We wanted to celebrate our 25th anniversary close to home, but still get away from our responsibilities for a few days. The Hotel Za Za in downtown Austin was perfect! It was more expensive than our usual stays but worth every penny. The luxury and style were impressive, but our favorite thing was the kind, caring and attentive service we received. Every employee, from the check-in desk to the complimentary shuttle driver to the bartenders and waiters were amazing. The food and drinks were delicious and we enjoyed lounging by the pool as well. Took advantage of the free shuttle to take us to a restaurant close to hotel one of the nights. We did the package that included valet parking , drinks and breakfast and that ended up being a great option for us. We had so much fun, planning on repeating this stay ant the Hotel Za Za every year for our anniversary!

The hotel is wonderful. Beautiful lobby and rooms, fresh cookies and drinks each afternoon and we enjoyed a few hours at the pool in the sunshine. Special mention to the staff, they absolutely made this trip special and took wonderful care of us. Zenon from the valet took us shopping which was excellent as we wouldn’t have known where to go. A huge thanks to Jacob, the friendliest, most professional and fun front desk we’ve ever encountered. He was a joy from start to finish and on his service alone we will definitely chose hotel za za as our place to stay in Austin and across Texas when we return. Thank you to everyone at this stunning hotel!
