Decent and affordable hotel to stay. Hotel has 2 restaurants and a big provisions and bakery store. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. However there exists an odd amenity offered which doesn't work in every room ;example mini fridge, water faucet, hand shower, jammed fan, slow AC fan etc which is an irritant. The hotel staff offers to change the room due to lack of one which doesn't seem to be a good idea. The supervisory staff should ensure that all amenities work properly.

Hotel swarat @ satna is average. Staff are good but facilities provided by hotel is not good. There is no toilet pressure washer in each room. We thought first that we don't have in our room so we shifted in another room there also the same there is no toilet pressure washer. I surprised to see when there is western toilet and there this simple thing is not there. Even hot water is not there only warm water flows. Hotel staff try to give much good service but basic problems in the hotel management which is not upto mark. I will not prefer this hotel in the future. Thanks

I visited Om resorts in the month of January with my family and loved the overall vibe of this place. Though I was a little skeptical to try out a new place but thought of giving it a shot after reading some reviews on Trip Advisor. I can vouch on this property being one of the best 5* properties in Satna. When it comes to facilities, I think this has all the amenities one can possibly think of: Swimming Pool, Gym, Gaming Arena, Banquets, Restaurant, Discotheque and Bar! I was amazed to see how well ***nered and courteous the staff was throughout my stay of 3 days. Food quality, quantity and taste is worth mentioning. I think you’ll find the best Butter Chicken in Satna at this place. All in all It was a very satisfying stay for us. Highly recommended for friends and family 👍🏻
