Location, view from the room, amenities provided was quite good. The room was quite spacious and clean. The inroom dining experience was good as well although they could have been a bit faster. One issue we did call out to the manager at reception: the menu in the room have different pricing and final bill had different and they casually said the menu scan code in the room are old. That seemed quite unprofessional

Gape county was really very good resort. If you are the one who is looking for being close to nature then this is the place for you. Good lake facing room good facilities and very nice and courteous staff from top to bottom. I would definitely recommend visiting here during rainy season or winters. Best place

This was our 2nd time in 4 months. Overall experience was excellent. The property, the food, the hygiene levels are all a 10 on 10. Special mention about parag tiwari, vaishnavi, riva, ratnamala, nitesh. They all made our stay a beautiful memory. Vijay from housekeeping did a wonderful job of decorating the room for my daughter's birthday. Overall a fantastic experience. Worth spending a few days amongst luxury and greenery. A very helpful and caring staff and the property itself is the jewel in the crown

Very good stay the buffet breakfast / lunch and dinner was also average , what was shocking was the fine dining Asian restaurant that so over priced and the food was so bad,that I had to call the chef to explain why a 900 IRS Dish was so salty , he explained that they use curry paste in there Chinese and Thai cuisine, mate I honestly suggest to avoid this joint

Mr Dinesh and Mr Appa were of great help with all arrangements and guided us for a wonderful experience. The gardens are very well maintained with pretty flowers and beautiful paved paths. It is worth staying at the property for 2-3 days for the best experience.

We went for a family trip to Triambkeshwar and stayed in this hotel. Overall hotel was ok, there was no one to carry your luggage to your room. If you are a senior citizen or physically unfit, it's a challenge else it is ok. Room was good and it was a comfortable stay. For all your eating needs, they have tie up with Moti Mahal Deluxe which serves you good tasty food. However for my surprise, if you ask for room service, you have to pay 15% extra on your food bill. Overall it was a good experience
