The location is very good, going out is the beach. Service attitude is generally friendly. You can ask the room for slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush and hot water. The room is very new, there is a shower room and the bed is not bad. Recommended room breakfast, very good, the uncle of the meal is very humorous. Feeling partial business, not too diligent service, but as long as you ask, will respond quickly.

Those who are looking for a hotel that goes above and beyond, The Peninsula Beverly Hills is the perfect choice. From the minute we walked into the door, the hotel was 5-star in every single aspect. The rooms are beautiful and handy, from the digital tablet that controls all the settings for your room, the printer under the desk, the radio and television, to the continually replenished plate of fresh tangerines on the table, the floral curtain design, and the unique monogrammed pillows that you get to keep. They are spacious and light, thanks to their floor to ceiling windows. The location is convenient, walking distance to Rodeo Dr and other main streets and shops in Beverly Hills. Not to mention that the hotel offers free drop-offs within Beverly Hills, in either their iconic Rolls-Royce Phantom, Cadillacs or BMW limousines, a fantastic way of getting around! The rooftop area is ideal, and you mustn’t miss out on visiting it during your stay. Due to the size of the hotel, it being smaller than the others in Beverly Hills, The Peninsula feels more exclusive, is less busy and it enables the staff to pay more attention to individual guests. The pool, rooftop, gym and spa are all top-notch facilities. The staff are excellent, the building is beautiful, clean and well maintained, the food at breakfast is all one can ask for and the garden and lobby are full of divine, fragrant flowers. Of all the places to stay in central Beverly Hills, nothing comes close to The Peninsula standard, the epitome of luxury. Great stay! The staff is top notch at this beautiful boutique hotel. I had everything I needed for a perfect beach workcation. Rooms are large with a beautiful ocean view. WiFi in the rooms were strong with good download speeds. The property is located next to the pier and the sunrise and sunset views are not to be missed.. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant overlooking the ocean was delicious. Beach chairs, umbrella and food/drink service available. My only regret is not staying longer. Definitely recommend!

I stayed for three nights in total. When I checked in, the front desk asked how many bottles of water I needed and said it was free. I didn't understand at the time, and they said just send two bottles. Because there were a few bottles in the room. As a result, every day after that, there was no water in the room... I had to call the front desk to ask for more water, and they said that if I wanted more water, I would be charged... I don't understand why, if the water was charged later, why didn't they make it clear on the first day?

-- Our ”one bedroom lanai” suite did not contain a lanai, or a balcony, or an outdoor space of any kind. Was told by the front desk that only some of the ”lanai” rooms actually have a lanai. What planet am I on? --- We also discovered a welcome letter addressed to a different guest upon entering the room; apart from being a privacy issue, it's sloppy work for a hotel that bills itself as ”luxury” and ”five star” -- I asked if we could be moved to a room that actually had a lanai, and this request was denied, despite numerous other rooms being available. I then asked to speak with the manager to discuss all of these issues, and was assured they would call my room back ”right away” -- obviously, no one ever called -- We were overcharged at breakfast, and I had to send the bill back to be corrected -- The hotel is a solid mile walk from any of the popular attractions in Santa Monica (pier, aquarium, etc.) I'd recommend staying at one of the nicer hotels closer to the pier, like the Regent or Shutters on the Beach. Or at least somewhere where they understand what the words ”luxury” and ”service recovery” mean.

Everything you'd expect from Four Seasons and more. Super friendly and professional staff. Spacious, clean, and well equipped rooms. Higher floors have great view, with balcony too. I liked their aluminum canned water. Excellent Italian restaurant Culina. Manager David even emailed me assuring that they'd save my room preference profile for future stays, very impressive, thanks! Four Season is often the answer when I struggle to find hotels that don't compromise on having both location/neighbourhood and views, this is another example.

There is no sense of security in the neighborhood. Very small lobby, not the concept of the domestic Ritz-Carlton, it seems that the apartment lobby, there is no service, the service such as water has to make a few calls before sending it, I feel that no one is serving the whole hotel.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained and clean. The toiletries are Diptyque, and the toilet paper is tied with a small ribbon~ The service is very good. When I arrived at the airport, I found that I forgot my passport at the hotel. They helped me find it very efficiently and I didn't miss the flight. They also specifically said that I didn't need to tip, which is what they should do. Disadvantages: The balcony is so small that I can't stretch my legs when sitting on the chair.
