Our Zumba® class begins with a dynamic warm-up set to familiar tunes, setting the tone for an unforgettable dance journey. Get ready to groove to the vibrant beats of Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, and Cumbia from Latin America. We'll also spice things up with Belly Dancing, African beats, and other classic Latin styles like Flamenco and Tango. It's an awe-inspiring experience that you won't want to miss. Wondering about our loyalty program? Attend a Zumba Thornbury class and receive a Loyalty Card. Collect a stamp for each class you attend and earn a free session after accumulating 6 stamps. Each class costs £5.00.

No need to bring a printed ticket to the event. We will have a list of all registered participants.

If you're attending our class alone for the first time, rest assured that you'll be warmly welcomed into a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. We take pride in creating an environment suitable for all fitness levels. If you're new to Zumba®, we'll provide a quick overview of what to expect.

To maximize your Zumba® experience, give it your all! As you become familiar with the moves and routines, you'll be able to push yourself further. Sing along, shout, and add your own funky moves. The more effort you put in, the more calories you'll burn.

For those with joint issues or other ailments, we offer lower-impact options. Feel free to approach our instructors for advice. Don't forget to bring plenty of water, dress comfortably in workout attire, and wear trainers or dance shoes. If it's chilly outside, bring outerwear for your journey back home.
