There is no sense of security in the neighborhood. Very small lobby, not the concept of the domestic Ritz-Carlton, it seems that the apartment lobby, there is no service, the service such as water has to make a few calls before sending it, I feel that no one is serving the whole hotel.

Opposite the road is the beach and the sea, the service is thoughtful and thoughtful, the housekeeper found that we have a lot of fruit in the process of moving luggage, and specially moved a mini refrigerator for us. Bottled water is free to take, coffee is free to drink, and the overnight car only charges one parking fee.

On the first night, I stayed in the state of sleep test. I found that I had a good night in Ctrip. I called the front desk to ask if I could change the room. The front desk had no problem. There was a restaurant in the hotel. It was only a few minutes walk from the pedestrian street. .

Who gave a bad review to Waldorf? I almost booked another hotel because of the bad review. Fortunately, I chose Waldorf in the end, otherwise I would feel like I lost 100 million 😂😂 Such good service, such a good environment, such good facilities. The restaurant on the first floor is also super delicious. The top floor is just so-so. I will only stay at Waldorf in the future.

The location is very good, going out is the beach. Service attitude is generally friendly. You can ask the room for slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush and hot water. The room is very new, there is a shower room and the bed is not bad. Recommended room breakfast, very good, the uncle of the meal is very humorous. Feeling partial business, not too diligent service, but as long as you ask, will respond quickly.
- ZHENYONG
The location is great and the beach is out. Be sure to choose next time, especially the hamburger in the hotel western restaurant is the best trip to the United States, the price is acceptable, and the steak is also very good. That is, the Internet costs a lot of money every day. It is recommended that you can handle a network in advance.

This is maybe my third updated review on one of my favourite hotels in the world? It is indeed a total paradise and we have stayed maybe a dozen times in the last 15 years or so, and hate having to leave. On arrival we were upgraded to a fabulous room right at he back of the estate, and as ever - the room was exceptional. In fact almost everything was exceptional - the valet, the breakfast, dinner, the wonderful bar, housekeeping (reception staff still not the very best, all a bit too uninterested and casual in my opinion). So why a star down this time? Well we had a pretty bad experience at the pool over the weekend. We knew things were very busy, but by 10am, every sun lounger had been taken, expect for four beds at the far end of the pool that we were told were 'reserved'. There was a wedding going on that day so there was also nowhere to sit and relax in the gardens. So after waiting for a few hours in the room we headed back and managed to get two chairs as two guests departed. The four 'reserved' chairs were still empty. Another guest, a young woman, who then arrived was told the same and decided to sit on a towel next to the empty beds, to then be aggressively shouted out by another guest who emerged from the villa that sits at the far end of the pool to 'move'. It was all rather distressing and the young woman was in floods of tears. Other than one bed that the aggressive guest then sat on, the other three remained empty all day. I'd love to know how this happened, as it left a very bitter taste to an otherwise exceptional stay.

Hotel bel-air is definitely the favorite of Europeans and French people. Stayed for 3 days and didn't see a Chinese. Hotel room equipment is great, very private The hotel provides a dog service Location is not convenient, in a wealthy area Go to Santa Monica and take Uber for 15 minutes without getting stuck.

In addition to the bed, the bathroom is the only thing that can be said about the price of this hotel, the price of 4000, well, the whole hotel is too small! The lobby is also small! I don't know what the seasons are, I will try it next time. This review is higher than the 4th season. The reality is very general.

Those who are looking for a hotel that goes above and beyond, The Peninsula Beverly Hills is the perfect choice. From the minute we walked into the door, the hotel was 5-star in every single aspect. The rooms are beautiful and handy, from the digital tablet that controls all the settings for your room, the printer under the desk, the radio and television, to the continually replenished plate of fresh tangerines on the table, the floral curtain design, and the unique monogrammed pillows that you get to keep. They are spacious and light, thanks to their floor to ceiling windows. The location is convenient, walking distance to Rodeo Dr and other main streets and shops in Beverly Hills. Not to mention that the hotel offers free drop-offs within Beverly Hills, in either their iconic Rolls-Royce Phantom, Cadillacs or BMW limousines, a fantastic way of getting around! The rooftop area is ideal, and you mustn’t miss out on visiting it during your stay. Due to the size of the hotel, it being smaller than the others in Beverly Hills, The Peninsula feels more exclusive, is less busy and it enables the staff to pay more attention to individual guests. The pool, rooftop, gym and spa are all top-notch facilities. The staff are excellent, the building is beautiful, clean and well maintained, the food at breakfast is all one can ask for and the garden and lobby are full of divine, fragrant flowers. Of all the places to stay in central Beverly Hills, nothing comes close to The Peninsula standard, the epitome of luxury. Final Scores: Location - 10 Cleanliness - 10 Comfort - 9 Facilities - 10 Staff - 10 Value for Money - 10 Total - 10/10

