Led by Clare, an experienced SUP instructor, mindfulness leader, blue health coach, and nature facilitator, these adventure paddles offer a blend of nature exploration, friendship, and enjoyment, with mindful nature activities woven in. Various dates and locations across Surrey and Sussex are available, with the option of lifts from Shoreham Train Station. Participants must be able to stand or kneel throughout the session and perform self-rescue. Safety gear is mandatory, and equipment rental is possible.
