We came as a group and some stay at the hotel. Rosewood Residence is more peaceful, and the hotel thoughtfully put the guests with young children in one dining room which is easier for other guests who prefers a more quiet atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully done . For spa, we have to go to the hotel and it was very very nice. We’ll come back to Rosewood Residence.

The hair dryer is very poor and heavy. Girls with long hair have to hold it to dry their entire hair and their hands are tired. Other services and environment are very good. It is suitable for weekend rest. I will go there again if I have the chance! I hope to change the hair dryer next time🫣

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant, but there are areas that require improvement. Positives: 1. Exceptional Staff: Ivan is truly outstanding. My wife faced some medical issues during our stay, and Ivan went above and beyond, providing exceptional care and support, which greatly enhanced our experience. 2. Spacious Room: The room was large, clean, and featured a beautiful bathroom and dedicated office space. The view was fantastic, overlooking the cityscape. 3. Prime Location: The hotel is centrally located, offering easy access to major attractions and stunning views of Guangzhou’s skyline. Areas for Improvement: 1. Housekeeping: We stayed for two nights, but housekeeping only serviced our room once, which was disappointing. 2. Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was fine, the area was overcrowded, and the atmosphere felt less upscale compared to more prestigious hotels. 3. Pool Facilities: The pool is quite small and was crowded with children, making it noisy and not relaxing. Additionally, the requirement to wear swim caps and the chaotic atmosphere detracted from the experience. In summary, while the hotel has many positives, addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Fantastic one night stay at the Rosewood. Service is amazing and everything felt luxurious. The room was nice with a view of the city (not the river or Canton tower view which I would choose next time). The room felt smaller than we expected but then we realised a lot of the area was for the bathroom which was very nice. Fitness Center and the Pool also fantastic.

This has honestly been the best getaway from the bustling city in a long while. Ji Yun Yao is exactly what we wanted, a light luxury hotel nested in the middle of the mountains, away from the the crowds and the traffic. - Location: there’s about 12 mins of a drive before arriving to the hotel, where you need to navigate through the narrow one lane road with at lease 2-3 steep turns. You’ll need to contact the receptionist beforehand to make sure no car is coming down before you make your way up. It can be a bother to some, but I think it was worthwhile once we were up there, especially because it means there were no day trippers visiting to take photos and leave. - Facility: there are 31 rooms in total, each with great privacy. The room we stayed in was quite new. We loved the spacious design, and our own private hot spring tube. The common areas are super well designed, and really blended the arquitectura and the landscape really well. - Service: we really enjoyed the service we received. All staff was kind and polite. Most of them greeted us appropriated just like they would in a five star hotel. The attention to detail was very heartwarming, especially one of the restaurant waiter who remembered our coffee order from the previous day and the baby food order, before we even asked it. It would be nice if they had name tags so we can recognize their efforts. - Food: Breakfast and afternoon tea are complimentary from the hotel. You can choose from Western or Chinese breakfast each day. Lunch and Dinner are not included in your stay. There is only one hotel restaurant that serves Chinese food. Waimai may or may not reach the hotel (we didn’t try). The hotel restaurant had pretty great food, so we dined there the two days we stayed there. -Activities: there’s a play room and playground for kids, which was well maintained. There’s also a small river/lake which you can walk around. We really enjoyed sitting by the water in one of the platforms and take in the scenery and the quietness. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a break from the noise, and anyone who would enjoy a quiet retreat in the mountains.

My stay at the hotel was a truly enjoyable experience. The room was clean, bright, and cozy, exactly as I had hoped. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night’s sleep. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the room; every detail was meticulously taken care of, from the bathroom to the bed linens and the floor, all spotless and giving a very comfortable feeling. The service was also outstanding, with friendly and professional staff who offered helpful advice and assistance. A special thanks to Blue from housekeeping and Ares at the front desk for their attentiveness and warmth! Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I will definitely return!

I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The service was impeccable, and the room was both luxurious and comfortable, meeting the high standards I’ve come to expect from this brand. However, I feel there are a couple of areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The lobby, while elegant, doesn’t quite match the grandeur of the rest of the hotel and could benefit from some updates to reflect the luxurious feel of the property. Additionally, the elevator lobby felt a bit dull and lifeless—perhaps adding some fresh elements or decor could brighten it up. I also noticed there was no noticeable fresh scent in the lobby area, which would add a touch of freshness upon arrival. Despite these small suggestions, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

I had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The location is perfect, offering easy access to both the city and serene views. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The service was outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton for a luxurious and memorable stay.

I took my youngest son to the hot springs on the third day of junior high school, and the whole family was very satisfied. 1 The children like to soak in the pool on the balcony. The location is good, and the river and the bridge are the best views. 2 The balcony is facing the fireworks display point. The fireworks started at 7 o'clock in the evening and continued until 11 o'clock. My family has never watched the fireworks for such a long time in such a good location before. 3 The Chinese restaurant on the second floor tastes good. 4 The room was not cleaned when we checked in, so we arranged to have afternoon tea. 5 My wife forgot her bag at the dining area, and it was stored when she went back to find it. It was immediately given to us. Disadvantages: The singing on the other side of the river was too late at night, and many dishes were gone when breakfast was almost over.
