Stayed for 3 days, lake view room Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate. Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon. The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside. Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt. Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

I really liked this hotel. It was leagues above any mid-range Hilton in my own country (USA). Breakfast was very decent for a buffet and room was relatively clean (staff took note of minor blemishes on a divider in the room). Wish I had an opportunity to check out the pool but I was short on time.

We arrived at Jaipur at 9 o'clock in the evening, so we chose a hotel near the airport. The tall and thin brother at the front desk gave us a free upgrade to the suite. So I had to eat here, and the on-site settlement would have to be tax-efficient than the Ctrip package. The rich breakfast at the hotel is not the key to a vegetarian restaurant to appease my little stomach that desires meat

Staff was kindly helpful. I should’ve swim roof top pool. I didn’t get breakfast. Also it’s would be good service. But unfortunately power of showers was uncomfortable. Bathroom drain wasn’t good condition. Because water can’t go through.

The hotel is very comfortable with new and practical facilities. Very neat and clean. A very pleasant stay. The reception staff are always very friendly, they helped me get around safely, they took great care of me, they also attended to all the laundry services, which was a new system for me. I am very grateful to Yogendra, Arti Kumari, Bijaylaxmi and Paramiject. Each one at the time made an effort to serve me.

I used it for sightseeing in Jaipur. Location: 25 minutes drive to the old town but 5 minutes drive to the airport. There is a mall and Starbucks about 10 minutes by car. Facilities: Clean and comfortable. There is also a bathtub! One thing that bothered me was that the water coming out of the bathtub was brownish and not very clean. The water in the shower was clear, which is strange. Food: We had a plan with breakfast, but the morning buffet was very delicious.

First of all, warm cookie was delicious. Hotel is located outside the city and near Amber/Amer Fort. Me & my partner like it as it was calm and quiet. Hotel staff is very polite and well behaved. Mobile network here is not that great so had to depend on hotels WIFI(speed is just good enough to get your work done). For food our overall experience was great but for morning breakfast buffet, need to add more ***power in live kitchen.

Impeccable, world class landscape. The hotel itself was transformed from an 18th-century palace with impeccable service and facilities. The hotel also has various activities such as yoga classes.

What a wonderful experience, the staff is so amazing that we decided to extend our stay, our kid was so happy because he had new friends who pampered him a lot and thus we were happy, the serene , neat and exotic property will make your holiday a memorable one for sure, definitely going again.

I have stayed in a lot of high-end properties, but this stay was something else. All 5-star hotels have great food, very good rooms, good service, but when you stay at the Raffles it's the little details that make the difference. From the get go, when I spoke to Rohan, he ensured we got the best room possible and made us feel special during our check in. No hotel has EVER put up a banner in their lobby saying ”Happy Anniversary”, this one did. There was a cake waiting for us in the lobby, No hotel has ever given us a welcome cake that was 100% Vegan, this one did. When we entered the room, we saw it was decorated with flowers on the bed, again something all 5 star hotels do, this one had a LONG sweet handwritten letter from the butler team ***** with the deco. The well ***icured gardens, the entry vie the lake, the building structure will wow first-time visitors to the property, so I won’t state the obvious. In the dining area, Dhruv and his team were something else. They had the best oat milk coffee waiting for my wife at every meal. Afternoon tea was served to us while we watched the sunset, we had to literally throw the lady out of the area, otherwise she insisted on staying in the hot sun waiting for us just in case we wanted something. All hotels give you a welcome bottle of wine, this one had one of the best and expensive bottles of Champagne for us waiting. No hotel wraps my charge wire in a cloth envelope. this hotel did it every night. I could go on and on but you get the drift. Wow and speechless

