The hotel is big and has good facilities. There are no queues for meals. It is 5 minutes away from the sea. The indoor and outdoor pools are sufficient.
Bad aspects: The car seats used when going to the sea are wet and trap moisture. For this reason, there is a strong smell of pee-wee diapers. If you ride with normal clothes rather than a swimsuit, the clothes will be wet and smelly. Especially the towels given outside are of poor quality and stained. This is the first time in a hotel without a slide ( I saw a hotel with a wardrobe (without doors) and it seemed strange.SOLD OUT

We were there in January. Of course, we didn’t expect to see all the delights of the hotel territory, but we note that the heated pool was working and waiters served. It was a shame that despite the good sunny weather there were no outdoor activities for the children, everything was done indoors. I can’t say anything bad about this part (children’s animation), but there’s not much good either (saturation is sp****, empty time is filled with watching cartoons or the console, animators often sit on the phone and, in short, everything was somehow relaxed). We went to Land of Legends, it was cool, but there are few attractions for children under 130cm tall.
There are no questions about the food, everything is delicious, sometimes some products disappeared from the shelves and did not appear for a long time. The water park is under renovation, we don’t know what or how it will work in the summer.

We went to the hotel 2 days before Ramadan. While the service was good at the entrance, we had difficulty finding someone to talk to in the restaurant. Some sections were not open yet due to the season.
The number of employees increased during the holiday, but this time it was also very crowded. The landscaping of the hotel is wonderful, but the rooms are old and the cleanliness was not very good.

The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean.SOLD OUT

The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard.

We stayed at the shuttle house. It was very spacious and clean. The make-up cleaning cloth and other personal cleaning items and cleaning bags were missing in the rooms. Minus points for us were the pools were nice. Contrary to what is said, the sea was not very stony, it was comfortable to swim. Staff are good and smiling. As for the food, it was mediocre for me. At noon and in the evening, 2 wools averaged 85-90 percent of the same meals. There were edible dishes but it didn't appeal to us. Overall, my average is 3 out of 5.SOLD OUT

We have long wanted to visit this hotel. We lived in club room 3924 (bungalow), the room is spacious, next to the main restaurant and reception. A nice bonus is wine with fruit in the room upon arrival. The territory is large, green, the beach is wide, long, there is enough space for everyone, the entrance is gentle, sand. We were at the end of October, no one was swimming in the pools, they are not heated. The water in the sea was 25 degrees. There are many locations where you can sit and spend time. And there is a disco bar. And in the bar on the beach in the evening there was live music and dancing. The dining room is huge. The food is like everywhere else, I did not see any delights, beef, turkey, chicken, lots of vegetables, seasonal fruits: apples, plums, melon, pomegranate. Ayran, freshly squeezed juice in the morning for breakfast. We were not hungry, but something was missing. There are sweets, but they were not impressive. As for alcohol, delicious Tuborg beer, there is also Baileys and Absolut, Aperol Spritz. The quality is normal, they pour generously. In some places the hotel needs updating. The cleaning is mediocre, they did not supply towels, they cleaned almost in the evening! I had to go to the reception for slippers, they promised to bring them, they never did. The staff is mostly friendly. Of course, maybe it's the end of the season, but I did not see any animators at all, no activities either!? The contingent is varied, a lot of local people, they come for the weekend. I liked the vacation, but I can't say that I didn't want to leave and will come back again.From$206

Outdated and sometimes dirty Mainly in common area toilets. Staff attitude is not nice and management is poor. The prices of the (not included ) items are much over than those in 5 stars hotels around which I stayed earlier this week.

I like the hotel, it was my second time on holiday with my children. The service is up to par. The food is delicious. There are no slides in the pool for children, although they used to be there. But there is unlimited access to the amusement park. It's a pity that it was possible to book a room through the app only for three adults and I had to pay extra for the children on site. Overall, the holiday was a success, thanks to the staff!SOLD OUT

The hotel is big and has good facilities. There are no queues for meals. It is 5 minutes away from the sea. The indoor and outdoor pools are sufficient.
Bad aspects: The car seats used when going to the sea are wet and trap moisture. For this reason, there is a strong smell of pee-wee diapers. If you ride with normal clothes rather than a swimsuit, the clothes will be wet and smelly. Especially the towels given outside are of poor quality and stained. This is the first time in a hotel without a slide ( I saw a hotel with a wardrobe (without doors) and it seemed strange.SOLD OUT

|1.1km from city centerWe have long wanted to visit this hotel. We lived in club room 3924 (bungalow), the room is spacious, next to the main restaurant and reception. A nice bonus is wine with fruit in the room upon arrival. The territory is large, green, the beach is wide, long, there is enough space for everyone, the entrance is gentle, sand. We were at the end of October, no one was swimming in the pools, they are not heated. The water in the sea was 25 degrees. There are many locations where you can sit and spend time. And there is a disco bar. And in the bar on the beach in the evening there was live music and dancing. The dining room is huge. The food is like everywhere else, I did not see any delights, beef, turkey, chicken, lots of vegetables, seasonal fruits: apples, plums, melon, pomegranate. Ayran, freshly squeezed juice in the morning for breakfast. We were not hungry, but something was missing. There are sweets, but they were not impressive. As for alcohol, delicious Tuborg beer, there is also Baileys and Absolut, Aperol Spritz. The quality is normal, they pour generously. In some places the hotel needs updating. The cleaning is mediocre, they did not supply towels, they cleaned almost in the evening! I had to go to the reception for slippers, they promised to bring them, they never did. The staff is mostly friendly. Of course, maybe it's the end of the season, but I did not see any animators at all, no activities either!? The contingent is varied, a lot of local people, they come for the weekend. I liked the vacation, but I can't say that I didn't want to leave and will come back again.

The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean.

no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.
food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed
