We went to see the artist Oscar Oiwa&rsquo;s special exhibition called &ldquo;Dreams of a Sleeping World,&rdquo; a very unusual installation, black and white artwork in the plastic bubbles you walk in unique to say the least. My wife and I have been there a few times but in the last decade we moved to central California. We did browse the permanent exhibitions which were small but well done. We didn&rsquo;t know it was bought by USC about 8 years ago.
