Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. These successes show that your management in the hotel is excellent and all the employees move within the framework and rules of the hotel and provide good services to the guests. It's actually not the first time for my family to stay here but this time we stayed for 2 nights to celebrated my mom's birthday and it was such an amazing experiences. The room, the service, the food, the staff are all wonderful. The check-in process was fast and got great explanation about the hotel's current policies and facilities. The room was great as always. For the breakfast they have lots of type of delicious food. The food in the club lounge were also fantastic (Tahu Walik, bakso, the small cheesecake pie, all the cake and pastries are a well-prepared delectable food with great presentation). Special shout out for the team in the club lounge! The crew in the club lounge are all awesome and really attentive. Got a surprise for my mom from the team and it made her day. Thank you to all of you guys (I didn't catch all their names but mas acep and friends) for creating another memorable experience. We'll be back here again on the next trip to bandung.