Took my wife and kids for a night to celebrate wife’s birthday and Mother’s Day. I’ve been told for years by various people whose opinions I value that this is the finest hotel in the L.A area. I was not disappointed. It completely lived up to everything I was told. The property itself is beautiful and meticulously kept. Booked through Amex platinum and was given an upgrade to a beautiful one bedroom suite with balcony. It was as nice of a hotel room as I’ve ever stayed; right up there with the Hotel du Cap in Antibes (minus the Mediterranean of course). Enjoyed the pool, spa, restaurant for breakfast and the amazing location. The staff could not have been friendlier or more eager to please. Bed was comfy luxurious, adorned with pillowcases that had our initials embroidered onto them. We were told we could keep them as souvenirs. Bathroom was beautiful. Shower had good pressure. Towels as you would expect in such a property were plush. The only negative (and it’s hardly much of a negative), was the absence of a Nespresso machine in the room; something that seems to be fairly standard at virtually every luxury hotel I’ve visited the past few years. In spite of this, I’d still rate this hotel a solid A+

It was the worst hotel. I stayed because it was the stage of Pretty Woman, but I am dissatisfied. Arrived by UBER from the road side. There was a bellboy, but he didn't even help me unload my suitcase from the car. I'm just standing there blankly. Even though I checked in after 16:00, there was no twin bed room that I had reserved. When I complained, I was told to wait for 20 minutes, so I reluctantly went to the front desk. I decided to wait on the sofa next to it, but it didn't come to tell me that the room was ready even after 30 minutes. When I asked what happened to the front desk, they said that they had forgotten about it, and I didn't even think they were apologetic. I had a cup of tea at a stylish restaurant on the first floor with a view of the outside, but even if I asked the guide to pay the bill, he wouldn't move. After 20 minutes, the fourth person finally paid the bill. I received the lowest treatment even though I stayed at a super luxury hotel. On top of that, the hotel union was on strike, and from 6:00 in the morning to noon, we put up placards in the hallway of the hotel and shouted drums and shouted loudly. It's noisy and I can't relax. In the room, there was a notice paper and earplugs saying that the strike would cause trouble. The strike seems to have no end in sight. If I knew there was going to be a strike, I should have informed them before my stay and had canceled it. Even though I paid a high price, it turned out to be the worst trip ever. I think I was clearly racist from the front desk, bellboys, waiters and other hotel staff. Because they were amiable to white customers. Employees working in such a hotel understand the feeling of wanting to strike.

Great stay! The staff is top notch at this beautiful boutique hotel. I had everything I needed for a perfect beach workcation. Rooms are large with a beautiful ocean view. WiFi in the rooms were strong with good download speeds. The property is located next to the pier and the sunrise and sunset views are not to be missed.. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant overlooking the ocean was delicious. Beach chairs, umbrella and food/drink service available. My only regret is not staying longer. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place to stay for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Great location, great views from our balcony, easy access to the beach, the pier and nearby restaurants. The room was a decent size, with a fireplace and two large screen TVs. Comfortable bed, well equipped modern bathroom with a rain shower and wall mounted jets and a high tec feature filled TOTO toilet. Staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. An enjoyable luxe beachfront stay.

Great location and reasonably priced, we staid 3 days before continuing our trip. Sometimes a bit annoying because of the waiting All in all a recommended stay

07/26 (approximately 1pm) in room 1525: One of the four guests in our room discovered what appeared to be a bedbug in the sheets in addition to a blood stain. She caught it, bagged and sealed it, and immediately reported it to the hotel who sent up Gabriel, the head of security. He claimed that in his experience, bed bugs are not visible to the human eye (which is untrue). The hotel reached out to Ecolab for an inspection and let us know that it would probably take place on the same day in the afternoon. They then offered us a temporary king bedroom (1621) until another double became available with no further instructions. We asked for plastic bags, packed and sealed our belongings, and left them in room 1525 along with the sealed bug. We bought new clothes and all took hot showers, doing our best as guests to prevent spread. When we asked that our items be heat treated, the hotel said we had to wait for inspection results. Adam, the assistant front office manager, provided us with the information that Ecolab would not be able to provide an inspection until the morning of 07/27, our checkout date. We finally got our new double room, 2313, around 9:43 PM on 07/26. I checked in with management on 07/27 at 8:08 AM about the inspection which they now claimed was in the afternoon. Because we needed to checkout, we insisted that all our clothes be heat treated. Brittany, the manager on site and Vanessa, manager of housekeeping, was able to accomplish that for us. At 1:09, we received a call from Abigail Santos, assistant director of housekeeping, letting us know that our room tested negative for bed bugs. I was relieved to hear the results but when I asked what the bug in the bag was, she told me that Ecolabs said it was probably a mosquito. It was definitely not a mosquito. It turns out they didn't check the bagged bug despite the fact that I mentioned how it was sealed and where it was it to every staff member I spoke to during this whole debacle. Abigail and I went down to 1525 to look at the sealed bug together. She agreed it wasn't a mosquito and let me know that they would do a second inspection. The hotel returned our heat treated belongings and we were ready to check out at 2pm on 07/27. I had a copy of the negative test results, but I also wanted a record that they did not inspect the bug that we found. When I asked the on-site manager Makayla for it, she simply smiled and said it wasn't available and that I'd be emailed the second inspection results. She said ”The first inspection result was negative for an infestation, but we can offer you a one day gift certificate for your frustrations.” I declined the offer. This was infuriating and it made me cry as I never asked for refunds or perks. I simply wanted them to acknowledge their mistake and to have a record of it. I requested that they respond to my text regarding the second inspection and after Makayla texted me that she would email me the results, I left the premises. My friends and

