Pros: The room was beautiful, modern and very well appointed . Housekeeping was seamless . Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and had something for everyone . Staff at breakfast were accommodating and provided excellent service . The Cigar Club was outstanding . Ambiance , service and drinks were unique and very enjoyable . Lobby was very beautiful in an old school kind of way. Lovely hotel. Cons: front desk staff needs better training . Upon arrival we sat there for about 10 minutes being simply ignored by two front desk staff members who were helping someone . I understand perfectly they were busy but least a greeting would have been nice , or one of the two staffers attending to us while the other one helped the other guest . Once they helped us, they were polite, but not overly welcoming . Through the fine resorts and hotels programs we didn’t get the automatic upgrade or the welcome amenity that we should have received . Upon check out we had to call someone because the two front desk staff members available were in the back room chatting and laughing loudly but no one attending to the front desk. Towels, please replace them or at least bleach them . They all had seen better days. The smaller towels were in better shape and you could see the contrast with the large older looking towels . These details matter a lot at a hotel like this. Overall it was a nice stay but at times didn’t seem to match other stays at other Ritz Carlton properties we’ve stayed at in terms of attention to detail or level of service provided by the front desk.
I had two nights reserved starting June 23. The sole front desk staff was very personable. However l, was not acknowledged as a titanium member and any possible welcome amenities were not explained. I was not informed the first floor bar/lounge was being renovated. I was not advised that afternoon tea service was being offered on the day I arrived, which I would have loved to attend had I known about it. On Monday morning 6/24, the barista/server attempted to tell me kitchen wouldn’t serve me breakfast at 10:35 am when I was seated at the bar. When I mentioned the entrance sign indicated breakfast was available until 11:00, the young woman had to walked over to read it, as if she wasn’t aware of the hours or didn’t believe me or both. The same barista never once came to check on me, ask if I needed anything or even so much as looked in my direction after my meal was brought out. Finally, my interactions w the hotel via the Marriott app chat service were unhelpful. I was told that upgrades cannot be confirmed until I checked in. However, my upgrade was most definitely confirmed the last time I had a reservation with this hotel just last week. When I inquired about rates, I was directed to contact reservations. In my 20 years as being a Marriott customer, I have never had front desk staff NOT be able to answer a simple question regarding rate. I must add that housekeeping , front desk and valet staff were outstanding-Friendly and professional throughout my short stay. My executive suite was very nice, Perhaps slightly dated but impeccably clean. Overall, I felt that I was treated below the standards expected of a Ritz Carlton property. I am a business owner, so my benefits and membership are hard earned. I understand things at the RC may be done differently from other Marriott properties. However, what I I do expect is a certain level of service, which I did not receive during this visit.

If a trip with kids is your reason for visiting St. Louis, you could do no better than to stay at the Four Seasons! In-room dining exists and here, it is fast , friendly, tasty and fun! The concierge, Tricia, is hugely helpful with options and opportunities ! And the rooftop pool makes the kids feel so welcomed! The waitstaff even found a way to bring two joyful 5 and 3 year olds watermelon—which was not on the menu! Combining the over-the-top views of the river, the railroad, and the Silver Rainbow (The Arch) with the personalized service the Four Seasons is famous for will always make it our number one choice!

Not a great Four Seasons experience. We have stayed at many Four Seasons around the world, and the St. Louis Four Seasons was not up the usual standards. Our room overlooked an industrial park and a ”hotel” that had mattresses on the balconies. The lobby had flooding or a leak that was covered with towels for more than a day. The restaurant/bar attracted a large crowd that left debris and cigarette butts on furniture that remained there overnight and into the morning hours. The complimentary coffee was cleaned up at 8 a.m. on weekends, and one day, they never put out milk or cream. Each day of our stay we had to leave the hotel to get a cup of coffee with cream. This is more of a mid-range hotel experience and not worthy of the rate we paid.

