I write this review while still in the hotel, such is our happiness with the quality and service being provided. From arrival when we were greeted with a cup of mint tea and biscuits, followed by a short tour of the Riad, we have experienced a level of attentive and sincere service that is so far beyond expectation it would put a 5 star hotel to shame. All of the staff we have encountered have been amazing, from the receptionist on the front desk to the team at breakfast - more on that in a minute! The room and the decor in the Riad is beautiful, Iraqi Moroccan they tell us, it’s so tasteful it has literally inspired us to consider redecorating when we get home!! OK breakfast… my goodness. No greasy fry ups here, just traditional Moroccan breads and bakes, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruits and pastries both savoury and sweet, and lovely coffee topped up as required. So delicious and a perfect start to provide the energy for another hectic day in the directly adjacent Medina. The staff are attentive and smiling, real smiles that reach their eyes. One example, I commented on how delicious the savoury chicken pastries were… a minute later a plate arrives with 2 more! Whoever the owners of this Riad are, they should be absolutely delighted at how perfectly the staff are representing their business. Absolutely first class in every respect.

We have been fortunate to travel the world and stay in many of the most renowned hotels globally, including two decades in Asia, but the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech stands out for being an exceptional resort hotel in a magical city. The gardens, public areas and pool are beautiful, the villas amazing, and the food throughout is fantastic (Ling Ling, breakfast and room service all excellent). However, the genuine hospitality of Marcel Thoma and his excellent team made our stay truly memorable - nothing was too much trouble, and we felt special from the moment we arrived to the last farewell. We visited and ate at several of the other well known hotels in Marrakech - so glad we booked the Mandarin as it is definetely the best by far in my opinion. We had a truly wonderful stay. Amanjana Hotel Amanjena Morocco 🇲🇦 I like this one better than the king’s hotel. The Aman Group has always been an indicator of international luxury hotels. It’s not the kind of gorgeous hotel that is resplendent and eye-catching when you enter it. It’s very elegant… . I like to collect beautiful hotels when I see them. I hope that I can experience them one day. I gradually found that many of the hotels I have collected belong to this group. This is the first time I stayed at Amanjena in Morocco under their umbrella. Amanjena Ruyi Tranquility...the store is as the name suggests, as soon as you walk in, you can feel the calm and relaxed feeling. All the staff are super polite (everyone), and they walk quietly...so that the guests are very comfortable☺️ It covers an area of ​​20 hectares but has only 40 rooms. During the stay, it is rare to see other guests with a high degree of privacy Since I didn’t have enough time to stay in Morocco this time, I chose the previous Royal Mansour Marrakech to stay for 2 nights, and this one in Amman for 1 night. The hotel feels very good, the room is not very big, the bathroom is a little old, some service staff are a little impatient, and some are very good. But the bed is quite comfortable and there is a big balcony. The scenery of the yard and the swimming pool are nothing to say. It's a great place for a relaxing vacation. The price is more expensive than the Four Seasons in Tunisia, so the price of more than 400 is actually a bit expensive. But guests who are not sensitive to price must choose this place.

6 of us bought the day pass for 1000 dirham each , they begrudgingly brought us some towels and then told us it was half a sun bed per person go figure that one out ! . Lots of staff but no service total joke ! Dirty glasses and empty bottles sat all day. Asked for some more towels which never came after asking twice . So then decided to sit down for lunch and wait an hour for some bang average sushi, sashimi and salads and some awful dim sum . My friend’s However said the pizza was amazing , I never knew that was a speciality of Nobu 😂 to be fair one of the servers was great but overall way to much attitude and riding off the Nobu brand .To summarise lovely setting good vibe just needs some decent management and people that actually care about guests !!

As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

It is little bit far from the city center but hotel is amazing like a heaven on earth. Architecture and landscape is perfect. Spa personnel is not kind and friendly. And also there was a problem in the bathroom with water they waited for fixing and cleaning so long.
