When I checked out, I found there was something wrong with the bill. The mini bar was not used but I was charged. Of course, after telling us it was useless, the hotel also canceled. I booked a car from the hotel for a little over 280 euros one way. When I set off, I asked the driver to pick up a friend who lived in a nearby hotel (it would be there in 3 minutes). The driver said yes, and the final bill was 130 euros more just to pick me up on the way. Friends, I am speechless. In the end, because the hotel didn't tell me in advance that it would charge 130 euros, I insisted and didn't charge it. In short, the bill was a bit messy, because when I checked out, I met a couple next to me who also complained about the bill. At that time, the manager said that there was no problem. The couple next to me mentioned that they would not have this problem if they stayed at Four Seasons. In this case, the manager said that he was from Four Seasons and kept insisting that he was right, but in the end it was proved that he was wrong. Anyway, I just feel that the service is not that good and does not match the style of the hotel.
