Had a great stay with my kids. We had by far the best room overlooking the leafy street on which the hotel is situated. The hotel design is homely, with easy access to every amenity you expect. The hotel interiors are an artful feast of curated textures, and artworks that delight at every turn. As a mom and entrepreneur, I found it perfect for weekend escapes, me -time self care and having a piece of home away from home. Will definitely return to self-pamper and enjoy mother's day celebrations.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The security is excellent . The Host was great and responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or queries we had.

Pros: The stay was a warm welcome and easy check-in. We stayed in the superior room. The rooms are ok, clean and neat. Beautiful golf course in an estate, especially if you want to do a bit of walking. Cons: The rooms are very small and looks onto a tennis court (5m away) and you have to keep your windows closed for any privacy, as you can have people looking into your bathroom. Tennis players from early morning till late afternoon, with shouting and having fun. The units are tightly bundled together. The pool was more like a small splash pool and right outside the dining area and wasnt very clean. The Club food was way below average and service takes a long time. Not worth the price and the average stay for a night over if you are from afar.

The attraction of this hotel is its lakeside bird sanctuary. The rooms are spacious but now dated. Basic things are provided like a safe and tea and coffee making. There is also an iron and board for the traveller. Limited toiletries of poor quality. The lakeside walk is worth a 15 to 20 minute walk round. We would call this a good one night passing through place. The only facilities to dine appear to be at the hotel. We need to make a special mention on the staff. At the bar the bartenders had an attitude of you are only here one night. He was unpleasant and edging on rude. We found most, but not all, staff to have the same unhappy customers service attitude and charisma bypass or lacked customer training.

The hotel service was good and the facilities were very good. The only thing that is disappointing is the meal issue. There are no restaurants nearby and you can only eat here.

The room is small, but service is brilliant. Especially the breakfast is great with many opinions and good taste. Highly recommend.
