I was staying with a friend in a twin room for two nights, to visit a member of the Starlight Express cast, the Hotel is perfectly situated right next door to the Theatre. The Reception Staff were very welcoming and our room was esy to find, using a lift. The room itself was very clean, spacious and airy (it was a very hot weekend). Water (both Still & Sparkling), was provided. The bed was very comfortable and bedding crisp and clean. Bathroom was fine with a good Shower. Room would be improved by supplying Tea & Coffe making facilites and an extra mirror, as good mirrors in bathroom and one full ength on Bathroom door, but the room could de with another mirror in the main room, so that two people can get ready at the same time. The Breakfast was really good, with an excellent choice of Continental, with a smaller choice of cooked, but excellent all around and the Coffee was very good. The Courtyard area is a lovely area for coffee or a Cocktail and the restaurant staff were really friendly, professional, with all staff speaking English. I hope to be staying again next year- thank you very much team H!

For a musical visit it is enough ... We were friendly and the reception staff was nice and helpful. The hotel itself has the best years behind it, yet it is very clean and maintained accordingly. When we entered the room, we received a slightly ”muffy” smell, so we first had aired. The soap donor was empty, otherwise everything was available. The mattresses on the rooms are extremely comfortable and good. Absolutely disturbing is the lock of the room doors. These are so tightly set and every guest lets the door fall, by the clamp you will be surely wake up in the morning. In the evening we were very friendly and nicely served in the bar. The drinks were ok ... At breakfast, you came to the room and wanted to ask for a table, but the staff were not disturbed in the conversation. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and nothing was missing, just you should keep the warm food in your eye, even if breakfast is soon to end. The spoon was more than crushed, rather dry and hard, the pancakes on one side moderate and on the other side dry. The orange juice would taste cold. Otherwise it was OK. As said for a musical visit and a night OK