We stayed here over the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel and grounds are phenomenal. I highly suggest paying the couple dollars extra for valet parking- saves TONS of walking and time! The valet staff were very professional and accommodating. Upon arrival, (it was very late at night) we arrived and pulled up to the hotel- valet immediately came out and offered to assist; I asked for general hotel parking and was kindly directed toward the area- upon arrival to that area (not really close to the entrance- general parking lot is like $35/day)- we chose to return to front door valet for $40.... Parking is overall expensive. But, we were assisted in unloading our car and immediately taken to our reserved room. Hotel is very impressive, the lobby is beautiful- and the property is rich with history (former actual station); the room was nice, very clean, and quiet- despite the multiple wedding events occurring over the weekend. There are many restaurant and food service/delivery options available. The staff was the BEST! The grounds included hourly light shows over pier/Koi fish pond; Landry Seafood onsite, along with- Ferris wheel (my kids loved), putt-putt golf, small slide/park area... It was really a great experience to stay here. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has multiple on-site entertainment options (along with an aquarium)- minutes SAFE walk to multiple major attractions. Bed was incredibly comfortable. We stayed long enough to need extra towels- I notified/requested the front desk for additional, and they were delivered to our room within 10 minutes. Upon arrival, we were unable to locate the TV remote- called the front desk and was immediately delivered a new remote for the TV. We did not have any major issues, but even our minor needs were met with utmost speed. I highly recommend this hotel for family and couples.

With this hotel being part of the Curio Collection, we were greatly disappointed in the overall condition of the property. It is very shop worn and in desperate need of some serious TLC. We saw missing mosaic tiles on the floors, torn carpeting, damaged walls, broken trim and a host of others issues. The sofa in our room (3024) was dirty with torn covering on the cushions. We had to turn one of the cushions over so we could use the ”better” side. One of the bedside lamps needed repair (it was fixed), while the cold water stem for the bathroom sink leaked (not repaired). Housekeeping needs to be better. We arrived on a Monday and the hallway to our room had candy wrappers on the floor that were not cleaned up until Wednesday when we left. The room next to us had used glasses set by the door that were not picked up for two days. Regarding being recognized as a Hilton Honors member, we were supposed to receive bottled water. Nope, not at all, nor did anyone else checking in. If the bottled water was supposed to be in the room, nada. Signage needs to be improved. As first time guests, we had difficulty determining the location of the hotel's parking, even though it was next to the property. With multiple entrances, none pointed to the actual location of the registration desk. Inside, it was hard to find an elevator. There was a hotel map just outside of the registration desk. We were informed by an employee that the map was inaccurate because it was prior to the 2015 remodel--SEVEN YEARS later and the sign hasn't been changed???? Overall, we liked where the hotel was located and may consider returning to St. Louis. But for this being a premier property, we will definitely consider putting our premium dollars elsewhere.

I feel very good, and the service is also very good. The staff are very friendly and will help you when you need any help. You can also take care of small pets at the front desk. I especially like their bar on the first floor. It is very comfortable to sit on the side of the street at night and watch the street view outside.

Not bad, there are kitchen utensils, I bought eggs and noodles, and cooked for myself! The worst thing is the breakfast, it's really bad! It was withdrawn at 10 o'clock. Overall OK

Let's start with the good. The rooms are amazingly comfortable. Mind you, it helps that I reserved a Stadium View king and was upgrade to an Executive Studio Suite. Extremely comfortable, very clean, and wonderfully furnished. It is exactly what I would expect from this level of hotel. It is also perfectly located if you're attending a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium. You walk out the front door, walk across Clark Ave which is shut down for games, and you are at the stadium. It is the reason I choose this hotel as I was attending a game. It is also basically in Ballpark Village. And now, the frustrating parts. Parking is horrible. First off, there is nothing on the website that I can find that tells you where to self-park or off what street to enter. I had the misfortune of trying to figure it out in between a double-header, where streets are blocked off and crazy people are running amuck in cars as well as running across the streets. I finally called the hotel and a kind gentleman talked me down to where I needed to be. By the way, the second level elevator, the only elevator that takes you near (not to) the hotel, the down button to call the elevator doesn't function. You have to hit the up button to have the elevator to arrive, then go up so you can do down to ground level. The elevator dumps you outside and you then walk past valet parking to get to the front door. Check in starts at 4:00pm and I arrive at 4:10pm. There is only one person at the desk, and she is dealing with a difficult customer. She was actually providing great customer service, but it was taking a lot of time and the line behind me was building. During this time, multiple employees walked by and behind the desk but offered no help or even made eye contact. Finally, after about 15 minutes, someone showed up to help. One thing to note, to use the elevator to go to your floor (mine was the 8th floor) you have to scan your room key card for it to allow you to push the floor button. That was not mentioned to me when I checked in and I could not figure out why I could not get to the 8th floor until a nice couple told me. Funny thing is, about 20 minutes later I got to tell another couple the same thing as no one told them either. You would think that should be automatic when checking someone in. Finally, the next morning I wanted to leave early, by 7 at the latest, so decided to do room service. They claim 24-hour room service available. However, you cannot order breakfast to be delivered to your room until 7 at the earliest. Prior to that, you can only order ”late Night Snacks”, which consists of things like Doritos. I just gave up, checked out, and had breakfast elsewhere on the road. There were other things as well. Overall, not a horrible experience. Just too many frustrating points which should not be the case for the cost of a night stays

