very patient. The food was okay I ordered a burger just didn't have very much flavor to it needed a little more seasoning on the burger itself, salad was good and sweet potatos fries were decent. The room itself was super cute lots of space for the kids, love that they had a noise machine because I forgot to bring my fan. The pull out sofa was clean, The only thing I can really complain about was the sink it just did not drain well but overall was a wonderful stay I would definitely recommend.

This is review is not an issue of a dirty room or an amenity being down, this is about my kid being stuck in an elevator. She called the front desk who said they would send over maintenance which never happened so after 45 minutes she pressed the emergency button that prompted the fire department to come pry the doors open and pull her through the roof between 2 floors. My original call to Hilton was to kindly ask for one night’s reimbursement but after 4 weeks of no one returning my call, the manager’s voice mail being full and the complete disregard for my valid concern I am appalled by the lack of care and concern. I understand that elevators can go down and the hotel can only call for repair, things happen but when this happens they should have constant communication with the person trapped with reassurance they are right there working on it and make sure they know they are on top of it. They didn’t send maintenance or communicate with her while she was in the elevator and she had to call for emergency help. Several fire trucks arrived and had to force the doors open between floors. This establishment is so poorly run they can not even have the decency to answer the phone and apologize. I expect a call from the General Manager of the Hampton Inn Dallas at a minimum.
