Summary: It was perfect beyond expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. 1. The account manager contacted me one day in advance and asked me how to get to the hotel. After learning that it was a high-speed rail taxi, he immediately helped arrange a pick-up for tomorrow (because he was worried that our trip would be affected by an unlicensed driver). At this time, he was very concerned about the hotel. 70% favorability 2. The big brother who picked us up the next day was already waiting for us outside. After picking us up, we went directly to the hotel. The car that picked us up was also very new and clean, and we were very satisfied. 3. What surprised me the most after checking in at the hotel was that the customer lady said she liked me and directly upgraded me to their suite. The room was super big and very clean. It was such a surprise. 4. I didn’t book skiing or other itineraries before I went there. I read online and said that I could ask the hotel to book it for me. Then I asked the lady about the world’s number one ski slope, and she immediately helped me. It took half an hour. They arranged for someone to pick us up and helped me book a package for the next day’s skiing, which was much cheaper than the ski resort. I experienced all the projects I wanted to play, and everyone I met was very enthusiastic. Special thanks to the customer lady for all kinds of help ~ Ps: Attached are some photos of the room and the top of the mountain.

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Good location: very close to the pedestrian street (Zhongyang street), close to restaurants and cafe's. Traditional interior: resembling 20th century architecture. We liked it. Maybe one suggestion is: they should improve the lighting inside the rooms, it was a bit dark.

Strategicocation, few second walk to Zhongyang Street. I book executive room 810 excellent, clean and all look new and has free welcome fruit for the day of my arrival, free flow of orange and Chinese tea at lobby 24hours. Reception helpful and guide me direction of whatever tourist spot I want to go, specially the man sitting near the exit door. Many yummy food stall outside of the hotel, highly recommend a beef noodle stall on the right of the hotel. If you take airport bus to hotel, you just need to take bus for line 3 RMB20 per pax, teh bus stop I. Front Ibis hotel, you jsut need to walk 2 mins will reach Wanda Holiday Hotel. If you want to go the subway station, just walk 4 mins can reach. Overall highly recommend this hotel. Definitely I will stay this hotel again for my next Harbin visit.

The hotel is located near the West Station, which is very convenient. It is very convenient to take the high-speed rail and subway. The room is very clean, the experience is great, the facilities are complete, there is a delivery robot, and the room is very smart. The facilities and equipment are very complete, Cui Meng's service is very warm and thoughtful, and the meticulous environment is very good.

This hotel is nice enough, fairly newly renovated with big clean rooms and our river view room had a lovely view… but it’s in a *very* inconvenient location unless you have your own car or private transport booked. It’s only a 15 minute drive to the ice and snow world that’s true but good luck to you getting a didi or taxi to come to the hotel in the morning to take you there!!!! After trying to book a didi multiple times with no response we had to take the 1 hour+ long bus instead. There’s also nowhere nearby to go for dinner within walking distance when it’s -20 degrees. The reception staff are also quite unhelpful (our taxi driver to get us to the station came to wrong spot - all we wanted was for reception to talk on the phone to the driver) and eating food when they are working.

Nothing wrong with the hotel. Do be aware that ******* people likes to smoke in the hall way and elevator. People also have poor etiquette in the breakfast buffet area with regards to cutting in line and watching video with their phone on speaker.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Harbin! (Foreigners accepted.) The location is truly the perfect starting point for trips to all the main attractions of the city - a block or two blocks away from Central Street, Stalin Park, the Songhu River Cable Car, and Zhaolin Park. It's close enough to all the action, but the small distance from the walking street means you won't get all of the noise. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenient stores just steps away. I was given a free upgrade to a larger queen bedroom and I couldn't be more appreciative. The bathroom was HUGE, with a bathtub, separated toilet and shower areas, and very spacious counter and mirror. Toiletries were provided and replenished throughout my stay. The room was made up daily as well. The heat could also be controlled, and I was never cold from the moment I entered the hotel each time. Staff were friendly and responsive, and while no one spoke English, they were patient with translating and quick to help me when I needed something. Even without my upgrade I feel what I paid for three nights was well worth it. The only suggestion I have would be the decor - if the tacky large images of Harbin were replaced with something more tasteful, the room I stayed it would be unbeatable haha.

When we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by the staff at the front desk with the words “ No English”. The two ladies did not even exert effort to understand us even when we showed the translated texts. Thanks to the male staff for adding me to his WeChat so we can communicate effectively. The cafeteria and cleaning staff are friendlier than the staff at the front desk. I booked a family room and a double room but instead of a double room (Queen bed), they gave us a twin room (2 beds) with no windows but at least their beds were comfortable. I asked for a room change but they refused. Inside the room, there is a kettle, 2 cups without handles, and no spoons. It was a challenge to drink hot beverages using those cups. They don't have airport drop-off services as advertised and no assistance with Harbin attraction tickets and tours. Breakfast is typical Chinese breakfast. I hope the staff will consider learning English even just the commonly used hotel words and sentences. Overall, I can say that we were not satisfied with our 3-night stay.
