The location of this hotel is beautiful. The accommodation is what I like the most, I like the design and how comfortable it be. Cleanliness is nothing to complain its very clean. This is first time that my friend and I visit Phnom Penh. So, this hotel makes this vacation more remarkable. The view in the night is spectacular. If I had I chance I definitely would choose this hotel again. :)

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon. It is magnificent and worth staying, especially the room with a view of the Mekong River, the city river, and the panoramic view of Phnom Penh. The steakhouse on the 38th floor is great. The chocolate flavor of the Wagyu beef really leaves an impression. Watching the sunset at the sky bar on the 37th floor is a pleasure and the service is very good. The room is large, comfortable and full of high-tech content. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is exquisite. The free tuk-tuk service provided by the hotel is the best. The hotel's service is impeccable in every aspect.

Don’t typically stay with the Hyatt Brand, but the Hyatts in Asia have been amazing! The room here was great. It’s wonderfully located - near the river, the Palace etc. That’s not the reason for this review. This review is for the STAFF. We stayed here 12 nights and each day we were met with a collection of sweet smiles. Wish we learned all their names but are glad to have connected with a few: Daily breakfast buffet were with the lovely Seavyoung and shy Srey reap - thank you for taking such wonderful care of us each morning; Sotheary was our lovely lunch companion; Sopha, a sweet little thing from the Attic; Yem from the Regency Club, thank you for our bottomless Prosecco; Dinner Staff from 55, lovely Leakana and her team; Last, but certainly not least, Fariza, sweet darling, thank you for singing us romantic songs; Eric,one of the managers, love your contagious energy. Five Stars accommodations and amenities are pretty much the same, what separates them is the team of people who enhances your stay. For the entitled reviewers / visitors who expect perfect English…. How’s your Cambodian!?!

Breakfast is made after ordering, and there are two types: Western and Asian. Colonial style decoration is very distinctive. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance of the Grand Palace, Duty Free Shop, NagaWorld, and Aeon Supermarket. There are many bars nearby, and I saw many Europeans visiting the bars. 20% off for dinner at the hotel’s banana tree. tasty. The hotel's service is very warm.

Super friendly staff, and the meal test fantastic. Nice decorated and well maintained, the green environment around make me felt natural with the sound of waterfall in the pool. I have no doubt to suggest this place to my other friends.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Phnom Penh. They maintain the Marriott world-class standards at this location. Breakfast was outstanding, and executive lounge was one of the best. The executive lounge staff was courteous and professional. They made us feel welcome and well cared for. Mr. Russell (Zillur Rohoman) made sure that we had mangos every morning. Mr. Ravinder Singh Manhas and Ms. Sreytouch Tep went out of their way to make our stay more pleasant and comfortable. Thanks. Look no further for an amazing stay in Phnom Penh! Nestled in the bustling central BKK 1 district, I just loved being in this beautiful brand new hotel decorated in a plush modern style with a delicate touch of Eastern details. Stunning, super comfy and cool bedroom + bathroom with the most incredible view over the capital city and the Mekong river! Such a smiling and tactful staff together with the most delicious breakfast. Novotel BKK 1 is definitely the place to be and whenever I am back in PP I will definitely choose to stay there. Very smooth experience and TOP HOTEL. EXCELLENT!

This place is quite far from the central area of Phnom Penh, but the hotel has arranged a pick-up. The business car is sufficiently air-conditioned. The driver is a Cambodian driver who is very kind, but does not speak Chinese. The room was made of high-timbered houses, and the service staff was really good. Both Chinese, English, and Cambodian can say that the hotel is built in a resort area, and there are many Chinese employees in it, so don't worry about language issues. This place is a particularly leisurely place, not suitable for the fast pace of catching sights. Special attention is needed to take a taxi to the sights of Phnom Penh downtown. There are also chartered cars, but it is more expensive and more crowded.

The room was very good and big. I booked a room myself, but they upgraded two rooms to us, which was very big! We only stayed in one room, and the other room had not moved 😂 The room had a kitchen, a washing machine, and two bathrooms had bathtubs 🛀. Suitable for a group of friends to open a party 😆