What a perfect boutique hotel! Secluded for privacy but close to everything you would want in Beverly Hills. Beds are wonderfully comfortable and rooms are very clean. All marble baths are luxurious and the rain shower? Perfection! I enjoyed coffee on my balcony each morning watching the city wake-up. Lobby is spacious and welcoming. Restaurant food is superb. I was so excited to stay here. I arrived about 5pm and our room was not available to strike one so they gave us tokens for free drinks at the poolside, while we were there we waited to see if anyone will come up to us and offer drinks and nothing so I decided to go up to the bar. We ordered our drinks and when paying with the tokens the bartender made it clear to me that her tip was not included with the tokens strike 2.. made me feel like I couldn't afford it, so we decided to go have dinner, we finished dinner after 6pm and still not call my room was available so I decided to go ask..when I get there all of a sudden our room is available. We go up to our room and its the wrong one strike 3 when going back to the lobby I found a gentleman walking our luggage up so I let him know our room was not the one I reserved he apologized and walked me down to the lobby.. when we were in the lobby they apologized and gave me a discount for the mixed up.. the agreed that was not the room I reserved and was going to send wine and cheese up to our room.. never received the wine strike 4. The next morning we decided to check out I told the gal there about my horrible experience so they waved the valet also when I got my bill they added other charges of $90 and gave me a discount of $60 . Yea the other charges were added to offset the discount. I felt so uncomfortable never going back again, I'm still sad about my family trip that was ruined and made us feel unwelcome. The room is much bigger than expected, very spacious and comfortable. The courtyard room I booked must be more than 23 square meters, the bathroom is very large, and the layout of the hotel is also beautiful. The details of the hotel facilities feel that the maintenance is not in place, such as a lot of damage in the corners of the ground, but as a 5-star hotel, the price-performance ratio of more than 1,000 a night is too high.

We chose this hotel because it had a shuttle service from the airport. We were arriving from China after a 20+ hour trip. The shuttle bus driver was very helpful in both directions. However, I am giving this a 1 star review because they scammed us out of $44. As I said before we used the shuttle bus service and did NOT have a car. As we checked in we told the receptionist at the registration desk that we did not have a car two times. We even asked about the shuttle for the next day. We were very tired and jet lagged so when they gave us the paperwork to sign we didn't read it over thoroughly and just signed our name at the bottom like we have done hundreds of times at other hotels. A few days after leaving we saw that they had charged us $44. We called them to find out why and they said it was for parking. They told us there was nothing they could do about it because we had signed the form. We asked to talk to a manager and they put us on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on us. The person we spoke to on the phone was rude and clearly had no sense for customer service. We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express before and it has always been a pleasant experience but this location has some serious issues.

Did not eat hotel breakfast, but feel that the hotel attaches great importance to guest evaluation, the hotel looks like a motel, but the room is OK, the key is the location is good, quiet in the middle of noisy, walk to the Avenue of Stars for 5 minutes, nearby to eat and buy souvenirs are convenient, Driving to Universal Studios for 10 minutes, it is especially suitable for people who want to play in Universal Studios. There is no charge for parking. The only thing I need to remind is that the room is a bit too fragrant, like the detergent with too much taste, the door needs to be ventilated, the window is aisle, there is no landscape

We were really looking forward to this stay. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. When we pulled up to the hotel we pulled up to extremely loud noises made by workers on strike. Nobody gave us an advanced notice that there was a strike going on. The restaurant and bar was closed because of the strike which was very inconvenient. The workers or people on strike started making noise at 6am. We had a late night the night prior and because of this we got no sleep. Location - located on Figueroa Street across the street from the USC campus. Proximity to USC is the biggest winner for this Radisson. Accommodations - The lobby was basic, one story with a small front desk and small pool antey. The gym was basic with 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals and weights up to 35 OK lbs.. The rooms are decent size and well maintained with nice decor. The bathrooms can stand to be updated though. Service - The front desk folks are OK but the hotel policies really bring it down overall. We stayed at the hotel during move in week and weekend (5 days 4 nights) but were not given a water bottle like everyone else, that was weird. We received some Amazon boxes while there and were charged $5/box after the 3rd box but were not told in advance from the hotel that they would charge us, so they basically held the packages I ordered for my daughter's move in hostage.
