The restaurant is spectacular. The staff are really welcoming, the rooms are ornate, and the views are beautiful. If you eat in the main restaurant upstairs the rooms are gorgeous (the hotel used to be a palace and you can definitely tell as it still has that vibe). If you eat in the garden overlooking the canal the view is absolutely stunning! Each has a different menu but in both cases the food and presentation are fantastic. The staff are amazing as well! We especially got to know Daniele, Lisa, and Matteo, who were very kind and went the extra mile for us. The concierge was also extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone made sure that anything at all that we needed was taken care of including the luggage, reservations, etc and even a water taxi right from the back of the hotel to the train station when it was time to leave Venice. They did everything possible for us, even though we were staying at a different hotel nearby! We first discovered this place because of its restaurant and it quickly became one of our favorite places. We returned to the restaurant and garden a few times for the great food and because it has some of the best staff in the entire city! Definitely visit Aman, and its restaurant Arva, even if you aren't staying in the hotel. Everything in this place is luxurious. The food is some of the best we had across Italy and the service and atmosphere of the entire place easily put it over the top!

This is a hotel with a profound artistic background. The entrance of the hotel is not too big, and there are surprises everywhere after entering. It is especially suitable for taking pictures and punching cards. The service is also very good. I came in winter, and the room is very warm. I can see the entire lagoon from the balcony. The location Excellent. An extra bed is available. It was already 22:00 when I checked in. I came to the hotel restaurant with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn’t expect the most amazing thing to be the upstairs restaurant. This is the most formal Italian restaurant in Europe. Eat Serving a dish with a set of tableware is too particular. It was great to have a great foie gras, the beauty of the dessert and the rich flavors. The buffet breakfast the next morning was even more unexpected. Not to mention the top-notch view, the rich and delicious breakfast is also top-notch. The location is very close to the Bridge of Sighs. St. Mark's Square is so beautiful, and the products in the nearby shops are also very good. 80 euros to sit on the gondola, it is worth it! Take a water taxi from the hotel to the airport, 130 Euros and board the boat directly from the side door of the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. When I came to the hotel, I didn’t understand. I took the water bus, 15 euros per person. The bus stopped when it saw the station. The boat was full of people. It took an hour to get to the St. Mark’s Square station. I got off the boat and walked 300 meters with my suitcase. After about 10 meters, we crossed the Bridge of Sighs and arrived at the hotel. It's not very convenient. If you take a water taxi for 130 Euros from the airport, you can go directly to the side entrance of the hotel lobby in 20 minutes.

The service at the St. Regis Hotel is very good. The staff are warm and thoughtful. It is definitely a 5-star service. The facilities and environment are also first-class. It is also very close to St. Mark's Square. It only takes about 2 minutes to walk there. Of course, the price is A bit expensive, but reasonably expensive. This is a very good memory for me in Venice. I will stay here again next time I come.

Everything is good, the location is quite good, there are boats to go out at the door, and live in a quiet place, no special noise at night. The only fly in the ointment is that the room is arranged on the first floor. The room next to the bar is a bit strange, but overall it is good! And the hotel restaurant is recommended by Michelin! The hotel is directly on the RIALTO Bridge and St. Mark's Square, with easy access to major attractions. The hotel has a water gate, and the WATER TAXI and Gondola are easily accessible. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The decor of the hotel rooms and public areas are very beautiful. There is a small gym.

It is ideally located 5 minutes walk from the Government House and 5-8 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. There is a water bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, as well as a water taxi stop, which is very convenient to go to any island in Venice. Breakfast is average, but it is delicious. The hotel takes a water taxi to Venice Marco Polo Airport for 120 Euros.

Incredibly beautiful palace with historical feature, high ceiling, vintage furniture, breakfast patio. Really fell so special when you arrive there, especially by water taxi access. We could check in early and the staff was very kind. The standard room (queen) was a quite dark and small duplex but very comfortable and quite! A/C and fridge worked well!

Pulling up to Palazzetto My Venice on our boat taxi was like a dream. The hotel staff, Karena and Valentina, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Once we arrived at the hotel, we checked into our gorgeous room! There was a bottle of champagne and plate of fruit waiting for us. Our room was a nice size with a beautiful comfortable bed, a large bathtub and a large shower. Every morning we went downstairs for a delicious breakfast on the hotel courtyard. Staying in the Dorsoduro neighborhood was such a nice location. We were able to get away from the numerous crowds and enjoy a charming area of Venice.

Very nice hotel in Lido, a superb quiet oasis. Nice swimming pool and beds in a beautiful garden. Moments away from waterbus to San Marco in Venice. Just perfect. Rooms are very clean, shower is great. Breakfast is also very good, ladies serving are sweet and polite. The other personel: Hassan is a perfect gentleman at the reception, Maurizzio too is a real class gentleman. Giacomo and Milton are your friends, very sweet guys who'll do everything for you. The only negative aspect would be Roney, a guy who seems to see a problem in everything or at least finds a seed to start a discussion every time you gonto the reception.

We stayed at Palazzo Dei Fiori on our family trip to Venice. We stayed at the Faggio Apartment. The three bedroom unit was beautifully decorated with a huge living room, kitchen and a private patio. The rooms are very clean and modern. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning works well. The location is great. Right next to a small piazza and a short walk to Saint Marcos Square. The staff is excellent and provides exceptional customer service. We have many communications before our visit. They arranged for a water taxi pickup from the train station and it dropped us right at the entrance of the hotel on the canal. They arrange all our water taxi transfers going to different areas, and to the airport. There was a gentleman at the office( I am sorry I didn’t get his name) he was always there to make sure the taxi gets here and help us get on. They are very helpful with restaurant reservations.
