Positive points: The hotel is overall good. Good value for its price. The room was warm (travelled in winter) - even had to leave the window open. The WiFi connection was fast. You can use their washing machines for your laundry (2 RMB). Close to the Nanchang West Railway Station. Negative points: Very far from where all the fun is. The neighbourhood is quite new, apparently. Dead. Better to pay more and find a hotel in the city centre, as, anyway, you will spend the same money on taxis or waste more than an hour daily on public transportation (also need to walk about 1km from the subway station). The room was not very clean. The carpet under the bed looked horrible. Even saw someone's nail on it. A used toothpick on the floor in the toilet. There even was someone's snot on the wall in the shower. Lost 12 yuan when doing my laundry, as there's an ad popping up when you scan the QR code on the washing machine prompting you to pay 12 RMB. I can't read Chinese and didn't bother to check the translation as I didn't expect any other payment. The Front Desk hadn't warned me about it. I complained to Front Desk agent, who promised someone would get back to me on the matter the next day. Of course, nobody did. The service is sometimes slow. When you flush the toilet, the water splashes everywhere. Not very hygienic. The water in the shower at certain hours turns hot or cold every five to ten seconds - couldn't take a shower comfortably.

What I really like about the hotel is just the location actually since it’s close to the railway station (walking distance). The room is a bit dirty as I walked in and seems like it’s not that cleaned thoroughly which I already expected from the beginning. Overall it’s alright if you are arriving at the station late at night and want to get rest as early as you want.

Room was spacious and clean, with the expected basic amenities, but seemed to be some issues with soundproofing as there was constant banging from floor above. Very close to the wangxian valley scenic area, 5 minutes by car. Drop off and pick up service by the owners without any extra charge. It was a lovely experience staying at this place. Service level is good. But I recommend to make database of customer. I usually stay here once a month, but I have to listen/ask same thing at front office. Sometimes I feel I’m talking with robots. If you can improve it, it will be the best. Thank you

Nothing to complain about. Location was good, really close to Nanchang train station and Bayi square (the didi drivers struggled with getting in the right place due to many layers of roads nearby, though). Room was clean and had all the necessities. Breakfast was really nice, I'd say a western style with a Chinese twist.

I am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in any Mehood hotels! Lastly I would like to thank the front desk staff whom I did not get her name with the mobile number ending 7109, who helped to call for medical assistance in the middle of the night.

The room is comfortable and warm! It is only ten minutes away from the high-speed rail station, across the road from Taoxichuan, and only 3 kilometers away from Taoyangli. It is very convenient for eating and playing! The lady at the front desk of the hotel also shared a travel guide with us, which made it very convenient for us to travel. It's very cute☺! Reception staff very helpful, giving us advice about which places to visit (Ceramic History Museum excellent). Parking not particularly convenient (two options about 100 metres from hotel, one underground) but the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the old town and finding good local restaurants. We chose a 'Garden View Room' which in reality is not really a garden but an area between the window and the road outside decorated with stones and plants, however this was tastefully done and we were not aware of noise from outside. The room itself was large and cosy, we particularly liked the Japanese-style tea drinking area in front of the window. The bed very comfortable and we slept well, we did not try the breakfast. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and really enjoyed visiting Jingdezhen.

This hotel is a hillside hotel with excellent location, environment, parking lot and service. We stayed there for two nights. Just after checking in, we wanted to have a good rest after driving for half a day. Unexpectedly, some paint materials fell off the top of the curtain in the room. We immediately notified the front desk to let the service staff check it out. They said they would arrange for construction workers to solve it later. The service staff gave us a small gift for this matter. Only two bottles of mineral water were given in the room. We asked if we could add a few more bottles, and the answer was that an additional fee would be charged. On the second night, the service staff brought us two bottles of yogurt. We ordered meals at the hotel for both nights. One dish on the first day was not suitable for our taste, and one dish on the second night was particularly salty. There are two restaurants to choose from for breakfast, and you can go to the restaurant closest to where you live.
