Join the City of Canning at the RAC Bike Basics- Children's Learn to Ride event in Wilson. Children aged 3 and above can participate in a complimentary two-hour workshop led by industry experts from People on Bicycles. This workshop aims to teach kids how to ride a bike, improve their skills, and boost their confidence in bike handling. Topics covered include encouraging toddlers and older children to start balancing, guiding teenagers to ride competently in low-traffic areas, and identifying the features of a safe bike. The event will take place at the Wilson Multi Courts on April 11, 2024. Participants are required to bring water and wear enclosed shoes. Bicycles and helmets will be provided. Registration is mandatory, and attendees must provide their details. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the workshop.
