5 star experience. From checkin to checkout it was amazing. Our top rated accomodation in Gili T. The place is gorgeous, beds are comfy, breakfast great and the staff were outstanding. Special mention to Sam and Hardy who made us feel welcome every day and always happy to chat. Only 1 block from the centre of the beachfront. Hired electric bikes and it was great! Recommend an executive family room so you are in the main pool area but have access to your own private pool. We will return again and again to this special piece of Gili T.

The hotel is relatively small, but very clean. It is a 10-minute walk to navigate down the pier. It is recommended that you take a horse-drawn carriage. The road is really bad, and dragging luggage all the way is a crime. There are bicycles when you go out to the hotel. There are people cleaning every day, the quilt and towels have a faint fragrance, the minibar is not free, there is no extra charge for bringing an 8-year-old child, and afternoon tea is provided for free every day. We stayed for 4 days, and there were two days. It tripped due to a power outage, but the engine soon started operating. We also borrowed the kitchen and cooked dinner for two days. There really is no hope for Indonesian food.

Fantastic hospitality with great food! Quite new hotel and overall good standard on the facilities. Also nice long beach with friendly locals but overall nice a quiet. A good gym for the size of the hotel and good spa. The only thing to consider is that compared to other similar hotels excursions, spa and food is a bit higher priced but standard is also high. An extra warm thank you to Dewa Utama for everything! Overall strongly recommend

Stayed here for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon trip. We were in Tenda villa which is beautiful with its own pool and outdoor-ish bathroom. It has a little kitchenette area where you can prepare coffee and have breakfast when they deliver it to your room. The mini bar is well stocked and well priced. The villa comes with bikes to use to get around the island. Unfortunately the bikes we had needed some care - the brakes didn’t work on one of them, at all. There were no lights on them, which isn’t unusual for Gili T but did cause issues. It would be advisable for them to add some. The bell also didn’t work! They were clearly old bikes as the handles were split and worn, and the baskets were all dented. Maybe time for some new ones!! The only other reason that Kuno didn’t get 5 stars was breakfast. We messaged every morning to get breakfast in our villa as the public/communal area is quite small. We’d message at 0730 and sometimes it would get to 0815 and there’d be no sign of it. But we’d have got up early as we were diving so needed to leave. Twice my Husband left without eating as it was too late. The hotel said it was because they were busy with lots of food orders, but our breakfast also turned up cold most of the time so it was clearly just sat waiting for someone to bring it. We also had an issue with eggs being mostly raw when they turned up so maybe specify that you want the egg fully cooked, just in case… We never ate dinner here so we can’t comment on the quality of any of the other food.

A truly special place. Jack, our host, was so helpful and informative. He provided us with a map and explained everything to do and where to eat on the island. He also went out of his way to organise a private boat trip for us to travel to the other Gili's and set us up with bikes to get around the island. We loved having our own pool which was surrounded by plenty of outdoor seating including a day bed beneath the fan, just the spot for an afternoon nap. The functional kitchenette with water cooler was definitely a highlight... so handy to have a drinking water supply! The king bed was super comfortable and the bathroom very spacious with great water pressure. The Treehouses are ideally located, just a short walk from the sunset area. The sunset area has numerous minimarts, ATMs, plenty of beach bars, and upscale dining options. The restaurant next door, La Cocoteraie, made great cocktails and food which you can get delivered direct to your Treehouse Villa. All the staff were super helpful and friendly! This place is genuinely unique, offering an opportunity to fulfill one's childhood fantasy of living in a treehouse!! Thank you.
