This time, the stay experience at JW Marriott Jeju Island was perfect. I will come again next time.
The hotel is a Korean-style building with a unique design style. It is located in the secluded city of Seogwipo. The scenery is invincible. The whole person seems to be moved by the slow and soft environment. It is a good place to relax on vacation.
The catering is also invincible. It is said that catering is the main feature of this hotel. It is recommended to experience the brunch buffet of this hotel. Basically, it may be the best ingredients in Jeju Island. The seafood and meat are very fresh and delicious. Flying hog restaurant or Korean cuisine is also great.
There is no obstacle in the whole stay experience. You can see Chinese service in any place. If not, you can WeChat Didi hotel Chinese staff, which is very convenient! Special praise and thanks to Karl for his positive service attitude during this period, as well as the high-quality and professional introduction of the hotel and Jeju Island. Not only did it make my stay experience perfect, but it also allowed me to experience the local culture and characteristics of the entire Jeju Island trip.
Overall, JW Marriott Jeju Island is very worthwhile. The hotel's hardware, geographical location, catering, and staff quality and service are all very good, which is very suitable for vacation and relaxation. Basically, the English level of Koreans here is the highest in Jeju Island, haha

This stay was an unforgettable experience! The hotel is located on a cliff with a beautiful environment and excellent views, overlooking the unbeatable sea view. Whether it is the sparkling sunlight on the sea in the morning or the sunset in the evening, the scenery here is beautiful.
The hotel's catering is also quite outstanding, especially the brunch and seafood buffet, the dishes are fresh and diverse, and the quality is excellent.
The hardware conditions are impeccable, and the design is carefully designed and the pursuit of quality is reflected everywhere. At the same time, the service of the hotel staff is even more touching. All employees are very patient and warm, always smiling, and provide guests with thoughtful and meticulous service. Special thanks to Karl from the Guest Relations Department, who properly arranged all matters during our stay, responded quickly to our various needs and properly resolved them. His professionalism and enthusiasm made us feel at home.
In short, this is a first-class hotel in terms of environment, catering and service. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future!

There are numerous resort hotels on Jeju Island. Compared with traditional seaside resort hotels, the Porto Hotel (also known as the Grape Hotel) to be introduced here is quite unfamiliar, isn't it? The hotel was designed by the famous Korean-Japanese architect Jun Itami.
The hotel is located in the central mountainous area of Jeju Island, at the southwestern foot of Halla Mountain, and has a good geographical location. The designer designed the building shaped like grapes with a unique aesthetic vision, giving full play to the traditional Korean aesthetic space. The decoration inside the hotel is very high-end, with hard volcanic rock flooring, boldly using large blocks of contrasting colors such as red, cyan, and black, and uniquely designed installation sculptures.
The hotel is close to many popular tourist attractions, including Camellia Forest, Porto Museum, and Bentai Museum. The hotel has only 26 rooms divided into Korean and Western luxury suites. Each room has a unique view, only to provide the best and considerate service for you. Each room in the hotel provides natural hot springs and floor heating, so you can experience the top feeling even in the cold winter;
The hotel's fried shrimp udon noodles are very famous.

Great hotel, Japanese design, quiet location in a busy city, very convenient to the southwest line attractions; the room balcony leads directly to the lawn, the scenery is so healing. Breakfast and dinner are also delicious, especially the sashimi for dinner is very fresh. I will choose this hotel again when I go to Jeju Island in the future.

📍I was able to feel the luxury of a 7-star resort located in Jungmun, Jeju.
📍There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, and I was able to swim in the hot water pool with my child even in March. The sauna facilities are also good, so it's nice to wash up in the sauna and then go up to the room.
📍It was nice to take a walk while watching the garden and Il Campo Square laser show.
📍The coffee machine in the room is Nespresso Vertuo. You can drink 4 capsules as much as you like for free. There is also a decaffeinated capsule.
📍The sauna and rooms are all equipped with Dyson. It was nice to be able to use different heads of the dryer other than the Dyson Airwrap.
📍The bedding was really soft and I felt like I was sleeping in a comfortable hug.
📍It was great to have a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning air on the terrace. You can see a glimpse of the sea in the distance, and the open scenery is so beautiful.

This is a photo restaurant. The pictures come out well. I got a few photos for SNS lol.
The interior is clean and luxurious, including the lobby, rooms, and swimming pool bathroom.
At check-in, the handsome(?) staff member kindly upgraded me to an ocean view room!!
In general, the staff are friendly.
The room I was assigned to had blue marble tiles, and my mom fell in love with it. They say the tiles are really pretty...lol.
I heard that even the cute grass and trees in the garden are beautiful~... You took a lot of pictures haha.
The indoor pool is studded with LEDs like stars, and the outdoor pool is even more spectacular.
I came to Jeju Island. Did I come to a Greek temple or an Italian one?
I wonder if a staycation is truly unique!
There are plenty of spaces for electric vehicles in the parking lot, so feel free to use them!

