The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. The hotel is well located, close to the public market and the famous Hercilio Luz Bridge. We stay in the luxury apartment with sea view, well spacious, the parking service is the part, with a manufacturer.

The hotel has a very convenient and excellent personal service.The central location and direct access to shopping.Excellent cost benefit, limo and offers rooms without carpets, the coffee could be improved a little.The room has limited Wi-Fi.

I booked for Hoteis.com and, as I understand from the hotel staff, if you don't book directly with them, they will not do absolutely anything for you in that hotel. Every time I had to talk to someone here the answer was “but why didn't you book directly with us.” It is, if you don't need anything OK, you have to forget. They'll ask you not to answer. The night I arrived had to talk to the reception, and the official just picked up the phone and called in a room to talk to another guest while I was talking to him. I've been in super simple hotels with excellent service. I can't say the same about the Blumenau Square.

Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

We are hosted in the 8th floor. dirty AP. dark corridors. broken safe dirty bedrooms in the checkin, i.e. , room that should have been cleaned or washing bedroom was replaced, restaurant delayed. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the beautiful State Park, its pools get their water from hot springs. In need of some remodeling. The food is great but somehow expensive. The room was great and well-located. We love this. Thank you very much for giving us this great room. Dislike the fact that my wife cannot enjoy the full menu since she had surgery and this resort does not compensate for that. Beer is expensive for locals. Based on my extensive travel in other resorts, I believe some drink packages could be available. This would be great and would make the stay more comfortable. Just keep in mind that to get to the resort, you may encounter considerable traffic. If you are planning to stay in the resort for more than 4 days, perhaps consider renting a car and enjoying the beaches in Florianopolis. Overall, we like the resort and we are positive to come back in the future. Perhaps I would advise the staff: Provide clear information on all expenses and details of the resort right there when checking in. We did not know about the food charges. We thought at least that breakfast was included. When checking out, I got impressed and disappointed. Especially with my wife that cannot eat lots of food because of surgery. She eats the same portion as a 10-year-old kid.

We had a great stay! The breakfast was nice and the rooms are quite specious with very comfortable beds.

For those who come to Florianópolis intention to explore all corners of the island, this hotel is a good indication. Located just at the exit to the northern beaches, near Santo Antonio de Lisboa and easy access to the eastern beaches and the centre/Beira Mar. I stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

After showing my passport at check-in, the front desk kept asking me voucher, but I showed him and continued to ask me for it. I did n’t listen to any explanations. I have been travelling 200 days in Latin America countries, this hotel is my Top No.1 I love , I didn’t say I like is because this hotel is full of live and care , my dear friend in the front desk Rafael is my very very good friend he is everyday doing his job and helping me a lot of tours plan, I felt so happy to share my fun in my stay here and he also like a good brother share together, I don’t want to say goodbye to him because I will miss him when I leave , so I hope we will see again next time. Also highly appreciate the other staff also like the Manager and Roberto all the staff here is super hard work to provide the service, I am so grateful to stay here. I give 6 star to them 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖

We are now hosted, unfortunately. My husband booked for hotel is.com, where he said he had been taste and room service with limited time. We arrived at the end of the evening, exhausted, with our 3-year-old daughter still more exhausted. Then we asked our daughter a half cup of brown milk: NOT DISPONIBLIZED. It's a baby cup, but only the microwave.... I was thinking: certainly not to serve milk at breakfast, pq is very absurd a hotel to say with international standard and not to provide (having???) half cup of milk for a child, since it has no room service! We have spent the last three nights in a Penha hostel: the last three nights have cost little more than a Mercure daily, and they have provided meat (not charged) every night. We're not going to pay the current price for the parking, because on the site where we book, there is another value. Be honest to the same on this issue, because you have no way to fix the fact that there is no room service... what disappointment!

Atendimento da recepção muito ruim, manobristas muito atenciosos, mas o atendimento do bar do hotel em todos os turnos muito ruim, funcionários despreparados preocupados somente na cobrança e forma de pagamento, todos as despesas tem que ser pagas na hora inclusive estávamos na piscina e o pessoal do bar e recepção indo no quarto para realizar a cobrança sendo que ainda estávamos consumindo. Ficamos o sábado inteiro fora do quarto e não foi realizada a limpeza do quarto, vaso entupido, wi-fi não funciona, enfim não indico e não voltarei, sendo que está não foi nossa primeira estadia. Piscina externa e interna boas e café da manhã muito bom.Mas pelo valor cobrado com certeza ha opções melhores.