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service and facilities at Hotel Taj Fateh Prakash, Udaipur. Based on my experience, I believe this property should be downgraded to a four-star rating, as it does not meet the high standards typically associated with the Taj brand. This stay was part of my three Palace hotel stays with Taj, starting with the Rambagh Palace, followed by Taj Fateh Prakash, and concluding at the Lake Palace. The service and amenities at Taj Fateh Prakash were in stark contrast to the other two properties, which exemplified outstanding hospitality. Firstly, the hotel is extremely challenging for individuals with limited mobility or knee injuries. I sustained a knee sprain at the airport and was in severe pain throughout my stay. Despite this, there was no proactive effort from the staff to accommodate me in a more accessible room. The numerous flights of stairs required to reach my room were particularly distressing. The room itself was disappointing. The main door had a rudimentary latch system, which was surprising for a Palace hotel. Additionally, the carpet was old and worn. The property has only one restaurant, which is also difficult to access for those with limited mobility. Furthermore, the swimming pool, one of the main attractions, was non-functional, a fact that was not communicated to us in advance. Construction noise further disturbed our stay. The most shocking issue was the presence of large black ants in the bathroom and a stream of red ants in the bedroom. This was unprecedented in my experience with Taj properties, where simple pest control measures would typically prevent such occurrences. While the guest relations staff, particularly Pooja, was polite and helpful, the overall lack of facilities and absence of the distinctive Taj touch led me to conclude that the service at this property is lacking. The contrast with my experiences at Rambagh Palace and the Lake Palace was striking and disappointing. I hope this feedback helps in improving the standards at Taj Fateh Prakash to align with the exceptional quality expected from Taj properties.

Butlers elevate the experience further; Krishan, our assigned butler, meticulously planned a celebratory event and consistently demonstrated genuine care. Luxury at its best' With all this in mind, was visiting the hotel with lots of expectations and happy to say that Umaid Bhawan met all of them and much more. One of the best and unique welcome to the palace with live singers singing Rajasthani songs and welcoming the guests. As soon as we entered the palace it felt a different world. The palace interiors are amazing. Such intricate designs, carvings on the pillars, paintings...list goes on and on... Stayed there for 2nights in last week of August. Hotel is located very close to the airport and has good connectivity with other parts of the city. Most rooms in the hotel are suite rooms. Rooms are clean and no noise around means one can have a sound sleep. Attached museum to the palace hotel is worth a watch. Peacock feeding is a unique experience at this palace. Being Ganesh chaturthi chef had sent some specially made sweets which were too good. Food at the restaurant Risala was mouth watering. Mr Jabbar at the restaurant has made me experience the best hospitality of my life at any hotel. Restaurant ***ager Mr N Singh was also very warm. Mr Meherdin and Mr Bhom Singh from security were helpful in peacock feeding. Mr Swaroop from buttler service gave me an excellent experience with the turban and sword from Jodhpur The unique standpoint for this hotel is the warmth and hospitality of the staff which i have experienced before only at Taj Falaknuma. Despite the staff being slightly old, their service quality is top notch. Mocktail making activity was great. All in all, an amazing stay and worth visiting for its grandness and excellent hospitality

A hotel with an old-fashioned aristocratic fan, the hotel environment is quiet, the service staff is warm and courteous, the room facilities are a bit old-fashioned, foreign tourists are mostly not from India. Breakfast can be ordered a la carte, overall I feel the hotel location is a bit biased, fortunately, taxi is convenient.

This property is a hidden gem in the city of Jodhpur and even if you don’t stay at the hotel, it’s rich splendour will enchant you to the core. Make sure that you have a bite at the Kebab Konner: their kebabs are meaty delights! This property also provides a horse riding facility and, believe me if you have the imagination, seeing my son and wife riding majestic Marwari horses was a sight to behold and certainly a treat to feast upon. Now listen carefully: if you do avail this facility, ask the groom to firstly take you to the stables, then the pleasure gardens and, if you have time, the amazing Peacock Fountain. Note to self: Try to get either Sultan or Samrat for riding. Alright, there are 26 garden view rooms, and our room no. 33 took us to another world and will made us feel that we have been a part of the Marawaris for generations. The bathroom was petite yet quaint. And don’t get me started on the staff: they were friendly, helpful and welcoming. And before I forget, lemme talk about the lake. It’s pretty vast and a picturesque spot not to miss. So, do you want a memorable experience in the middle of Jodhpur with the royal family? Make your way to the WelcomHeritage Bal Sa***d Lake Palace: it is history packed in a stay.
