Luxurious new (3 months from opening) hotel with a magnificent beach. The level corresponds to the brand, taking into account the small load you get an exclusive holiday. The special offer price is very attractive. Good breakfast, you can take dinner (buffet not every day). I think it will be boring for more than a week, but if you want a beach holiday in solitude, to see the Underground River, then this is a great option.

The hotel is very good, but there is no sea view room. The only drawback is that the price is not good. The mountain next door is very good. The 1100 small building has a sea view. It is recommended to compare the prices.

The hotel is close to the underground river tour. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The food was also very good. We got the premium room, which also had wonderful views of the ocean.

This is supposedly the only 5 star resort in the area which is sad as I think competition might actually inspire them to do better. The place itself is very nice and initial impressions are quite excellent. But the longer we stayed the more we noticed the lack of upkeep in the rooms. The size of the bathroom is big but there is not a single electrical outlet inside so you cannot plug in anything not even the hairdryer. The shower glass door does not close shut and with the very strong water pressure you can be assured of a very wet overflowing floor outside of the shower enclosure. We paid for 2 extra persons in the room which they informed us meant sharing the beds and breakfast inclusive but they don’t automatically provide the extra towels. Even after calling them to request for more towels they still took more than 2 days to give us our extra towels. The water in the pool is quite warm and not refreshing as the heat of the sun kept it quite warm but some of our friends actually liked it that way so it’s more of a personal preference. The drying rack in the balcony is a nice touch as we can dry our swim clothes there. There are also water dispensers in the hallway which is great for refilling the complimentary glass bottles of water provided. Buffet breakfast is included in the room rates but don’t expect anything extraordinary. The Italian restaurant in the resort does not seem to be ready for the tourist influx as food came out ever so slowly and we felt bad for the foreign tourists who don’t complain as much as the locals so we did get our food faster than they did. The resort is expanding so there is construction ongoing which is a positive sign of tourist revival in PP which I’m happy about for them but I wish they would also pay closer attention to the upkeep of the existing rooms.

It was indeed a paradise! The staffs were very nice and helpful. From our arrival- vallet (Joven) to our breakfast and even on our sandbar activities (Julius and John), they all extended an extra mile to assist us and made our stay truly remarkable. We enjoyed the pool, the view in our room, the delicious bfast and all the amenities they offered. We stayed for 4 nights and even booked another room for our parents to enjoy the place too. It was indeed a great experience. Just a little sad that the gym room wasn't operational that time. But everything else was great! Thank you!

This hotel is the most perfect hotel I have ever stayed in. About the price: The hotel is currently a four-star hotel, but it is implemented according to the seven-star service. Considering that another building of the hotel is still under construction, the hotel gives a four-star experience price. It is worth staying here. About the service: Free airport pick-up is of course a must, the hotel can delay check-out until four o'clock, the hotel gives snacks from time to time, and the hotel provides free water entertainment bicycles, boats, mountain bikes, etc. About eating: The real chef is not a local, and the food is better and more exquisite than what I ate in a five-star hotel. And the price is not expensive. About the hotel: The most perfect artificial physical architectural aesthetic design in history, all brand furniture is provided, and the design is completely humanized. The experience is very good. About the staff, all are young handsome men and beautiful women, greet with a smile when they meet, and pay attention to whether you need service or help. Meticulous. In short, this hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. If there is a chance, I will come again next time.

GORGEOUS !! I don't even know where to start when talking about this establishment because it is so fabulous! The staff took great care of us from the beginning to the end of our stay. Friendliness, availability and professionalism that I have never found in another hotel! I even got a small slice of cake for my partner’s birthday! From the gardener to the receptionist, everyone is pleasant, courteous and incredibly kind! The room is spacious, well thought out and the bedding is pleasant! The common areas are clean. The managers have really thought of everything: bikes available for a walk, beautiful natural stone swimming pool, garden in progress but already well done, canoeing and kayaking also available... in short, everything to feel good! The hotel has lots of little touches during our stay: we received little things to eat every day! And a little extra which for me is extra because I'm a big coffee lover: a coffee bar run by a lovely little woman. He made us love our first stay in Palawan and made us want to come back! THANKS !

