The staff are certainly friendly and try hard to help. The room was clean, well air conditioned and the bed was comfortable. These positives elements aside, what lets down this hotel are the following: The breakfast was rather dire, having a very limited selection. Cold cuts of ham, plus tasteless rubbery cheese slices. They couldn’t even fry an egg (we asked) and, egg wise, all that was available was scrambled. The bacon strips could be used to re-sole one’s shoes. The croissants were rock hard (one can only guess that they were cooked the day previously). The hotel’s restaurant is not open on Sunday (probably just as well, if the breakfast is anything to go by) and there are seemingly very limited options to have food delivered from vendors outside (with pretty much all closed on a Sunday. That said, Deliveroo worked but took ages along with very limited options and when that food did arrive it was stone cold). It also seems that the hotel only has one iron and no ironing board (thus the corner of ones bed had to substitute for an ironing board). Only one small lift. No pool.

I decided to make a reservation for Ferragosto, paying immediately and without a possibility of reimbursement, so here are the various problems found: 1) I think it is one of the few hotels where they ask for to move the reservation for a few days The modest figure of 20 euros!! 2)By choosing the package with the SPA, the reception assured me that the center would contact me in time to book the place, but I was not contacted by anyone throughout the week before the stay, So I decided once there to go personally and see the availability, and it was only available one hour the day after, but then, given the bad weather and the impractibility of staying in the pool under rain, We asked if there was any place but nothing; perhaps if I had been contacted by them as promised I would have booked a better time. 3) When I came in the room, There was NO CUSTOM FOR WHICH THE WORLD! But only one in the bathroom reserved for the consumers of the toilet. Room with old furnishings, BOOK BED IN 2024!! But ONLY ARE ONE SINGLE BED! RIDICOLS! Spacious terrace, but LERCE! 4) Every time due to the weather, On the checkout day, they asked the reception, the possibility of staying in the pool until 13:00, as I had decided to lunch there, and fortunately, they told me that there was no problem with the poor customer, but they warned me that, When the checkout was done, all the services were completed. I was here to laugh, because, besides the possibility of making two tuffs in the pool, I didn't understand what services were talking about. 5) Most medium breakfast, The most cheap retailer of the area has made a dressing of the most efficiently available, and the most cheap retailer has made a dressing of the most efficiently available.

I stayed two nights in this hotel for work, half board, bed and breakfast. parking does not exist, normal welcome, when we got to the room, I noticed that for a 4 star hotel the mini bar was empty, and usually there should be some snacks and drinks. the bathroom is large, but uncomfortable like the shower doors that you can open from the outside, but there are no handles inside the shower cubicle. fixed shower head and dirty with limescale. Phone a little old, the tissue holder for hygiene after the toilet, awkward position, as it is a simple tissue puller, not a roll of toilet paper next to the toilet. dark room, only one small lamp on the wall and not on the ceiling, very noisy air conditioning and it didn't heat. abundant breakfast of pastries, cakes, juices, friendly and kind waiters.
