Loved the hotel, felt like an old colonial styled placed, great surroundings so green and fresh. Loved that they were very aware of the planet so had refillable water jugs instead of plastic bottles, same with toiletries...balcony view was overlooking the pool with a gorgeous backdrop...Will stay again

The sanitation, environment and services are all very good, but the facilities have some shortcomings: there is a bathtub in my room. When the bathtub was waterproofed, there was a very loud resonance for the first time. I had to turn another handle on and off to eliminate it. It is not a big problem, but it can be regarded as a flaw.

Location: It is quite convenient to get there. At the time, I thought it was a pity that it was not close to the sea, but it is actually not necessary. Facilities: It should be considered okay. Although there are not as many and big resort hotels in this place, it is also an LHW member after all. It should not be bad. Environment: After all, it’s been a while, but fortunately it’s neat and clean and not that new. Service: The main thing is the service, which is very good. The spa is also okay, just steaming and room temperature swimming pool🏊. The rating on Google is also higher than others, but it is not as big as I expected, the room is standard, and the price is a bit high.

Проживали в отеле 3 ночи, сначала дали стандартный номер. Это конечно ужас - номер был очень старый и явно требует срочного ремонта. Абсолютно не соответствует картинкам в бронировании. Чайника нет, сейф платный, убогий телевизор, сам номер довольно маленький, всё обшарпано, грязно и неприятно. Совсем не то что ожидаешь за 300 евро в сутки. После возмущений и нервов нам дали номер категории выше, с видом на море. Он гораздо больше похож на то что мы видели на картинках, хотя тоже довольно старый. Звукоизоляция окон очень плохая и каждый день до полуночи приходилось слушать громкие уличные концерты. В целом отель больше напоминает дом пенсионеров - одни только бабушки и дедушки, не понятно только откуда у них столько денег. Безусловное преимущество отеля однако это изумительная терасса на крыше с тёплым бассейном. Лежаков всегда хватает на всех, дают полотенце. При желании можно сбегать искупаться в море внизу, на небольшом каменистом пляже. Завтраки очень неплохие, обильные и вкусные, кроме прочего есть свежевыжатые соки. Ужин тоже оказался достойным, хоть и без напитков. Расположение лучше не придумаешь - прямо на пешеходной улице, на 1й линии. Как итог могу сказать, что отель более-менее ”ок”, но если вы планируете тут проживать - избегайте номеров ”стандарт”, они недостойны этих денег и сильно хуже всех остальных. Важно отметить что отель в целом довольно стар, думаю его лучшее время прошло около 20 лет назад.

Wonderful hotel, located in the very center! Checked in early, very interesting modern design in the room, view from the window to the neighboring amazing building - when the sun rose and illuminated everything - a view of peace! Very comfortable mattress, everything is great! Shopping pedestrian streets are a few steps away, as well as other attractions. Will definitely come back here again!

Beautiful hotel with large rooms, furnished in a very refined way. Very nice staff. Central location just a few steps from all the comforts. I had a way to try breakfast ( with choice from the menu) and I confirm that it is of excellent quality. It is very advisable.

Amazing guaranteed sea views from modern and extremely clean apartment. Breakfast amazing. Lovely quiet location in La Paz, 15 mins up hill from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Bus stop very close for airports
