The "Lachin" hotel was built in May, 2009. An original construction decorates one of the main highways of Ashgabat - Neutrality Avenue. Two four-storey hotel buildings united by capacious lobby with their design remind a Turkmen Falcon stretching its wings during the flight - "Lachin", which gave a name to the hotel. Beauty salon, hairdressing salon, pharmacy and medical station as well are located on the first floor of the hotel; a conference hall is located on the second floor.