The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the casino in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the Casino right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.From$74

Shinhwa Theme Park Big3 Ticket: It's not so sunny at night, but there are not many attractions at night! You can play all the attractions here in half a day!
Shinhwa Water Park Free Ticket: Super invincible! Everyone who comes to Jeju Island must come here to play. Children love it too much and there are not many people!
Hygiene: The room is large and comfortable! But the worst thing is that you have to wait for check-in for a long time and the whole lobby is full of people!
Service: The service is still a bit behind and slow
Facilities: There are many restaurants in the park, so you don't have to eat out at all!
Shopping: In addition to convenience stores, the hotel's shopping mall has high-end brands!
Car: You must call a car. It's not convenient to get here! Call a car and you can also play the chocolate factory, orange park, and teddy park next door when you leave! They are all worth going to!From$112

It offers much convenience if you are traveling with a kid of 7 years. The resort has plenty of options for dining, shopping and a convenience store in the site and theme park theme park access was a huge plus for my kid to hang out in the morning of check out. We want to come back in the summer time for the their water park.From$102

Great location at the south west corner of the island. Friendly check-in staff. Hotel staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Garden view means car park view btw. Had a surprise encounter with a big spider in the bathroom but hotel staff came to help. I told him not to harm spider but to catch and release it outside. However my limited Korean didn’t get through and the staff killed it with a hotel towel 😩. Generally a great stay. Will return.From$107

The hotel location, facilities, and outdoor landscaping are fantastic. The breakfast buffet was high quality (with a high price to match); The rooms are comfortable though nothing to rave about.
Two areas for improvement: 1. The hotel service is not catered towards foreigners; The front desk and kids island staff, as well as information pamphlet are limited mainly to Korea. The check in counter knew I had two young children with me, but did not mention that we had to pre-book / reserve activities with the kids island. By the time I found out, everything was full and my children could not participate in anything.
2. The hotel pool has a safety policy where children under 1.3M need an adult to accompany them, and if under 1.2M need to wear a life vest. This doesn't make sense for parents (to accompany them) or children who can already swim.From$164

Hotel Bridge Seogwipo was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. While the breakfast buffet could be improved, overall, it was a great choice for our Jeju trip.From$31

Medium priced hotel in a great location with a good view of the mountain. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to some key locations. Although the breakfast was good value for money, I felt it was a bit lacking. And a few times, the cleaners forgot to refill the towels and water. Otherwise, a mostly positive experience.From$31

Great location, the room was small two beds but very comfortable! Tiny bathroom and no towels lucky my wife packed our own. The bidet was nice! Was hoping to have an ocean view. We had a city view. The pool was closed and was not able to use the gym unless we payed to get a massage service. 75000 won starting. The breakfast is 15000 won a piece but has a nice spread. But if you are looking to spend your time outside the hotel there is a market close by that has very good street food.From$23

Nice hotel in a great location. Room was big and clean, nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. View from our room wasn’t a feature - for our room type it was random what you got as a view, I would recommend the hotel charges slightly more for ocean view rooms so customers can pick that. Unfortunately the pool was closed for scheduled cleaning on our one full day there, so recommend contacting hotel or scouring the fine print for pool closed dates. We did use the pool the afternoon we arrived and it was very nice.From$39

This is so great and well recommended to stay specially if you want to go around Seogwipo City.
I saw this hotel through YT vlog, he stayed here when he visited Jeju specifically Hallasan and it is well described😄 the hotel is walking distance from the Seogwipo intercity bus stops, there's a bus stop also at the back side of the hotel. The room is spacious, clean and most importantly the pillows and blankets smelled fresh. For the first time I slept deep and peacefully in a hotel. It's highly recommended, thanks for the guy from YT vlog😊😄From$21

Its a budget hotel so its important to set your expectations right. Facilities and carpets are old, they only offer occasional room clean up, otherwise clean sets of towels and water will be dropped at your door every other day. Towels are old and sometimes smell. The toilet glass might not be well blurred so if you need privacy with your roommate do keep that in mind. Otherwise, staff are kind and helpful, speaks fluent English and there is a convenience store just at the lobby. They have also recently adopted a cute dog that was abandoned by previous owner so they are all kind hearted people. The view is great if you choose the ocean view as you can see the Seongsan Sunrise Peak Park directly from your balcony. There are numerous great food choices in the area but it could be inconvenient when it rains so plan wisely! Thank you hotel staff for the hospitality!From$32

We choose the ondol setting and we loved it. The mattress is quite thin and thinner than other Korean mattresses we slept on. The bathroom is not so clean there was still some hair. The hotel is very quiet and there is a CU grocery store in the hotel. I would consider coming back for being quiet.From$28

The hotel has a really great location and stunning views, which immediately evokes positive emotions. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, it turned out to be in a rather ”killed” condition, with many inconveniences. For example, there are only two sockets, and those are located in inconvenient places. On the photos the yellow color looked beautiful, but in reality it turned out to be depressing. In addition, the walls were dirty and clearly in need of repair. Walking down the hallway, I noticed that the rooms on our side, where the yellow walls were, looked worse than the others. It looks like the hotel is slowly being renovated and the other rooms have already been cleaned up. Don't rely entirely on my review as the hotel is probably improving the condition of the rooms. Hopefully things will have changed for the better by the time you check in, as the view from the window is truly divine.From$31
