A wonderful hotel in the very center of Paris! Excellent service! Freshly renovated. But expensive for rooms of this size. If you are traveling by car, you must ask the hotel to order a pass in advance. The hotel is located on a street closed to traffic.

Le Bristol Paris / Praise 1 My recent stay at Le Bristol Hotel in Paris was a wonderful experience! 🌟 Hotel location is very convenient, a few steps to the famous shopping areas and attractions. 2 The room is beautifully furnished, the bed is particularly comfortable, and the night sleeps very well. The service staff is warm and friendly, which makes people feel warm. 3 In addition, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant is also very rich 🍽, there are many choices, I am very satisfied with the food! In short, this is a pleasant stay, highly recommended to everyone! 👍

A grand and majestic Parisian legend. After its recent renovation, the hotel shines like a luxurious diamond, so dazzling that at times it feels less like a hotel and more like a true royal palace. You can't help but wonder: why go to the Louvre when you're literally living in it? I especially want to highlight the exceptional spa area – its harmony and elegant style are unparalleled. The hotel staff are impeccable. The Four Seasons George V is probably the best and most magnificent of all the Four Seasons hotels.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La Paris and had a mixed experience. I had specifically paid for a room with a view, but unfortunately, for the first two days, I didn’t get the room I had booked, which was disappointing—especially considering the high standards expected from a luxury hotel like this. However, after raising the issue, the hotel finally provided me with the correct room. The next two days were much better, and I must say the view was absolutely breathtaking—definitely worth the wait. The iconic sights of Paris from the room were truly unforgettable, making the experience feel special. Overall, while the initial inconvenience was frustrating, the hotel did make up for it in the end with the stunning view I had originally hoped for. I’d recommend double-checking your room upon arrival, but once everything is sorted, the experience can be magical.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. Before arrival, I requested a room on a higher floor facing the courtyard, and the hotel kindly arranged exactly what I asked for. I really appreciated their attention to the request. They also surprised us with beautiful honeymoon decorations in the room, including balloons, a bouquet, and a lovely message card. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay overall. The only small downside was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak, but it was not a major issue. Overall, the hotel made our honeymoon even more memorable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel itself is located in a very good area. Unfortunately, the room assigned to me was directly next to the bar, where there was a party on the same night. Although I am a young traveler, I still needed a good night’s sleep, which was not possible due to the noise. The room was very basic, with limited amenities, and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the service was not up to standard. I had to wait in line for almost 30 minutes to check in, as the staff member handling the transition between shifts did not seem to notice or prioritize new arriving guests. Overall, the level of professionalism was disappointing.

This is one of my top choices for business trips. I really appreciate how friendly and engaging the staff are. There's a restaurant and meeting rooms downstairs, which is super convenient for work. The room was great, and the air conditioning worked very well. It's small but cleverly designed, with everything you need. The hand soap and shampoo were of good quality, and they even provided complimentary cookies and a kettle. However, there was one female receptionist who was ******. She was pleasant with the white guests in front of me, but her attitude completely changed the moment she saw me. Even though I speak French, she insisted on speaking English to me. On the other hand, the other two receptionists were excellent. The gentleman working the night shift and the male receptionist during the day were both incredibly friendly. They showed me the water dispenser (there's a free sparkling and iced water dispenser in the lobby) and chatted with me when I came back in the evening. I would definitely return, but I hope not to encounter that particular female receptionist again.

Excellent! The location is superb, right next to Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz. We ended up staying here because our train was cancelled. The front desk was incredibly friendly; they saw I was a Marriott Bonvoy member with two kids and proactively upgraded our room from a single king bed to one with an additional sofa bed. The breakfast spread was quite generous, but we didn't get to eat it as we were rushing for our train (we hadn't booked breakfast initially). Early in the morning, the front desk lady even offered us complimentary coffee and pastries for the kids – so nice of her! The room was spacious enough, and the bedding and design were excellent. There was also a dedicated water dispenser. The drainage in the sink and bathtub was a bit slow, but when we told the front desk, they immediately sent someone to fix it. Overall, a very good experience! Satisfied! If I ever need a Marriott near a train station again, I'd definitely choose this one – very reliable! A taxi ride to central areas like Notre Dame and the Louvre takes about 20 minutes, but I recommend using Uber as it's about a third of the price of a regular taxi!

The hotel is quite close to the subway. Just a short walk to the left after exiting, there's a Carrefour supermarket, a cinema, and many restaurants. The breakfast is quite refined, and every type of bread was delicious. The mini potatoes were especially good 😋 — highly recommended! However, the rooms are very old. The hallway carpet had a musty smell, and the room did too. It's an old hotel.

