Family vacation, for 1 week, on an all-inclusive basis. On the day of arrival, after checking in and on the way to the rooms, when passing by the pool, we were startled by the number of people in the pool and the entertainment there. Let's say it was a false alarm, because the rooms are very comfortable and very well protected in terms of acoustics. The animation is of good quality and never boring. All the staff is very friendly and available. The rooms are spacious enough and have good storage areas. The entire hotel, despite its size, has high levels of cleanliness. Another great quality of this Hotel is the excellent organization of meals, as well as all other services. The location is the best it can be, to rest safely: very quiet area, with private security guards making regular rounds. The Hotel also has direct access to the beach, with only the need to cross a small garden. The beach is excellent, supervised, very well attended and safe. An experience to repeat, without a doubt.

This is my wife and I staying together, this is our first time here, I usually use other hotels in Costa Ballena on weekends throughout the year.
I must admit that the number of swimming pools, the size of the facilities, independent access to the beach and the cleaning services that are very necessary at the moment surprised me.
