We booked a suite with Baymont when we made our reservations. We did not receive a suite. Upon our arrival we asked if they had new construction going on. The lady at the desk informed us that they had renovations on going. The lady at the front desk was not very helpful and seem very curt and wanting to disengage with us. We received our room key and went to the room using the elevator which had construction going on at the entrance to the elevator. We proceeded to room 225 and were very surprised to note that the striker plate on the door frame was not there. The door latch would just be in the hole where the striker plate should be installed, and the door was not secure. The room was not completely furnished. A table and chairs were missing. We were very disappointed and will not stay there again. I am curious why would the lady at the front desk put us in a room under construction and /or not completed yet? I believe you have a serious problem with staff and their people skills. Thank You !!! Our booking number is ***********, our confirmation number is *************.

Arriving to the hotel will also be very convenient as we are right off of Hwy 70 and the Hwy 191.We have many outstanding restaurants within walking distance or a few minutes drive. The great ones will be listed on our directories or you can ask our front desk team who are ambassadors of the great town of Safford and will be happy to help you with any questions about the area.Safford is located right underneath beautiful Mt. Graham which is one of our breathtaking attractions and can be viewed in all its glory almost from everywhere in town. It also features many lovely hiking trails, wonderful creeks, waterfalls and Riggs Lake where you can do some great fishing. Mt. Graham also offers one of the biggest observatories in the world which can be visited.Our entire hotel is newly renovated everything from the front desk, lobby, breakfast area, hallways, meeting room and of course our very comfortable and accommodating rooms and suites.