My husband and I stayed here for a night and absolutely loved this hotel! The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable! We chose Park and Stay Rate (only added $10 to our total) and self parking was a breeze! The parking garage is basically connected to the hotel. They also have a really nice bar area to hang out. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to St. Louis to go to a Cardinals game. It’s also just a few steps to Busch Stadium. This hotel was so convenient and easy!

Stayed 1nt in a queen room #1001 on 10th floor with a coffee maker, individual controlled air con & also a ceiling fan in Aug & was very cool to sleep. Bathroom had a shower/tub combo with sliding doors. On the same floor is a pool table room & a reading room with tons of books, recliners, a piano & sheet music! On the 8th floor with the ice machine, snack vending machine & drink vending machine, there is also a microwave! The rooms don’t have one but you can go here to heat up your leftovers👍 Free shuttle to/from cardinals game; first departure 1 hr before game. Parking garage is $18 & is in & out. Bring ticket in for reception to validate. & it is Almost attached…just across a one way tiny street from the back entrance..didn’t see an elevator so park on 2nd level if possible(1st floor for “members”) We walked to & from cardinals game & it was quick, easy & safe. We would stay here again if the price was still much better than the other hotels in the area. Also: they have a water bottle refilling station in the lobby (sort of hidden across from check in by the coat check room)
The people we interacted with were all lovely, friendly, pleasant. The shuttle to the Enterprise Centre was a bonus. The public spaces on the main floor were delightful. Antiques, sculpture including one by Rodin, artwork and a wonderful ambiance. That unfortunately did not carry over to our room. The room itself was not overly large, but fine. The bed was comfy, furnishings very nice, but. There was no finial on one lamp. There are (understandably), no fridges or microwaves. The light and fan, were a little tricky to operate, but worked. Lots of coffee, which neither of us drink. There was nowhere to put anything in the bathroom / a single glass shelf was all there was. Towels were plentiful and toiletries too, nice toiletries I may add. But. Like an old dowager, which she is, she needs constant maintenance to look good and that seemed to be the issue. Peeling paint, cracked plaster, painted tile in the shower which was peeling, chipped paint on the door frame and door. I was going to give it a 3, but this morning while taking a shower, we discovered that the stopper in the tub wouldn’t stay open and the water would not turn off. Even when we turned off the water, the shower kept running! Bizarre. I wedged the stopper open with a cake of soap, but still ended up with an almost full tub! Outside our window were two giant a/c units so no view and a lot of noise. We felt as if we were being treated as country bumpkins and were given a subpar room, because we didn’t know the difference! We did and do and we’re not particularly impressed.

