Wonderful stay! Not far from the city center, the pools are nice and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast was so good and they even have live musician playing for dinner. Amazing, would definitely recommend to others!
Bus station is just ten minutes away from the hotel. Very easy to get here from Agios Nikolaos station. The bus costs only 7.8€ from Héraklion city.

It was our first time in this hotel. Everything was perfect. They welcomed us with the best way. All the staff are very kind. We had a very nice room with a pool that was cleaned every day. The food was very tasty and you had the possibility for a different meal every day. We also visited the spa and the girls in the desk Lena and Katerina were very helpful. We choose the Kind and Queen where Christos and Chris's gave it to us where we can say that it was the bast massage we have ever had. I also visited the hair salon and Renia she is very good and very kind. It was great. We will definitely come back!!!

What a great place to stay. This hotel was just what we were looking for beautiful location. Fantastic personal service. The staff at this hotel are first class - friendly, flexible, helpful. Extremely clean and nicely maintained rooms. Excellent fresh food! Great pool and pool area, with a great view! We had a massage from Cristos and Chrisa that it was amazing. It makes a brilliant base to explore the island and is an oasis of calm.

The hotel location is okay, a little busy with evening street noise. The ”suite” is a room with an open plan bathroom design (shower and sinks are in the room, which is quite odd). The bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was fair, nothing special.

This was my maiden visit to Little Russia. And Hibis, Morjim was recommendation of a close confidant on account of it's locality and peaceful greenery around. Received a warm welcome on arrival. Room was spacious with plenty of natural light. Lovely food in the Restaurant (elaborate breakfast, Rava fish during dinner). And my kid loved splashing in the pool. The serene beach was right across the road which allowed my my desire for peace. Also was the confluence of Chapora river with the sea. Spl thanks to ”Tanya” my kid is your fan. Были в Гоа впервые, выбирали отель только отзывам. Честно, это превзошло все наши ожидания! Близость к морю, шикарный балкон выходящий на пальмы. Персонал великолепный, девочки всегда приветливые, улыбаются, помогают с любыми вопросами. Каждый день предлагают уборку. Завтрак входит в стоимость, - омлет, два тоста, масло, джем, кофе/чай. Это прекрасно)) дали воспользоваться кухней, когда мы купили на рынке крабов)) помогали выучить несколько слов на хинди) Хозяин отеля тоже очень приятный мужчина, видно, что человек добрый и отзывчивый. Сам номер чистый, никаких ужасов, которыми нас пугали в Индии, мы не увидили. На балкон каждый вечер приходила Маленькая ящерица, но она не выглядела пугающей, наоборот, создавала уют)) с балкона слышно шум моря и пальм, слышно чириканье птиц. Вода, электричество, кондиционер, всё работало бесперерывно. Телевизор мы не включали. В следующий раз мы обязательно останемся в Тридиве, с нетерпением ждем встречи!SOLD OUT

This review is not for Artisan. They have another property called Aloha. This review is for that one. Artisan is better than Aloha I believe though we didn't stay there. But if you guys are going for Aloha, then not recommended. Check before you pay them. We booked 3 rooms with double-beds for 2 nights. Some points listed below to be highlighted. 1. They charged us 6500 per rooms. But the rooms were very small compared to what they showed in photos. 2. They promised us wifi, but the signal was too weak. Not good for WFH. They should improve the speed of the wifi. 3. No power backup in the property. 4. The 1st floor rooms literally trembles when someone walks on the balcony. 5. Beds were not good. If someone sits on one side of the bed, the other side lifts up. Bed and pillow quality they should improve. 6. Commode sitting area was broken which they were aware of but didn't fix it before we came. After I told them, they fixed it. Not a good gesture of hospitality. 7. There was no wardrobe to keep your belongings which is basic in a room. It's a hotel, not a shack. 8. The AC used to automatically turn off in such a hot weather and despite turning it on, it wouldn't cool down the room temperature. 9. The owner, Anup Pandhare, and the assistant Lipi, despite multiple calls and requests to visit the property didn't come. They took the entire amount while booking, whereas in other properties people used to take half amount for confirmation. 10. They asked us to visit artisan restaurant (which they only own and informed us that we will get discount there) for authentic Goanese cuisine. We went there but were charged wrongly. It was mentioned in the menu that seafood prices may vary based on the time of the year but they charged us wrongly, almost more than double for chicken even! After confronting, however, they reduced the price. Luckily, we checked the bill before paying, hence, we saw the falsely added amounts. 11. For mineral water bottle, they put double charges than MRP in the bill. However after requesting, they reduced a bit. Also, beverages charges are bit high. 12. Water speed is very less at tap and jet spray both. 13. Less staff, delayed service. Highly not recommended. You will find so many better places than this one to stay at Morjim at same price or less.SOLD OUT

There are few recent reviews, so I want to write. A good cozy hotel. As far as Indians can keep clean, they keep it that way, they constantly sweep, rub something, wipe, well done. Cleaning every day, the staff is polite, until the very night I saw that they brought drinks and even food to the rooms. Breakfasts are quite acceptable, you will not go hungry, there is a variety to choose from. We were the only Russians, but this does not bother us at all. We have something to compare with, we have been to many places - for Asia, especially for India - the hotel is wonderful.FromAU$90
