Our stay in Gateway Madurai was trulty memorable. This place has become our home away from home. Though we had no plans for visiting Madurai, we thought of stopping on our way back from a trip to just stay and spend a day there. Special mention to Mr. Pandian and Mr.Eashwar who were as warm and welcoming as always. They understand our needs without us even having to ask. All the other staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delightful, with an excellent spread and the attentiveness of Mr.Subhas and Mr.Venkat sai added to a wonderful dining experience. We were fortunate to watch a peacock dance, a sight to behold. Appreciate the Paathya initiatives!!

all went by smoothly until the 4th night when the ceiling lamp became loose and fell on me while i was asleep! the housekeeping did not wash the toilet properly, did not top up the tissues or the toilet roll at all. we were left with a rather unpleasant stay in this place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The ambience was very pleasant, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. As I had an early morning flight, they kindly packed breakfast for me, which was a thoughtful touch. The service is comparable to that of Taj Hotels – whatever you need, they are quick to provide. The staff are extremely polite and go out of their way to make your stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious as well, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!

Belongs to a good hotel in the local area. The service staff is friendly and flexible, and early check-in is also allowed to check in. Originally, one of the more expensive ones in the local area was booked, waiting in the lobby for two hours, and rooms are not allowed to check in before 12:00. Cancel directly to this one. The location is very good, walking distance to the largest temple, there is a state-owned craft shop 300 meters near the hotel, the goods are rich and the price is conscience. Throughout South India, Madurai's temple is almost the best and most exquisite in South India. The local little palace is also worth a visit.

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Overall, the price is not bad, that is, the front desk is very annoying, and the health situation is not equipped with hardware.

I really talked about this hotel, not because MARRIOTT is full, this is the closest hotel, I really can't live anymore, the hotel is old, the health is not good, the towel, stinky to die. I obviously have a twin room and don't give it to me. I have to give it to Ctrip. I have a time difference. I can't do it at 2-3 in the morning. I originally booked Club room. I don't know if I lived in the end. What kind of room type, in short, it’s not a club room.

The resort was well maintained, the room was clean and neat, the pool was very clean and pretty! the staff is courteous. The only problem was with the restaurant. The restaurant was closed by 7pm itself.