My husband and I spent the night here before a very early (5:30 am) flight the following morning. We are so glad that we did as we received a light coating of ice that night which would have made the trip from our house very treacherous. We found the room to be clean and spacious. Even though it was only a mile from the airport, it was very quiet. My grandson came in with me and the front desk offered him a candy bar which made him happy. I also swam in the heated pool which was at very comfortable temperature. The free shuttle runs 24 hours a day and we were able to get on the 4 am shuttle. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Overall, a wonderful experience at the Last Hotel. Cons: inconsistent staff kindness/helpfulness. Like so many places right now, they seem to be understaffed and some employees handle that load better than others. We experienced quite an outburst from one valet employee but noted that most are trying to be as helpful as possible with what they have. There also were only a handful of rooms ready by check-in, but they let us use their pool in the meantime. Pros: Awesome pool - great view. Our room??? Stunning! We felt spoiled and slept like babies. Truly beautiful renovations, great craftsmanship and fun personality. Hotel felt safe even in the midst of a louder part of town with a rough nightlife. Tip: it’s expensive but pay for valet. They were prompt in their service, the gated lots nearby don’t have in and out privileges, and you’ll want to keep your car off the street overnight.

It rained on the day we went, the rain stopped and there was a rainbow near the arch. It can be seen in the hotel room. The accommodation is good and the service is also very good. There are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and side doors within 200 meters. Arches and the old court, you can take the subway in ten minutes, it is the subway, don't follow the Google map on the road lost ~ strongly recommend the sushi love on the main road, there is a 20-knife buffet, very good and delicious, right, Please bring your own slippers and toothbrush toothpaste. Many foreign hotels do not provide ~

If this hotel is representative of what Marriott is doing with Westin's, the Westin brand is deteriorating. Plastic cups in the rooms like a Best Western. Quattro restaurant is poor; asked for glasses for wine and one glass was very dirty. Quattro delivered our dinner to the wrong room; when we got the dinner it was not what we ordered. Thermostat in room was 'dead'; if not fixed management would make us move everything to a different room at 8:30 pm. Maintenance found that when the filters were changed the thermostat was not turned on! And the guest had to discover the thermostat was not working. Westin still has comfortable beds. Fortunately the valet and front desk people were good--although the staffing is very thin until 7am when the nightshift ends! Do not recommend and will avoid Westins in the future.

Stayed here for one night recently while in town for a marching band competition. The location is very convenient for getting to The Dome at America's Center and very convenient to get back on the expressway to head back to Illinois so the location is a plus. There is nothing particularly ”bad” about the hotel but it just is in need of updating. The rooms are very dated from the carpet to the doors to the furniture. The popcorn ceilings are the biggest indicator that things have not been updated in a long time. Beds are old and noisy. Hilton would be wise to start doing a hard goods refurbishment in each room and bring in fresh carpet, paint, furniture, and countertops. Having said that, the on-site parking was inexpensive and convenient and the breakfast area in the lower level of the hotel was the largest seating area I've seen at a Hilton property so that was nice. Update the rooms and this Hampton could be quite a gem.

Although this is an older building, it has been kept clean. The main lobby has a beautiful chandelier and stone pillars. Staff was very friendly. GG especially was helpful. She contacted the Drury Inn next to the arch for us to park in their garage while visiting the arch so we didn't have to walk with our 6 and 3 year olds. Our room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable for us. We we're on the 5th floor. Our room had 2 exit doors. One went to the pool, hot tub, and food service area. The other went to the hallway. All of the elevators were in good service while we were there. My family and I stayed here on a Wednesday night which was nice because it wasn't very crowded. The breakfast food was delicious, and there was a wide variety of things to choose from, even fountain pop. We parked on the 4th floor of the parking garage. We loved that our truck was secure being downtown. It is $12 per night to park there. The only bad thing I can say is that the parking garage was a bit stressful for us as it had tight turns and felt small. When trying to maneuver the exit out we actually hit the curb and the garage door closed on the tailgate of our truck causing some damage. We were driving a full size crew cab truck. I do recommend driving a smaller vehicle if you plan to park in the garage. There was a small parking lot across from the hotel, but it did not have a fence around it or anything.

I stayed here for a couple of nights and thoroughly enjoyed both the hotel and the city. The food was fantastic, and the service exceeded my expectations. I also took a helicopter ride around the area, which was an unforgettable experience! The front desk team was exceptional—quick and efficient. A huge shoutout to Moe and Phil, who went above and beyond by recommending some great spots to visit and eat. I arrived by Uber this time, but next time I’ll definitely take advantage of their valet service. Highly recommended!
