We eat here since we went to visit the castle of gym. Good prices and food next to the beach and Castle. Very serviceful always and careful to the needs of the client. Very recommendable. Cosy and comfortable site. Amolyo space in and out.

Traditional hotel, a nice small balcony. But I was surprised by the night with a dressed bathroom with big caffards. It made me disgusted, I got to leave the morning without taste my night. Otherwise the place is very nice

Have stayed in 3 other Servigroup Hotels, all with good service but it has to be said the reception staff at this Servigroup hotel were brilliant. Special mention to Lys, ‘Jesus & Sara. Friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful with all their duties carried out in a professional manner. Stayed in the Superior room 5506 with a beautiful view of the sea and the famous castle. Bed very comfortable, walk in shower, hairdryer & toiletries supplied. No kettle in the room. WIFI strong. Cleaning of room done very well. Huge selection at breakfast & dinner. If you don’t want to eat dinner you can swap to lunch instead. Staff all round from dining hall, cleaners and especially reception all friendly and courteous. Walk to Castle around 20 mins. Plenty of restaurants, cafes around the whole area. If flying from Gatwick, fly to Valencia. Out of the airport follow signs to subway Metro trains. Take train to Xativa, €1.75 per person. From Xativa get off train and head for the mainline station Estacio del Nord. From here take train to Benicarlo-*****cola. Tickets cast €9.85 per person on the Renfe website or through Trainline where there is a small charge as well. Journey takes about 1 hr 55min. No refreshments on the train, make sure to buy water or snacks before boarding. Come out of the station, take taxi to hotel, journey about 15/20 minutes, cost €15. If flying from London Stanstead, you would need to take flight to Castillon then take the train to *****carlo. Lovely place to visit and highly recommend this hotel. We had a good holiday. Many thanks.

We had a great time at the papa Luna hotel. The rooms are lovely, buffet is good, but we had such a positive experience especially because of the equipo de animación, Iván, Noelia, well the whole team, made it a really special holiday for our family, they're amazing with the kids and we had a blast, thanks to all of you!

We were a group to eat a few days and I see with the obligation to leave a review. To begin, we were wonderful with the servants especially Jasmin, it is charming and fascinating! . The covers were very good and the environment very nice. It is very good placed because it is next to the beach and it is quite nice. There was air conditioning so another point in favour. The only thing I can complain is the price of the small bottle of water, it is quite expensive for what it is. In conclusion, we're happy and will be safe. ¡ Thank you very much for this experience!
Amazing stay. Super friendly staff. Very clean and right on the beach so it's so convenient. Food was fantastic too and the staff all smiling which makes a huge difference. I recommend trying the fried prawns in garlic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody for both business or pleasure.

A stylish hotel with spartan design, stunning sea views, and a fantastic location right next to the seafront LOCATION: Located in the heart of North beach and with easy access to the castle and all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Lovely rooftop bar that is not to be missed as well as a chilled-out cafe /lounge near the lobby - both with stunning views of the castle and ocean ROOM: We stayed in Room 301, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Million-dollar views of the sea and castle from the cute balcony attached to the room; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good cosmetics FACILITIES: The biggest letdown was the very pool ‘Gym’ which was nothing more than a tiny room with a couple of worn-out machines! The outdoor pool was decent SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to ANGELA at the front office for enhancing our stay HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free LOW-SPEED Wi-Fi (around 10 Mbps) that works well all over the property. Huge Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment - PRIMARILY IN SPANISH ONLY!

We really enjoyed our visit. Excellent location just near the beach and a short walk to the old town. We enjoyed the buffet style food in the hotel's restaurant. The room was small but had everything we needed. We were there during the ”Moors and Christians” festival - a highlight especially with the fireworks and costumed groups in the parade. The resort and hotel is popular with the Spanish and French is often easier to communicate with as a second language rather than English - although don't be put off if you only speak English. Long day trips to Valencia and Morella were also highlights but an especially long day visiting Valencia. The trains work reliably. Taxi from Benicarlo station to the hotel was 18 euros. A good and memorable trip.

The hotel is not new, the appearance is stylish, and the interior is a bit like an apartment. There are two indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Going out is the beach, there are several restaurants and beach supplies supermarkets outside. Not in the bustling center. It is the end of the seaside hotel.

On arrival the staff were so friendly, gentleman on reception could speak very good English. The lady in the restaurant was always smiling on arrival to eat. The apartment was perfect lovely views , house keeping were brilliant. The pool was fabulous my little ones loved it.
