Ein Sound Bath ist eine meditative Praxis, bei der Du durch verschiedene Klänge, Vibrationen und Frequenzen in einen Zustand tiefer Entspannung versetzt wirst. Liegend lässt du die Klänge passiv auf dich wirken. In meiner Stunde verwende ich verschiedene Instrumente wie Klangschalen, Sansula und Klangspiel. Diese Instrumente erzeugen unterschiedliche Frequenzen und Schwingungen, die eine beruhigende und heilende Wirkung auf Körper und Geist haben können.