It was our return from El Nido and stay for 1 night then got the flight back to our country, the only thing is there is no ATM around so we will need to go to the shopping mall for cash out, other then that the wifi is good and the receptionist is really helpful. She reserved a van for us to go to the airport the other morning for free. I will definitely come back again
- Natalie Lollie
Really nice place. Staff was very friendly. This was a last minute stay because we had missed a connecting flight to El Nido and had to reroute through Puerto Princessa to travel to El Nido the next day. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, nice hot water. Would be happy to spend a longer time there.

The location I would say for me was perfect. It's away from the crazy busy streets and rather peaceful. The gardens and surroundings are inside the resort at spectacular and you feel like just staying there and relaxing next to the pool. Service was very good with extremely friendly staff. I really would recommend this place. Excellent value for money and the food in the restaurant on site is also extremely tasty. The only negative thing I unfortunately must mention and this annoyed me a bit is the fact that the equipment in the gym room was out of order and when I asked about it twice was told it is broken and can not be fixed... and it was one of the reasons I chose this place because it had a place where I could do some excersizes in the morning. But apart from that it really is an amazing place and just about a 1km walk from one of the main streets with a lot of restaurants and bars.
- De
Very peaceful and quiet place. The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. The only negatives are the restaurant on site is about the only place to eat unless you take a tutu (tricycle) to a nearby restaurant. Also it is a little bit pricey to eat there two or three times a day. The only other complaint is the blowdryer didn't work even after we asked for a new one. Overall great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

We spent a wonderful 3 days at Denika's suits. Manager Francisco and his team kindly met us at the airport at 9 pm and took us safely to the hotel for free. We got 2 magnificent bungalows. They are exactly as described on the website and even better. Large, clean, cozy. The next day, the same manager took us to a crocodile farm and shopping for a small fee. We ordered a delicious dinner at the hotel. On the day of departure, Francisco drove us to our meeting point with the carrier to El Nido. The unpunctual bus driver arrived an hour late. The manager kindly provided us with his car to wait. Many thanks to him and his entire team for their service and help. The hotel is located far from the center, but this did not affect our stay in any way. Very large and well-kept area. Recommend for booking.

A nice stay in general and the hotel is really lovely. The staff were helpful. The restaurant was lacking in meals and drinks availability. Although we set off early they prepared a simple breakfast to take with us which was very thoughtful. The water provided is only two bottles a day and after that you have to pay 100 pesos per bottle.

First of all, let me start by saying how much we LOVED our stay. The location is absolutely stunning, and we had an amazing stay. First and foremost, I want to thank to all the staffs esp to Aj ( who made our stay extra special. The food for me was exceptional, they had a wide variety of cuisines, and I was there for 2 nights and didn't have a bad meal while I was there. I felt the food price was very reasonable given the location, service and quality Astoria set the bar incredibly high and for someone who considers themselves to have a vacation I would highly recommend this place.

Really liked the rooftop with the infinity pool and bar, the staff were super smiling and pleasant to talk to, the staffs looked clean and well groomed, the restaurant was beautiful The less positive is that the shower could have been cleaner , the food was ok , nothing really bad but just on a low standard which was still ok for the price we paid, plus I take it as normal in Philippine, I couldn’t really expect them to cook western food like Michelin star restaurant. Overall a very nice stay and certainly a great value.

Spent two nights here after returning from an island hopping tour in El Nido. Large clean rooms with strong aircon, a reasonably sized bathroom, and good bed. Located in a barangay away from downtown, there isn't much in the area other than sari sari stores and occasional street food vendors. Water cooler outside for drinking water, but the pool and bakery were both closed for our stay. Airport shuttle was quite expensive at 500 pesos for two persons.

This place is obviously still struggling from the effects of the Covid lockdowns. The staff is the best part of this place. The air conditioner is undersized & has a daylight gap all around it. The room refrigerator is worthless because its electric circuit shuts down when you leave the room. Who wants to come back from a trip & grab a warm drink from the ref? Breakfast buffet is pretty slim. They post signage asking you to conserve water, but they don't even include water saving faucets or shower heads. And then there were the bugs. If I had known that they are offering 'Hourly Rates' I would have avoided this place.

