We were truly impressed by the hospitality andf attention to detail. They made our stay extra special and I can honestly say that we would go back to it. This beautiful resort has its own private beach and it's absolutely breathtaking. The food could dfo with variety but the breakfast was delicious. We travel a lot and this is definitely one of our favourite places of all times. The staff was absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary and they surely pull out all stops. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Make sure to go for the snorkeling...the guide is great and very professional and fun. It is a hotel that is worth staying with a family. The room is large, spacious, clean and has family facilities and arranged in an orderly manner. The hotel is beautiful in every corner. Every corner can take beautiful photos. Excellent service. There is an interesting background story. The breakfast is delicious and very high quality. After posting, there are only people who ask and want to come. I want to maintain this quality forever.

Located at the southernmost tip of Phu Quoc Island, you will need to spend a lot of time to explore other destinations. I think it would be okay if you only travel to the southern part of Phu Quoc Island. Because the resort is large, having to wait to get on the buggy was a bit inconvenient. (It is an unavoidable part.) My child hurt his leg because the entrance to the swimming pool included in the villa was not clearly visible. It would be nice if something could be done to ensure that the stairs are clearly distinguished. The beach and sunset view from the pool was very nice.

Villa is large and clean, with a pretty big swimming pool that can actually swim. Services are good, providing an app to communicate with the staff and able to book services through it, like book buggy or in villa BBQ etc. But most of the staff need to improve their English speaking abilities, i guess only 1/3 of the staff can actually communicate with English. Other than that, it’s a very good villa.

We had a family vacation in a three-bedroom villa. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower. They clean every day. We liked everything, the location is great. I recommend it👍🏻. We will definitely stay in villas of this type from now on.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights during Christmas, and our experience at this family-friendly resort was disappointing. There were not enough beach chairs by the beach and pool—only about 40 available. In such a large resort, it's surprising to encounter this issue. Many guests occupied the chairs early in the morning and then left, indicating poor communication and management. Additionally, there was a chronic shortage of towels by the pool, and the staff by the beach and pool failed to coordinate effectively. We were told to sit on the ground while chairs that had been reserved for over five hours remained unoccupied, which was very disappointing. There were only 1 or 2 staff members responsible for the beach and lifeguarding, and the kayak rental service was disorganized due to insufficient staffing and lack of proper arrangements. Overall, this 5-star family resort did not meet our expectations, and we will not choose to stay here again.

Crowded breakfast buffet during CNY and it’s annoying with flies flying around the food all the time. There were only a few SUP boards and sometimes I had to wait for one. Some bikes were in bad conditions like flat tires or rusted wheels. Extremely limited choices for in room dining! Staff were generally helpful except one guy in the reception to whom I asked for the key to to the arrival and departure Lounge but he gave me an invalid one!

Great, great, great, great! I decided to come to Vietnam at the last minute, and Ctrip happened to have a hotel package, so I chose this one blindly. The hotel contacted me to arrange a pick-up at the airport. I arrived at the end of the alley at night. I couldn't see clearly at night, but it felt very quiet. It was great in the morning! French architecture, small and elegant, not many rooms, but the public areas are very attentive! There are lush greenery all the way to the beach. The sea in Phu Quoc Island is clean and comfortable, with few people and quiet. The hotel's restaurant is so beautiful, with French architecture and French interiors, and the breakfast is exquisite and delicious. It can't be praised enough. I forgot to take pictures of the room. The main color is yellow, the decoration is purple, the French balcony, the bed curtains around the bed, and the wooden shutters. I really like it so much😘! Super recommended! Phu Quoc Island is also a relaxing, comfortable and cost-effective travel destination!