There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk service was good, and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. 1. There's a supermarket right in front, which is convenient for buying groceries. 2. The presence of many Asians nearby made me feel more at ease. 3. The subway station is very close, which is convenient, but there's also quite a bit of noise. 4. The elevator is a bit small; it gets full with two 28-inch suitcases and two people. The downsides aren't significant, and the proximity to the supermarket and subway station is a huge advantage. I'm very likely to visit again.

I stayed here again. The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the toilet flush was hard to press and the water flow wasn't strong enough, and the sink tap also had low water pressure. But these minor issues didn't detract from the overall experience. The handsome front desk staff member at check-out was equally warm and polite. He even helped me call to check about storing luggage at the Louvre, and ultimately advised me that it would be safer to store it at the hotel. Breakfast seemed to have slightly declined in quality compared to before, but it was still well worth having. After exploring, I returned to the hotel to pick up my stored luggage, and the bellboy was also very nice, bidding me farewell with a 'take care!' My overall impression is that all the hotel staff treat guests with a wonderful, hospitable attitude, making you feel right at home.

It's Paris, so don't expect much in terms of friendliness, haha. When checking in, there was some kind of Turkish music playing constantly, and the staff kept chatting among themselves ㅠㅠ I wondered if it was ******, but it seems that's just how they are. Even if you request a high floor, they naturally won't grant it. Breakfast is just okay. Of course, don't expect them to greet you first; I always had to say 'Bonjour' to the staff first, haha. After moving to a Novotel later, the difference was truly, truly, truly stark. Definitely stay at a good 4-star hotel or higher! The Eiffel view isn't great from the lower floors!

Whether you’re in Paris for business or leisure, the central location makes it incredibly convenient to explore the city’s beauty and charm. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches that enhanced the overall comfort. Next to Concorde Square, shopping is very convenient. We arrived in Paris in the early morning. The hotel is good, check in early for us. The downside is that the hotel is a bit old and the rooms are a bit small. Adding 2,500 yuan per night to upgrade to the suite is much more comfortable and the view is good. On the second night, objective and fair evaluation, standard four-star level: There was a friendly lady at the front desk, and she took the initiative to say that the room arranged last night was not good, and that she could change it back to the deluxe room I originally booked. She should have known that she deliberately downgraded me to a common room last night, damaging my interests, and of course she didn't. Any compensation, at least be respectful enough. Too lazy to care. The stay was more pleasant after that. Two major advantages of this hotel: 1. Good location, within ten minutes of Xiang Street; 2. We booked a quadruple room for the whole family.  However, the room given to us was completely not suitable.  The shower was a see-through one with no door and facing the beds.   It was great for a romantic couple but with grown up children, it was totally not acceptable to us.  We complained and not without some argument, they offered 2 connecting rooms.  On the day of checkout, the reception called us and said because they were fully booked, we have to leave at noon sharp and not one minute more!  They even send a staff to our rooms to watch us pack.  We feel that the front desk could be improved.  Having said that, the hotel enjoys a really central location with walking distance to some of the famous tourist spots, and the breakfast is simple but good.  We especially like the fresh juice which you can make yourself at breakfast.

Experience is what I would expect from a 2 star hotel, although the lack of air conditioning really did not help during the sudden heatwave that occured while we were there. The location of this place was its only saving grace. It is definitely one of the more affordable options in this area, with great connectivity to the metro and bus lines. Although, it is situated in a sketchy back alleyway and there is poor sound isolation from the outside. I found it hard to sleep at night and in the morning from people chatter and other noise. If I only stayed for 2 or 3 days in cooler weather, I probably wouldn't mind staying here again, just because of its excellent location. If not, there are many other hotels in this same area that I'm sure would offer a better experience, albeit at a higher price point.

Perfect hotel with a great location and complimentary water! Service at check-in is available in English, French, or even German. The porter brings luggage to the room or to the complimentary luggage storage (available all day, before or after check-in/check-out). Upon early arrival at 11 am, our room wasn't ready yet, but they immediately offered us another room upon request. The room had a view of the train station, but that's not a problem; it's actually quite entertaining to watch everything. Of course, Paris is noisy at night with sirens, etc., but that's normal. If you've walked around the city all day, you're so tired you won't even hear the noise. :) The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the TV worked perfectly. Water was provided in the room. Hotel breakfast started at 6:30 AM and was reduced by €2.20 to €19.70 if you reserved a day in advance. A very ample selection of hot and cold dishes was available; everything was there! Highly recommended! Perfect location at Gare de l'Est! We will definitely come again!!