Excellent place for staycation with family and loved ones if you want a place where you can relax and breathe sea breeze with nice ambience. Has friendly, approachable and professional hotel staffs, rooms are opened using a key card - spacious with minimalist designs, beds and comforters are nice, with free water bottles, water heater and coffee. Also comes with clean toilet with free toiletries (towel, toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, razor, soap, shower cap & vanity kit [cotton buds] also includes free rubber slippers for all around and comfy use) as well as hair dryer/blower attached at the side of bathroom mirror, the room also has a vault safety box, flatscreen TV and mini refrigerator. The buildings have elegant structures. They also have really great swimming pool area! We got a room that is pool access and it made our stay more wonderful. Foods are delicious. Great buffet set up. Sunset can be watched at the rooftop of the gazebo near the seashore. You can borrow and ride a bicycle inside the hotel premises and do kayaking if the sea is high tide. Very nice and instagrammable place! Will definitely come back here for sure.

After our experience in Manila, this place was fantastic. It was affordable, clean and comfortable - but not quite like the pictures. The staff were very nice and let us hang out and look after our baggage well and truely after we had checked out. Unkempt if i may. the wallpapers are slightly peeling at the edges, it’s stuffy and really can use some renovation work. The staff is nice and friendly and the restaurant makes good food. We stayed in the Hotel from 20th to 24th of June 2022! I originally booked a room that could cater 3 pax (2adults & 1 kid (10). When we get there they could’nt find my booking & contacted trip.com! Finally they’re able ro retrieve it but room was too small and said could only accommodate 2pax, otherwise they can put an extra matress! Even a mattress is placed, the room would be too crowded. So I checked my best option and that is to change into another room. We jz have to wait. I contacted trip.com about this and they were very sorry about the confusion of room accommodation and offered a compensation for the extra mattress fee!😅 Regarding the hotel, food was good although to refill water is CHARGED!! 500 ml bottled water is 10pesos, I don’t get it, it should be for free!😅 Breakfast meal’s price i think could be lower and everyday room service should be a must!

I've stayed in this hotel before, and I keep returning since it's affordable, safe, and has decent rooms and a spacious parking lot—features that other hotels in Palawan lack.I've recently noticed that they no longer offer airport service, although they have contacts for taxi drivers in case you need one. However, it would be great if they could add the airport pickup and drop-off once more for a hassle-free trip, especially for those visiting Palawan for the first time .Being somewhat honest, some taxis, vans, and tricycles take advantage of tourists by charging them more than the normal.

A group of us stayed here the night of arriving in PP before embarking our scuba liveaboard and chose the hotel as it was where the liveaboard company did a town pick up from. Simple accommodation, but clean and functioning. Very spacious rooms - we had 4 girls sharing one room with two double beds. The bathroom/shower was a little tired but I only had one quick shower. A pretty garden surrounding a pool - I didn't end up swimming as it was quite a hot, muggy, grey day and the pool was more warm than refreshing in that moment, but I also only spent about 18 hours total at the hotel so if I was there longer I would definitely have had some pooltime. It was cute watching some local kids have a mermaiding lesson. The restaurant is not set up for large orders so bear that in mind timing wise - it is a one chef kitchen. If you are landing at 7pm or later make sure you request the chef stay if you want dinner on site as they will otherwise leave at 9pm. The chicken & mushroom pasta was good. Breakfast was also good - fruit, pancakes and egg, but only instant coffee. I particularly liked the access to free drinking water refill - there is a cooler in the dining area. The staff were helpful - with the chef staying late for us, helping us call to book some massages down the road at Nuat Thai Spa, helping me get a bowl of rice for lunch when I tried to order when the kitchen was backed up we made a plan B. Location is a bit further down in the quiet end of Manalo St. It isn't far to walk up to the part with restaurants, coffee shops and the spa, but I probably wouldn't have done that walk alone as a female in the dark so I would stay here with a group more than solo. I'm sure it is very safe, but as a general rule of thumb I don't walk alone in the dark down quiet streets. After the liveaboard I stayed in the 'busier' part of Manalo St. Would I stay here again - well if in PP I would probably go to my second hotel as a repeat customer as it was just nicer all around (but also cost double the price). However, Acacia is perfectly adequate for the price point if you are looking for accommodation close to the airport or the boat pier in southern PP at a very reasonable price and it is true to the pictures.
